Always amazing and kind staff, but this time I asked for no onion in my animal fries but I think the persons working there didn't get what u said maybe cuz I repeated it like 3 times meanwhile the time I was ordering and when I received my fries they had onion, a little dissapointing but it's okay I didn't ask for new ones I just put the onion aside. But always nice staff and great food, very clean, a worker even opened the door for us when we left, very kind :)

The food and staff here are great. They take their time in preparing your meal and they do it fast. Close to CSUN, which make this location a great option for all of the students. The drive-through is a great option for anyone that is in a hurry. Their secret menu adds more exotic choices to the great taste.

I love their burgers. Truly fresh and never frozen, (just as advertised), which also applies to their hand cut french fries. Just make sure you ask for salt... You'll know why I am telling you to if you end up getting some fries and forget to ask. Great atmosphere and friendly staff who seldom have to ask a customer to leave for one reason or another.

In-N-Out Burger is a staple of Southern California living for a reason. Great burgers at great prices. The service is stellar with cheerful young people, ready to serve you accurately and quickly. While the menu is limited to burgers and fries, what is available is fresh and made to order. The only downside to In-n-Out is their incredibly horrible fries. Although they are made of fresh potatoes and clearly chopped in front of you, I do believe they're missing a step of soaking the potatoes in water for a certain amount of time. Their fries have mystical qualities that prevent them from maintaining any sort of heat. I live very close by and no matter how hot the fries are, once they hit the bag, they're immediately cold and flavorless. I seem to be the only one that recognizes this curse upon an otherwise flawless burger experience. Most get their fries drenched in sauce or whipped up animal style. The service and tasty burgers make up for this deficiency.

Gave them a 4 on atmosphere because I was in a long drive thru line. It does go quickly because they have someone taking car orders and they are thorough and friendly. Have always loved the in n out service due to the quality of the worker!

Awesome inn and out, long lines as usual. But they move fast. Parking lot always seems a nice mix of cars trucks and motorcycles. Crew is very fast here and best part... They nail the modifications. I love animal style but I can't stand regular pickles, I love sauce in my burger but I don't like the burger Patty soft and soggy. I like double doubles but even better is a 3x2(3meat 2 cheese) because it's to me a better ratio of meat to strong cheese flavor. They don't blink an eye when you ask for this super special/ specific order and they read it back to you making you feel comfortable that they got it right. Then they execute the burger as specified. A1!

You really can't beat this Southern California staple in terms of convenience, flavor, and value. Seriously, try naming one place in Los Angeles where a family of four can eat a quick, delicious meal for around $25. I'll wait...

There isn't much else to say that hasn't already been said but this is the number 1 place to go for a tasty quick affordable meal.

It's always nice to relive your past by visiting a In & Out burger. The consistency and quality of the food has stood the test of time. The staff is well trained in cleanliness and customer service. The smiles on there faces tell they are a well oiled machine working together. Thank you to the staff, management, and ownership that make that happen. You all should be proud of your positive energy that exists here. The young adults are learning a quality business environment that well lead them into there future. I always love In n Out. Their food is always great. I always get a double double (w/ extra onions because I'm weird) and fries. Also to save some money, my partner likes to get the spread sauce on the side instead of making things animal style. Also the banana peppers are always good. Something I didn't know either, until recently is they give you a little container of pickles if you ask for it.

Finally, Finally, Finally!! First of all, I know this is crazy but, finally a location where the food doesn't hurt my stomach or make me sick! YES, I've tried In-N-Out Burger only about 3 times in my life and that's because each time I got sick! And second, finally a visit to an In-N-Out Burger that lives up to its name, customer service wise! Tonight was not only the best experience I've had at a burger joint and it was not only the best experience I've had at a fast food chain, it was one of the few best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant Ever! (That drive-thru was toooooo long. I know it's worth it but I had to get back so I went inside! Good Call, because then I got to see the people who work at this location in all their glory.) GREAT Crew that they've got working there! So, needless to say, this is the only location I will go to for a while! Until I find another just like it, and add it to my very, very short list. Took years for me to land this one, so. Thanks SO Much!

