Dropped by last week to celebrate my birthday...first time there. My husband ordered a bottle of champagne and we sat there for a couple of hours enjoying our bubbly. The ambiance is incredible....classy and sophisticated yet so comfortable and easy. We chose a table outside because of our new puppy and watched the sun set over the mountains. Wait staff was absolutely amazing...so informative and knowledgeable about wines....it was so interesting! Decor is just stunning...beautiful serene colors throughout dotted with very cool "palm trees". The outside patio has fire pits and just made it feel like you were in a 5 star resort. This will definitely be my new favorite place and I have raved about it to all of our friends! Great job Canopy!

I am always looking for vibey wine bars when I’m traveling and Canopy made the cut! came here with two of my pals and we had such a lovely time. our servers were so kind and even offered to take a photo of us. the wine we had was too notch and the interior was perfection. so glad we were able to stop in.

My wife and I visited this wine bar for our first night in Palm Springs and we were so happy we pivoted from our previous plan. Canopy is a perfect blend of cozy and sophisticated, offering a thoughtfully curated wine list with something for everyone. The female sommelier was so helpful in selecting our flight and lighter red wine. The hummus plate (sub cheese for olives) was fresh, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the wines. Friendly staff and stunning mountain views, it’s a wonderful spot we’ll definitely be returning to!

Came for a friend's birthday this past weekend and this place was lovely. The menu is a bit particular as I'm a picky eater but was able to snack amongst the various items the table ordered. Wide variety of wine options with some good selections. The atmosphere is definitely welcoming and the decor is modern. The patio is awesome with fire pits and also blankets to utilize in case you get cold. The service was top notch and I don't think we had to ask for anything as they were on top of it. Would recommend the visit if you want to socialize, have some good wine and enjoy the outdoors.

An absolute treat in the desert – had the pleasure of enjoying wine flights two nights in a row with Phil! They have an incredible selection of boutique wines as well as imported old world/French wines and champagnes. Some of the most educated wine people in the desert that I’ve met as of yet. Very creative and interesting approach to wine selections. You can tell that they are curated with Heart! The food and menu selections are incredible - great portion sizes and value, but also fresh and innovative! We enjoyed some of the best live music I’ve ever heard in the desert, atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous the setting serene facing the mountains, and a really casual, but elegant, and progressive place to hang out in the desert! Hands down the best of its class in Palm Springs.

A relaxing and comfortable wine bar in downtown Palm Springs with indoor and outdoor seating, fire pits, and a great view of the mountains. They have a fairly good wine list and decent prices. Service was really good and we especially enjoyed the fire pit outside on a cool evening. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

This was a pretty cool place. Lots of really good wine. The seats are pretty comfortable and the staff was really great. If you come in definitely would get the charcuterie board it was awesome. Looks like everything coming out of the kitchen was pretty good.

This is the cutest place! We stumbled upon Canopy on a recent trip to Palm Springs and had such a good time, we brought our family back later in the week. Fabulous decor, amazing food and service could not have been better. The host and our server, Kate, were so friendly and made both experiences memorable. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful new gem in Palm Springs! The space feels like an elegant extension of Colony Palms—lots of gorgeous wood and gold finishes, modern furniture, and a cozy, elevated vibe that’s instantly inviting. Kate is incredible—so attentive and personable. She really added to the experience and felt like part of the atmosphere the restaurant is creating. She’s mentioned her name many time times, but we remembered her instantly. We had the charcuterie board and a wine pairing, and everything was spot-on. The presentation was stunning, attention to details is incredible. Things I appreciated most: 1. The music wasn’t too loud. You can actually talk and enjoy your time without shouting over a playlist. It’s such a rare and welcome detail, especially in a town full of buzzy new spots. 2. I ordered a kale Caesar, and they had run out of kale, so it came with a bit too much dressing and needed more greens. But the team handled it so smoothly—polite, professional, and genuinely kind—that it didn’t affect the experience at all. The chef personally came out and thanked me for the opportunity to make it right - this goes a long way in these trying times. So happy to see a place like this open in PS. It’s beautiful, low-key, and already feels like a new favorite. I’ll definitely be back. P.S. They packed up the rest of our charcuterie so thoughtfully—everything neatly boxed and still looking gorgeous. Happy to say it turned into the most fabulous midnight snack in bed… because only in Palm Springs do you end the night in silk pajamas with a glass of rosé and a perfect bite of manchego.

