very courteous drive thru personnel. You can hear and understand what they are saying. Fast Service and professional at pick up window. Always ask if I need condiments. I think that's nice. Love the food.
We have eaten here twice recently and both experiences have been very positive. The chicken breast strips are top quality and the light batter is seasoned perfectly. The fries are freshly cooked with cooking oil that gives them excellent flavor with just the right amount of salt. I only wish the menu had more items. This is a top-quality place with excellent food and top-notch employees. I would eat here more often if they had a larger menu.
One of the friendliest drive thrus I've ever been to, even compare to other Raising Cane's. Food is always fresh and well prepared, and have never had any issues with an order from here. Fantastic overall service!
Ordered the 4 piece combo box. Comes with 4 chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, Cole slaw, Texas toast a 22 oz drink and canes sauce. It was the VERY BEST chicken I have EVER put in my mouth!!! The whole meal was amazing. Right down to the sauce. I will definitely be coming back and I will be telling everyone we know, about Raising Canes Chicken. We arrived during lunch rush, and we're greeted as we came through the door. Our order was ready in a timely manner and the smiling faces of the employees worked well as a team.
Drew, was the manager in duty at 1:30 am. He was so nice and kind. Food is great, they accidentally gave me slaw on my order but I called and they were very willing to make it right. Give them a chance, they are open til 2 am in the drive thru.
The fast and accurate service was what I enjoyed the most.
Fast friendly service and the food is consistently good. Grab place to grab some dinner when family members are at Medical City.
Served our group of 50 people very quickly and smoothly!
Such a fantastic experience at this location! Accidentally put PM on a pick up order and the manager and staff were kind and got my order together quickly even though it was our fault. Perfect customer service.
Love this place. Super staff. So fast and they always have my order right the first time.
The service was amazing at this canes the employee Raudel was very respectful and patient when I asked questions. I got my food very fast and was satisfied.
I hadn't been to this location in years. Inside the woman was there to take my order immediately. She answered my question about the menu. The area with napkins and ketchup was organized and spotless. Food came out fast, hot and fresh. The chicken fingers were so hot I had to let them cool down. IMO they were far better than Chick-fil-A. Meatier too. The sauce is good. When it slowed down 2 people were busy cleaning tables and sweeping the floor. Not cheap but I think it's worth the cost. Bravo.
The food is great and the sweet tea is wonderful!
You can never go wrong with Raising Cane’s. I had the Box combo with four strips. Order came out hot and fresh in only a couple of minutes. Super clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Only negative to this location is the parking situation. It’s pretty rough getting in and here.
Nothing less than what I expected. Hot fresh good quality.
One of the best Raising Cane's I've been to. Food comes out fast, good culture & customer service is on point!
Absolutely best chicken strips. Never over fried and if you use the app it's easy and quick. Staff at this location were very efficient and friendly. Great takeout or eat in.
My first time to visit and try the food at Raising Cane's! I'd been hearing a lot of good things about it. Seeing the billboard ads around town and Post Malone's pitch for it, and so I decided to try it recently and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The Sweet Tea wadn't too bad neither! Food was made to order. Hot and fresh. Served up in a sports bar/1950's style diner-like atmosphere with plenty of pictures and memorabilia of various sports teams up on the walls, Elvis Presley photos and a cute little doggy named Cane. Check um out! The line is out the door and wrapped around the parking lot and the party is on at Raising Cane's! See y'all there. 😎🤠💕💪🏼🚨
luv these dashes. Raising has by far the best
This place always serves hot, delicious chicken fingers and fries. Never disappointed and the crew is always nice!
My family loves Cane's. I don't think I've ever met any employee. Or been to any of their locations that I did not like. Everyone is always pleasant and inviting. Very quick to serve and always deliver an amazing product
The food always hot and fresh.
Every single one I have been to in the last six months has had the friendliest staff
Didn’t want to eat my food anymore after it caught the mist of the cleaning spray from staff cleaning the table next to me when the restaurant was basically empty and maybe they could have waited to clean it.
Great costumer service food is served quickly and efficiently
I like their chicken fingers. Clean place and great customer service.
Came in for a HUGE order for a corporate event the manager and staff were AMAZING friendly and it was done in a timely manner I definitely recommend this morning crew for an event. I can’t say it enough AMAZING, Thank you! Dillon!!! You’re the best!! && congrats on the new position!!! Blessings on all your future endeavors!! Taye
I stopped by Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers and had a solid experience overall. The food came out hot and fresh, which is always what I’m hoping for when grabbing chicken fingers. The order was prepared quickly and everything was accurate. The staff was efficient and kept the line moving without any issues. Even during a busy moment, the service felt organized. The atmosphere was clean and upbeat, making it a comfortable place to stop in. Portions were filling and exactly what I expected. Overall, it was a reliable visit and I’d definitely come back when I’m in the mood for something quick and satisfying.