I get a #2 animal style w/well .done fries & they nail it every time. Sometimes the well done fries are cóoked normally & then put in the oil again, sometimes from fresh straight through but I like em both ways.They'll do em & anything else however you prefer. They're trained well; mistakes are extremely rare. Check this out... the 1st time ever, I was at the Granada Hills location & I mentioned how amazing it was that at no location had they ever made a single mistake in at least 100 meals over 2 or 3 decades & guess what? Yup! They made 2! I was given the wrong change AND cola instead of root beer! Now THAT'S amazing! Anyway, you can count on quality & at a time when food costs are higher than ever, a good meal is still less than a Hamilton. ($10) And even long lines move pretty quick. They have it all down to a science. Watch em cut a whole large spud into fries in a couple seconds.

03/07/2026 I've been eating In N Out for about More than 20 years now and I never got disappointed. Alway tasted fresh and the price is always reasonable.

You can never go wrong with an In-N-Out burger. Everytime that I'm in LA this is a must. I ordered a Animal style burger which was amazing. Prices are always cheap and you'll always get great quality. After my meal I got a milkshake which was too sweet for my taste, but still it was worth it.

I dropped by one of In-N-Out Burger locations near me for lunch of a Double Double, fries and a Neapolitan shake on their outdoor patio.

Food and service all great. Love In N Out Burger. Thank you!

I’ve tried In-N-Out burgers before but the best I’ve tried are at Tampa Ave, Northridge. Fresh and tasty worth the drive out there. Make sure to ask for some fresh Chili on the side 😋

I am strictly here to shoutout NIGEL. I was here with my son this evening for a very important bonding dinner. From start to finish, Nigel was our SUPERSTAR for the evening. He politely greeted us with a smile and amazing vibe and took our order. When it was ready, he was the same person who called out our order, made eye contact with us when we heard our number, and energetically and warmly smiled and waved us in. He asked if we needed anything else, such as spread and peppers, and the vibe was consistent when we picked up our order at the counter, and "that was that" although IT WAS NOT! As we were getting through our meal, he came by to check on us and clean up the area around us. We set our completed tray and refuse on the clean empty table next to us and he came up to ask us if we were done and he took it away for us (although we did not expect him to do so), and he excused himself to clean the area around us. We shared some small talk and he was on his way to do the same for all guests around us. Before I left, I took the opportunity to thank him for his ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE AND POSITIVE ENERGY, and he was so receptive. He took the time out of his busy night and I made sure to let him know how we felt about him. This young man is a prime example of a stellar employee and amazing person. Everything about him is awesome. He truly cares about the quality of his work and the energy he puts out, and his actions speak louder than everything! He is the future of our world and he is beyond an asset to In-N-Out. I see him going very far in whatever he does and I am certain that will translate in to his service with In-N-Out. I can carry on and on about how fortunate we all are to have such a person of his caliber serving our community. Please invest in him in every way possible. He easily could be a Regional Director because there is so much we can all learn from a leader such as Nigel. Nigel, "WE SEE YOU!" Keep up the great work! I’ve came to this In-N-Out about 10 times and it is probably not that busy compared to other ones. Sometimes it takes a little while to get your food. If you go inside the atmosphere is pretty good. I enjoy the food as it is always comes out hot and fresh. I’ve never had a problem or a mistake from this location and they gets five stars for me.

In-N-Out Burger has the best burgers all over California, Especially in this location, The Double-Double is one of my favorite burgers of all time, and it tasted amazing, Their milkshakes not to be missed and they taste really good as well, And I cannot forget about the Animal Fries. It is a must to visit In-N-Out once in your lifetime, You will not regret it.

