My favorite drink! I'm so excited about this seasonal menu!! Chocolat Mint Latte

10/10 for the flavor of the Flan Oatmilk Latte. Wait time was much longer than expected and not enough shaded areas in front of the shop, have to go around but overall worth it - absolutely delicious. Aprox $6 per latte

The girl helping meee (Bianca)!!! Super sweet, kind and loving. She was playing Christian music too!! 🥰💗💗💗 She made me a beautiful iced latte! Can’t wait to come back again!! 10/10

The Coconut Matcha is 10/10 my GO TO drink. It’s the best Matcha in Orlando with the perfect ratios of sweet and matcha 👏👏 and the baristas are the sweetest!

The guava pastry I got would have been better if it were warmer but it was still good. I highly recommend this spot if you want great coffee

Puerto Rico... coffee... put them together in a shaker, pour it out and you will be pleasantly surprised! I visited the location twice, why specially chasing the secret menu coconut latte in a coconut !! Heads up it's only available during special events so there's so trial and error to get it. But the coconut coffee is second only to bellhop coconut crema speaking on coconut flavored lattes. Which I would give this a 8.5/10. The flavor of coffee and coconut are a nice blend, neither overpower the other, truly a beautiful balance like two people on a seesaw perfectly balanced in mid air of bitterness to sweetness. The milk they used add a nice velvety creamy texture that doesn't make you over thirsty and smooth as you drink. With or without the coconut is still good coffee to enjoy ! The flan latte, in my opinion too sweet like a Mike Tyson punch of sweetness and you'll definitely need water for that drink. But definitely a nice spot to revisit and informative and caring staff

We've seen this place a million times and always wanted to stop by, so we finally did, and we were pleasantly pleased! This side of the road coffee stop is a little slice of heaven on earth. The people there were so friendly, they helped me figure out what I wanted, and asked specific questions about the preparation of the coffee, including additions. My fiancé got the barista's choice and I got an iced amaretto latte, both were delicious, and we will be back! Cool experience, great people, and delicious coffee. Highly recommended! 👌

Refreshing iced coffee ideal for this FL heat, reminding me of PR island living. Absolutely loved my CocoJoe drink, and my husband enjoyed his iced coconut latte which was less sweet and you could taste the espresso more. The young lady who was our barista was very friendly and helped us with our order, she mentioned she was new but she did a great job! The atmosphere is cute, outdoor seating available on the grassy area and shaded under a roof as well. I would return and try their flan latte specialty drink next time with a Mallorca de queso! (They were out of these treats and a few other menu items but I arrived 1 hour before closing time - which is 6pm on Saturdays) Their menu consists of caffeinated drinks, various matchas, and flavored lemonades along with some Puerto Rican baked treats!

Had the coconut latte with one extra shot of espresso and it was perfect! The only thing they could improve is on the sitting area, some outdoor umbrellas would be nice as Florida is very hot and we would like to sit and enjoy the delicious drink.

This cute little coffee place is located in a mostly residential area. It was quiet and I was the only sit down customer on a Thursday morning (a few people came for to go drinks). The coffee was excellent and strong. However the atmosphere is not my favorite. I went inside the building at first but the drinks are served from a food truck outside. There is some seating but it's all outdoors which may not be ideal in the summer. Overall I think this is a great place for coffee but probably better for to go rather than sit down as I did not feel like it's a good place to linger and enjoy your drink.

When I ordered zero smiles and I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Even another lady came after me and they were once again big smiles all the way. So I can’t say they were having a bad day because the smiles only stopped with me. Even when they handed my drinks to me the lady seemed very dismissive. But the coffee here is great and I probably won’t ever go back here because I don’t give my money to people who do not want it. I would highly suggest giving them a try though. My bad experience is only my own. This spot has tons of great reviews (Which is why I gave them four stars, I don’t want to ruin their good rating).

Went here for the first time today, waited 15 minute for one iced latte with no one ahead of me. I don't understand what was taking so long, it's one drink. It tasted good, but it really shouldn't take that long to make one coffee. The setup was nice and there was a covered patio, but the music was a bit loud for my preference.

The first time I went (May 2025), the coffee was delicious. But today’s visit was very disappointing. I went with my family and we ordered three flan lattes and a cocojone. The first two flan lattes were fine, but the last one was awful—the espresso was burnt and the barista forgot to add the flan. When I mentioned that the espresso was burnt, the barista admitted she didn’t know how to use the machine and said her manager wasn’t around since it was close to closing time. Honestly, how can a coffee shop hire someone who doesn’t know how to use an espresso machine? I really love the vibes of Cultivo, but this experience needs the manager’s attention. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I was excited to try this place but the vibes were a bit off. The lady in the register was not welcoming although she was very talkative and nice to the couple in front of me. Overall kind of awkward exchange. The coffee is very sweet and did not feel like it had enough caffeine. The location looks nice but will not be returning and will not recommend.

Was hoping to get a coffee this morning and was told during their working hours (10:15am) that they were deep cleaning the entire food truck and I wouldn’t be able to place an order until 11:00am. While I appreciate having a clean workplace, doing it right in the middle of open hours is unprofessional and inconsiderate. This also comes without any notice on Google or their social media page. Unfortunately, I won’t be back here again.

11/20/2025. Waiting for 2 cups of coffee for 30 mins. When there is only 2 cups infront of us. The lady/casher/barista taking her sweet time talking instead of making coffee or taking order. Horrible customer service.