I’m not going for fast food to enjoy the atmosphere. Raising Cane’s is super fast you know exactly what you get and is super delicious. My kids asked me 2 years ago the first time, now going from time to time.
The atmosphere at Cane’s is vibrant and inviting. The food is always delicious especially paired with their special sauce for dipping chicken tenders and fries. Highly recommend for a place to eat with family and friends.
I am so amazed and impressed. The last three times I have visited, the food was super hot, very quick, and, of course, delicious! This is my go-to fast food while I am in town. Thanks for making it fresh and HOT!
Great customer service ..brought my grandkids & purchase al2 kids meals..love that they took the time out to cater to kids seriously..made sure they had toys and it was a good experience for them 😁
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The chicken fingers at Raising Cane’s are to die for! Great atmosphere and excellent staff make every visit a treat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crispy, juicy chicken fingers, friendly staff, and a fun atmosphere—Raising Cane’s is always a win!
I love this location. My order is always correct, hot, and tasty. The young gentleman working the drive through, Eddy was extremely polite and friendly! You can tell he enjoys working there. He made my day.
Amazing chicken, lovely place with good decorations, the time of service without exaggeration was the 30 seconds approx. The bathroom very clean and smelled better than my own. If you don't go here you are making a capital mistake so do yourself a favor and visit this place. 🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱 Viva Chile
Amazing customer service! They were so helpful with placing my company order & having it ready when they open the next morning! Thank you to 'Zoo' - you were amazing!

Just on service alone this Raising Cane's deserves 5 stars! My sister placed a mobile order and got an error message. We thought they didn't receive it and we showed up over an hour later and a wor…

Never really understood the hype around Kanes because to me the chicken is mediocre 🤷♂️The bread is the best think they have. But I do appreciate the fact that it's always fresh and the staff is always friendly
Always fire, make sure your fries are fresh, they sometimes over cook them or let em sit too long….
First time going to one, and unfortunately I think it was overhyped because the food is better than most chicken locations but I was by to expensive for just chicken strips. The service was great the atmosphere was ok at best but the food is nothing to write home about.
I don't know if they have a new crew but the food was actually really good this time. I gave up a while ago but this time the food was amazing.
Excellent service and FAST, too. Food is excellent considering it's fast-food 😆 fries were perfect, not soggy, nor bland. Chicken tenders were perfect--not dry nor greasy. The ONLY PROBLEM are the homeless people panhandling the entire time you are in the drive thru line. Luckily, the service is fast. I'm cool going through when I'm by myself, but when I'm with the kids, I'll opt to go somewhere else or another location because of the aggressiveness of the panhandlers. If you are fine with the lack of security (which I can't blame the establishment--it's not their fault; It's just the area) then I recommend this place for the food and great service 👍🏽
I purchased a chicken finger box. They only give you one ketchup and one sauce, with all those fries. I wanted a large coke, given a small drink, and was charged the total price for large drink. The cashier through I was paying attention or dumb. I asked her what's the difference price from the small to a large. She could tell me. She got attitude because she could tell me. Thank goodness the supervisor came and handle the situation in a professional way. I give you props for that.
the quality of the food is always top notch although the service could use some work. I come here quite often since it's always open late and the food is consistent and my only real complaint is that they tend to forget stuff. last week they forgot my coleslaw and this week it was my extra sauce I paid for. it's definitely not a game breaker, but still happens enough that it's worth mentioning
I am from Virginia and has heard a lot about Raising Cane. So I decided to try it out. I ordered the most popular special which is a 4-Piece tender with lots of fries and their specialty meat sauce which I hear is very good. Well I only had to wait a few minutes for my order and believe you me it was really good. Not only was the food nice and hot but the chicken was juicy and seasoned perfectly as well. The specialty sauce was a plus. And the fries were nice and hot as well. I only wish we had a Raising Cane in Virginia. I highly recommend patronizing this business if you ever get the chance. Raising Cane- One Love from Virginia.
We enjoyed our meal, but it is hard to define anything super special about it. The place was clean, the staff friendly.
For some reason they were doing the Chick-fil-A order thing backing up the drive through, meanwhile no cars to the delivery window after the order taker who was 5 cars from the window. Pointless. Then the fries were soggy after all that.