There is nothing that beats my favorite In-N-Out Double-Double (protein style - no bun - everything wrapped in a lettuce leaf)! Of course with EXTRA crispy french fries! In-N-Out's regular menu is just the beginning. Be sure to search Google for their "secret menu" to taste their home grown specialties. If you can, eat your meal inside or immediately in your car. The food is too fresh (nothing is ever frozen)!

This is my favorite In-N-Out location. Although they are usually always busy, they are always as quick and efficient as possible. The staff is nice and always has a smile on their face. It's also the cleanest location I've ever seen as as well. Large parking lot and quick drive thru as well.

We’ve come here about three or four times on her trip from Tennessee. We absolutely love their animal style burger is an animal style fries. The customer experience is by far the best you will have. We love their animal spread.

The best burgers in my opinion. Bathrooms are usually clean and well stocked. Staff are hardworking and friendly. There is lots of parking but it can be hard to find a spot sometimes. Especially one close. It can be super busy sometimes too so be prepared for a wait.

I am originally from LA. I loved In-N-Out. But, going back as a tourist, it wasnt that great. The burger was as amazing as i remember, but the fries were awful. The were cold and hard within minutes.

Coming from the east coast, this is one of the highlights of west coast cuisine that people will not stop reminding you of! While it's definitely worth the visit, the food could probably never live up to the hype. Probably the only fast food place that proudly displays the merchandise that they're selling up front.

Make sure and get here early to beat the crowds. They finally put up cones to direct the drive through so you can get into the parking lot to walk in. Very clean, very polite servers. Consistent quality of food. Gotta love In n Out.

Always my #1 place for burgers and fries. Tonight, around 7 PM they were very busy. I was surprised to receive little stubby French fries with just a few nice long and regular ones on the top. Other than that all was delicious as usual. I guess I just got the bottom of the batch.. and hopefully will not get that again I will CONTINUE to go there!!!

Always a good place to grab a burger. You can't beat the price for how good it is. I'd give them five stars but I save that for places that are one of kind, or that go out of their way for their customers. (Not to say In n out doesn't have good customer service). Their animal style burgers and fries are my favorite and their shakes are pretty decent as well. Not bad for a place that has gone so mainstream.

They have pretty good burgers, I usually take mine either animal style or the occasional 3x3 protein style. I mean, it’s really a burger joint on how you can make your burger. Play around with the different options that’s what’s cool about this place. Literally the sky is the limit when trying to make the best burger. or you can just stick to the original burgers they have on the menu. But this is my experience and I’m sharing that with you all. Remember there ain’t nothing like good food without good company.

In and out is one of the best affordable and fresh fast food options in all of Los Angeles. The service is extremely fast and the staff is very nice and takes care of any accommodations asked for. The only reason this location is not a 5 start location is because there are lots of homeless people who swarm around and even inside the in and out taking away from the eating experience. However I do think if you are looking for an affordable fast food burger in and out is by far the best

This is a good location for in-n-out. It has the small footprint of the older stores, but they have 2 well-managed lines and the flow is steady. Food was ready at the windows, and hot.. just the way I like it. Service was (as always) excellent and courteous. You cannot get a better double cheeseburger for $6.47. My only complaint was my "animal style" was a Lil llight on the animal... didn't get anything on my shirt...

If you want to experience California’s fast food you cannot miss In-N-Out! The menu is small since there are not so many options but that’s what make it special. I love the pink sauce and the spicy options. Decoration is kind of retro and sometimes the place can get crowded. Tip: order your burger with grilled onions, that really step up the game ;)

In n out is my go to burger place. We came at a good time at this Northridge location since Costco was closed so there was parking. My double double protein style burger with no onion and chopped chili was amazing. The fries however was overcooked so it wasn't that great.