We stumbled across this restaurant and decided to try it out . We shared the kale Caesar salad with chicken and the spinach lasagna. Loved them both! The salad had the perfect amount of dressing. And the lasagna was a large amount but enough to share. It was delicious!

We had such a great time at this wine bar last night! We tried a couple of the flights, the Caesar salad and the cheese & charcuterie and everything was great. Ambiance was lovely and service was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

This is a great place to relax and have a glass of wine and they also have great beer choices. The decor is lovely. It's not too loud. They've arranged the chairs so you are not sitting on top of strangers but rather have little private spots for chatting.

Highly recommend! I know Bar Cecil and Paul Bar get all the buzz in Palm Springs but if you love wine and quality food (and good service and fantastic design aesthetic!) Canopy is just as good if not better. Please support this gem.

We had gone in Friday night for dinner in celebration of a bride-to-be. Unfortunately the day before, PS was experiencing some pretty steady rain but Steve was amazing, communicating with me to keep me updated on whether or not I’d have to find last minute reservations elsewhere. I’m so glad the weather lightened up as we were able to immerse ourselves in the experience of Canopy Wine Lounge. Jen, our server was incredible, a warm and inviting personality. As a group, we were collectively impressed with our experience from start to finish. Music was great, blankets available outside if any of us got cold. The food was fantastic, the ambience is exactly what I was hoping for when planning our trip. This place is definitely a diamond in the desert

Canopy Wine Bar is worth a visit. They have a lovely outdoor space with a nice view of the mountains, plus a spacious indoor area if you prefer to sit inside. We stopped by for happy hour and found the deals pretty limited — only a small drink selection and none of the specials applied to food — but we still ordered a light bite and the food was good. Service was a bit slow just to get drinks, and the prices lean on the higher end compared to other wine bars, but it’s still worth checking out. The staff were friendly, and you really can’t beat the location. Would recommend popping in for a glass as you explore Palm Springs. The style is cute and chic, and the views make it an easy stop.

Stopped by Canopy Wine Lounge with friends — a couple and their two young children — expecting a relaxed, hospitality-driven experience, but this visit missed the mark in several key areas. From the moment we sat down, the service felt contradictory: we were largely ignored when we needed attention, yet rushed when it came time to order. It created an atmosphere that felt more transactional than welcoming. The wine program was disappointing. The Prosecco arrived flat, suggesting the bottle had been open too long or improperly stored, and the Beaujolais showed clear signs of oxidation. Unfortunately, no one checked back in a way that allowed us to comfortably address the issues. The sourdough was served as burnt toast and was barely edible — though, amusingly, the young kids at the table seemed more forgiving than the adults. Ultimately, we chose to leave after appetizers because we simply didn’t feel welcome. A wine lounge should excel at both beverage quality and hospitality; with more attention to freshness, service awareness, and guest experience, this could be a much stronger destination.

Skip it: My expectations were way too high. The good: Nicely appointed wine bar with good service and nice ambiance. The bad: $10 bottle of wine with a stingy pour at exorbitant price. $7 appetizer/ tapa for $22 U.S. Only large bottles of mineral water and no club soda. My total bill before tip was $50 U.S. you be the judge but for me a huge thumbs down.

Underwhelming and disappointing. Service was painfully slow. They were sold out of nearly every item on the menu, not including the deviled eggs that were simply “spoiled”. The couple next to us said their food took an hour to arrive. My husband and I ended up leaving and eating elsewhere. Would not recommend unless you arrive at opening and have a couple hours to kill.