I went here a couple weeks ago Heading home after the Club. Got home the food Was Horrible. Fries were cold and Unedible..Chicken was soggy. The skin was falling off. I tried to call No Answer. So the next day I called and Spoke with Manager Calib. I explained to him how bad the food was..he apologized and took my Name. He told me he would replace my Order. So Lastnight after leaving the club I stopped by..Got my replacement order and It was Much Better. Thanks Alot Calib. I'll be back.
Love this place, tender chicken tenders, Crinkles cut fries, omg, delicious!! Inside Cane's, cool atmosphere, A.C wise, pictures, and support from the city. I like to eat inside, the music always has you in zone, however, if you want lemonade, which is amazing, extra .50 cents. I pay it, lemonade better than chik fila y'all. You're going to have to find out. Let me know what you think.
I had to call again to get my order curbside. I wish they would allow to go through drive thru to pick up on line orders
There was some construction the ladies working were so nice and pretty! I did get unsweet instead of sweet tea and didn't get the extra sauce but I understand and will just double check next time. Still tasted good

Cane's is very simple fried chicken. If that's your jam, you'll love Cane's. Their fries are usually good, and service is always on point. For me, it's too few food options and isn't for me more than twice a year. Can't fault the freshness of the food.
The employees are friendly enough but the company itself is stingy with their sauce. One sauce is not enough for 4 chicken strips and if you’re like me and dip your fries in it too you have to order more which is possible but, you guessed it, it costs extra. Also the quality of their food is hit or miss. Might taste great one time and the next the chicken is not the best and the fries are cold.
The first time at Raising Cane’s and really disappointed. I expected better. Ordered the chicken fingers sandwich. The lettuce was old and has changed color to wet blackish green fungus like, the chicken tasted flat and had no flavor the fries were thin and dry. Wouldn’t be going back any time soon.
Gave them a voucher card, they didn’t verify if it was a voucher or not, and she didn’t try to answer the questions I was asking.
Old rating was 5/5. Changed to 3/5 on 01/29/2024. Wish they'd come up with a consistent (and good) standard for extra crispy fries. Tired of getting my order only to find that they didn't even make the effort. And if I get extra fries instead of coleslaw for my box combo, I shouldn't end up with the same amount of fries that normally comes with a three finger combo. On the upside, the chicken was great and so was the lemonade.
It was just okay. Needed lots of cane's to eat the strips because they were flavorless. The fries weren't good either.
I've never eaten Cane's until today. Ordered, paid, and at the pick-up window I was told my transaction did not go thru. Paid in Cash and that always clears. Took longer than it needed too clearing up any confusion over payment and I'm sure that was on a camera. Chicken and fries were very good but the coleslaw was scary warm and my dog liked the toast. Not likely to go back with KFC across the street. **Sign in front of location said Cancer Plush Babies are here (was told they've been sold out for days). Then take your sign down or get your stories straight, leans towards deception.
Chicken strips are thick and juicy but a bit bland. Fries are ok. 'toast' is just a thick piece of bread. Overall the food is too bland to be so expensive. The service and atmosphere are great though. Very clean store.
I haven’t visited a Cane’s in over a year or more, so I was happy to visit on today. The food was fresh and the service was fast even though they were busy. There were order-takers outside and you could pay wirelessly. However, I have noticed that the chicken fingers and the portion size of the fries have gotten smaller while the price is more expensive. I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Normally our experience going to this Raising Cane's is great. But this time our order was all wrong. No fries and our 25 piece naked chicken order wasn't placed. So the people in our family with a gluten allergy didn't get to eat the dinner that was paid for. Management agreed to help us if we're ever in the area again, but that doesn't help us at the moment. I guess I'll change my review at a later date.
Food is ok, prices are extremely high, service is terrible. $4 for a lemonade and all you will get is a cup filled to the brim w ice and a splash of drink on top. even when you ask for 'easy ice' they will put as much as ice possible. Single sandwich is also now over $8 w tax included. Not worth it.
The parking situation is pretty bad. There were five or so spots blocked off, leaving only one left for the whole restaurant. My baby had a diaper blowout and was eating her poop, so it was an urgent stop! But a security guard came out and told me to leave because it was (although not labeled) a drive through only parking spot.
Chicken pieces are nice & fat, but they were dripping in grease & a bit tough to chew. There is no seasoning on chicken what so ever. But using the dipping sauce is what makes them taste good. Fries were also covered in grease and need salt. I went through 5 napkins to eat 6 fries & 2 pieces of chicken. Coleslaw tasted good but was warm, not cold, since they put the container on top of fries. My other 2 pieces of chicken I feed to my dogs. Fries I threw out, so for me, it was a waste of money. I'm glad I tried it, but I definitely won't go back.