The Burgers are good, just that the cooks put to much salt on the Burgers and when you tell them no Seasoning salt on the meat they are still salty there! That’s why I gave them 3 stars Because I been to other in & out’s burgers and they won’t put salt on your burgers, if you ask them not too.

they were super busy. its the one in the costco parking lot and the line is always abslutely insane. Idk why because it's just mediocre food. The burgers are thin, the fries need to be crispier and need salt. the wait is insane bc the drive thru is so busy

Usually this location is pretty fast in the drive thru but idk what happened tonight. I’ve been in the line upwards of 20 minutes and I’ve seen the line longer plenty of times and it’s much much faster. Each car is taking like over 2 minutes just to order. Idk this is crazy what happened in there on New Year’s Eve? Parking lot doesn’t even look full. Edit: dropping a star because it’s been over 30 minutes and I still haven’t ordered and you can’t even leave the drive through line if you want to

The drive-through takes 45 minutes to 1 hour because they turn off half of their grills to save on gas and reduce the number of workers significantly. You better off eat at a restaurant and get your food must faster than this so-called fast food. The French fries quality is the worst in town.

The staff and drive thru are nice but the hamburgers are always raw in the middle. I even order well done and the inside is just mushy pink/red. This has happened many times and I can’t eat the meat like that. I’ve contacted in and out and they said none of the meat patties should be pink

I hate to say this especially since IN-N-OUT is from California but the food was awful we came here on a Saturday evening visiting from Texas so we were very disappointed. Our bread was BURNT, there was barely any grilled onions on my boyfriend sandwich & not enough sauce on our burgers. Truly disappointed and it wasn’t as packed as I normally see it get. The food also made my boyfriend have a stomach ache & he had only eaten the burgers from here we were saving our appetite for some California burgers what a mistake. Don’t recommend this location.

Wow I almost can't believe or accept what just happened! We got burgers the other night and I'm as shocked as I am disappointed! I take out my burger and it tastes NOTHING like an In-N-Out burger. If I had to compare it to something I"d say it tasted a lot like a Big Mac from McDonald's. I"he loved their burgers for as long as I can remember. Saying "no" to food from there almost never happened. But now eating there will never happen again.Also their fries hacevbeen soggy for years. Not at every restaurant, but a few. I"m so sad that the EU made these changes...why????

The food is great but they just raised the Flying Dutchman price to $5.25. I used to go here and wait in the long lines so I could get a good deal. I will not be going to In N Out now because of this price hike.

2nd time they completely messed up my burger. Ordered a lettuce wrap before and it all fell apart and I tried to be nice and call it a silly mistake. Well it happened again and this time there is literally no lettus on one side to even hold the burger. It couldn't even sit in its own paper wrapping. It was a complete mess. Couldn't hold any of it. It's one thing to do a bad lettus wrap it's another to put no lettus on one side even wrap it. Ruined my lunch after waiting 30 min in the drive thru to get to order.

Today 5/15/2023 I bought few burgers and a very long nasty hair was wrapped inside the burger. In addition the quality of the meat has tremendously gone down. Also you can hardly find the cheese on the cheese burger. In-N-Out one day was a good burger but not anymore. The more money they make the less quality food they provide unfortunately.

It was a big disappointment. The meat patties in all burgers and cheeseburgers were dramatically over-dried. Mayo was missing in two out of four burgers. French fries... It actually doesn't deserve to be called that way. It's absolutely tasteless product which I can't even place in my mind near the potato. Only shakes were relatively good.

Got home was missing a burger for my pregnant wife also was not give a receipt to even call and let them know I will not be going back anytime soon !!!!!

The last 2 times I’ve been to this IN-N-Out their service has been so bad!!! I came in to order at 10 am and they weren’t even busy. They made my burger and left it at the waiting table for 20 mins and forgot to call my number. And when I asked about my food, they just grabbed the cold burger and fries they left out and gave to me. Never going here again. Balboa and Sherman Way is waayyyy better!

This is a picture of a burnt In-N-Out Burger. I received it tonight and opened it at home to find it completely burnt. Luckily, I didn't eat it. Sometimes kids make a fuss, but tonight they realized themselves that if they want to live a healthier life, they should avoid such foods. I'm not upset about receiving a burnt meal because I calmly threw it away and instead prepared a healthier meal at home, which we enjoyed!
