I accidentally ordered to the wrong Ollie’s location (completely my fault, idk how it happened as I’ve ordered from here 100 times). They called the other location and had them come deliver it at no extra charge. Absolutely above and beyond of them to do; great food and great service!!!

The lunch here offers great value for money. The food is tasty, the service is excellent. Lunch also comes with soup, which is very flavorful. Highly recommended!

Love eating here. Whether it’s getting their lunch special (with miso soup), to getting their sushi (which is currently at 30%off). They even have complementary tea. Whenever I work in the area, Ollies is at the top of my list of places to have lunch at. Wonderful portions, very tasty, and great service. Highly recommend!

Good, solid choice for dim sum on the UWS. The new tofu skin dumplings were really good and a great menu addition. Steamed fresh was a nice touch, so plan on 15 mins before they arrive.

I am a fan of the Ollie's restaurant on 42nd street and have been there many times over the years. I was in the UWS for appointments and decided to try Ollies to go for lunch. The lunch combo price is fair, and includes a choice of soup or soda. However, I ordered the duck over rice and was somewhat disappointed. The food came with the plastic lid tightly on and very hot. I'm assuming it had been microwaved and then taken immediately to the table. It took a few minutes for me to be able to take the lid off comfortably because of the heat. And then a much longer time for the food to cool down so that I could eat it. Almost half an hour. Then when I did, I found the duck to be very salty. There wasn't much duck either, in proportion to the rice. I would call the service brusque but efficient. The seating area is comfortable for a take out place, so that is nice. And I enjoyed one of the window seats. Not sure I would visit again though.

Food was Okay but when I ordered the lunch “special” for 17 bucks, I expected more than 4 very small pieces of meat 4 mediocre pieces of broccoli. It seems We’re being charged for their very high rent but still leaving there very hungry. The lunch special isn’t very special, it’s less than an appetizers worth of food and doesn’t come with anything that a typical special would come with. No egg roll, no pork fried rice, no drink….but you are asked to leave a review for a free egg roll.

An authentic Cantonese noodle & BBQ takeout place. We ordered roasted chicken, chashao BBQ meat & beef noodle soups. Roasted chicken & chashao were good but the beef noodle soup was undercooked and tough to bite (many tendons), we ended up need to cook in our stove to soften them. also soup is a little bit too salty for my taste.

I was excited to try this place after reading all the reviews but overall it didn't live up to it. We ordered S&S Chicken, Szechuan Beef and a Chicken Fried Rice. All in all it was ok - there was nothing wrong with the food - it just wasn't that tasty. It's worth noting we ordered on delivery, so maybe it doesn't travel well; who knows. We're willing to give it another try as we're new to the area.

40 minutes to deliver cold food. Less than ten blocks. ...This place is sometimes good, but really inconsistent. I couldn't pick up tonight and ordered delivery. ...Flavorless and cold food showed up 40 minutes later. It was fresh. And high quality. And cold. And flavorless. And expensive. Do yourself a f(l)avor and order from somewhere else.

I have nothing good to say. I ordered some food hoping to have a quick meal before resting my head, only to open my bag and find a roach, still squirming around the bottom of my delivery bag. I didn’t try the food, but if roaches are crawling into the plastic togo bags, I don’t want to know what’s crawling into the food. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.