I absolutely LOVE, love Raising Cane's. I'm addicted, to the savory and Hot chicken stips. Every one that I have been to across the DFW area seems to have the same mission. Piping Hot Chicken and fries, with a smile, However, today, after not having had been there for months, decided to go. I went thru the drive thru...all was good, paid for my food and the service was Great, anxious to get a bit, I reached in for some fries and immediately noticed that they were not hot. The Chicken tenders wasn't hot either. I was so disappointed in that experience that I will be cautious and should I not get the service that I am use to, I'll go back and have them start over again. I will not go to the location on Forest lane and 75.
I've bought from this restaurant three times, and I don't think they serve enough fries. Today I bought them, and besides very little, it seems like they fry them in very old oil. They should investigate what's going on. Other restaurants aren't like this.
I asked to get fresh food and every time I tried to get fresh food that kept telling me that it was crispy. Fresh is not crispy as I told the manager and she kept on saying that that's how it comes. I told her I didn't want anything that you had to throw back into the grease and call it crispy. That is called overcooked and she insisted that it was crispy and done. It was dry and overcooked in a fries was done the same way. I have pictures of both of them before pictures when they gave it to me the first time in the second time it was done correctly but I was arguing before I got my food there is a before picture and after
Ordered three chicken tenders, and one three chicken combo meal and they gave us three orders of French fries and one combo meal !!!! No bueno!!!!!\nWhat the heck ???

Every time I've gone to this particular Canes I've had an issue. \nThe customer service there is POOR, I'm assuming because it's ran by a bunch of teenagers. The "general manager" there provides no…
A bunch of disrespectful kids work here. Trying to order in the drive thru was terrible with hollering and giggling in the mic. They still managed to mess up my order but I caught it. Then the young lady at the window had a bad attitude about it. Just no!
They wouldn’t accept my caniac card. And then I ordered extra crispy chicken I got soggy greasy chicken. Very disappointed especially since the meals cost so much
Fries were almost raw. I was missing 1 tender from my caniac meal. Definitely do not recommend.
Ordered a combo meal with a sweet tea. Had been working in the sun all day and wanted a small glass of water before the meal. Staff said they sell water cups for the same price as a coke. I don’t usually leave reviews but it ticked me off that they won’t give their paying customers water.
I pull up in the drive through to order 15min before closing and everything I ordered the lady told me they were out of. She said they were out of chicken and closing in 10 mins so she can’t help us. Went to Raisin Canes and the customer service was lovely. Calling corporate.
Ordered through the drive through and asked for a canister combo no slaw extra fries and another extra fries. Received food and no extra fries my meal is a 3 finger combo. The food was hot except the chicken. Toast and fries I did received were amazing!!
Im sitting in the raising canes. I told the person i was planning to order . And my friend needed to use the restroom and he wouldn't let him go. Talking about he had to be sure we was ordering something before he could use the restroom. But some white people came in didn't buy nothing and was able to go to the bathroom with no problem
Would not let me fill up water inside, after i purchased a $16 dinner in the drive through, the manager was snotty with me told me it’s not a free drink refill station AND ALL I WANTED WAS TO FILL UP MY WATER. I was coming here after work very often will never visit this store again!
I come here often never had a issue until today! I ordered curbside pick up for a particular reason and I had waited 30 minutes for someone to bring out food. Nothing went inside to see what was going on the cashier was so rude telling me I needed to go in and get my food that no one was going to be bringing it to my car. So I will not be coming back here! Coit and Campbell never disappoint 👌🏼
Came to grab a late night meal on my break and it was close to closing time roughly around 1:40Am the lady who took my order rushed me and had an attitude. I figured she was tired so I was like oh well. Pull up to the window this particular young lady (wore glasses had black hair in a ponytail) she gives me my total then turns and blows her nose snot everywhere rubbing her nose/face then looks at me. She then cracks jokes amongst her co workers saying why is she looking at me like that hand her the bag I don’t want too. So I ask for the manager so she comes to the window with an aggressive tone yelling “You want ketchup”? I said no but I do want you to advise your employee that it’s nasty to blow her nose and touch EVERYTHING without washing her hands. Cups, counters, money etc…. I’m beyond disgusted and won’t be going back. I highly advise management to watch the cameras @1:49am 5/13/25 you would be disgusted as well. -Will attach receipt for proof of purchase
Rude female employee taking orders, rude employees handling drive thru window, did not receive receipt, and of course my order came out wrong. When I came back inside to have my order corrected 2 line cooks were laughing about their mistake & when asked to remake the order they asked “okay but who is it for?” You get paid $12/hr why does it matter who the food is for?, front counter girl rolling her eyes at me & manager handed me back COLD food. If you really want canes that bad I suggest driving the extra 7 minutes up to the location off belt line & plano rd :) they don’t have snarky employees & are actually able to fulfill orders correctly from their 4 item menu
May i start with i asked for canes iced tea i got lemondae which was sugar water......Dont go here after 11 food here is horrid i had to stop eating tenders because i was about to barf feeling how soft and undone my tenders were. I tried calling several times she answer pretend not to hear and hang uo then turn on the fax machine a couple times who ever answerinh the phone my cashier was monserra.. Truly the worst food on the block quality worse than kfc n popeyes whixh are across the street.
This is the fourth time I've been to this place and they won't give me the 4 extra salsa sticks I'm paying for. I tell the cashier, he says, "You didn't pay," and closes the window on me. "If he doesn't like working, fire him, he doesn't belong here
They didn’t give me everything I ordered. I was missing bread. Don’t like missing stuff that I paid for you guys want all your money I want all of my order.
I’ve given Raising Cane’s several chances because I like the concept and the food when it’s done right, but unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I’ve visited, I’ve found hair in my food. The first time I tried to brush it off as a one-time mistake, but after it happening repeatedly on multiple visits, it’s become extremely concerning and honestly pretty off-putting. What makes it even more frustrating is that I’ve noticed employees are not wearing hair nets while preparing food. Basic food safety and cleanliness should be a priority, and seeing that combined with repeatedly finding hair in my meals makes it hard to feel comfortable eating here. On top of that, my order is frequently incorrect. I typically go through the drive-thru for convenience, but more often than not I end up having to park and go inside to get my order fixed. That completely defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru and turns what should be a quick stop into a frustrating experience. I really want to like this place, but between the repeated hygiene issues and the constant order mistakes, it’s been difficult to justify coming back. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both their food handling practices and order accuracy.
I told the manager and person taking my order that it was not cooked properly they proceeded to open the chicken and look at the undercooked and give it to me still did not replace my order the fries were way too salty overcharged for 2 box combos and did not receive the amount I paid for I asked for refund or to make my order over and they refused to do so for one of the orders it was rushed experience inside the restaurant the front register staff did not give friendly service and rushed me out of the restaurant it was just a horrible experience they then told me I needed to ask for chicken to be extra cooked I’ve never been to a raising canes in over 5 years and had to tell anyone how to cook my food. They even spoke in Spanish about me for asking for my order over
This location used to be quick and accurate, now all the young teens do is ask each car to pull up in an empty parking space to have you wait for your food and then they never bring you your food out. This has happened to me twice
Ordered some food yesterday, paid at the drive thru and was handed my drink. The guy is literally looking at me like and asks what am I waiting on, my lemonade? I'm like no, my food. Looks at me and says didn't I give it to you already? Dude are you serious? This is the second time they've upset me. I just try to avoid this location in general but the kiddo was hungry.
9/16/25: I'm never going to return to this Raising Cane's again. I frequently order an extra side of Cane's sauce, only to never get it. But that wasn't the final straw. I went tonight to order a 3 tender combo with a bottle of water and an extra side of Cane's sauce. The drive thru person tonight was horrible, incapable of understanding me when I enunciated clearly as she misunderstood my entire order. When I get to the window, she tries to hand me a cup of water. I corrected her with what I said earlier: bottle water. When she gives me the total, the extra Cane's sauce isn't added. I'm then told to park which is extremely weird seeing as it's usually a quick turnaround for the combo. I waited an extra 10 minutes, then drove back through the driver thru. I should have known something was wrong when she and the manager asked if I was the one with "naked wings". By the time I drove home, I found out what they meant. Come to find out she gave me "naked wings" (not crispy tenders) which I never asked for and I never got the extra Cane's sauce. They were gross. And she clearly shouldn't be in the drive thru. I wonder how many other orders were wrong.
Everything i come my order wrong ir my drink is wrong and today it was both and I wanted to be nice and not leave a comment but it done piss me off that I asked for substitute coleslaw for extra toast and for light ice on my drink and end up with unsweetened tea yall need to do better. I wouldn't not pay almost $20 for this
Following a recent service interaction that did not meet expectations, I contacted headquarters to communicate my concerns. The young boy identified as Drew, exhibited a lack of professionalism and did not adequately address the issues related to my order. The service quality appeared to align with location.
