Very good customer is just a thing that I didn’t like what I ordered but good serving

This is the first, and so far only, Jack in the Box I've been to, but it left a great first impression. Even their cheaper burgers get put in boxes! I will definitely hit up this place again if I get the chance.

There's a new overnight manager or crew member now. I'm not sure of her name, but ever since she's shown up, the food and service has been so great. I ordered tacos yesterday around 1am and usually around this time, there was another manager, male, that would kinda give us like old food. The taco shells were always hard, and they get like that when they're old. ANYWAYS- yesterday's order was nothing like that, they were hot and fresh and packed with enough taco sauces. I was so happy, and im sure it's cause of her! Second good experience for midnight cravings, which would usually disappoint. Idk ur name miss, but TY!

Drive thru review only. Morning crew had a great attitude and greet you cheerfully every time. Repeat your order even after you see it on the order screen and get the order correctly everytime as well. Never fail to offer you commitments and make sure to give you napkins. Even tell you to have a great day with a smile.

This Jack always has me through the drive-thru faster than most other fast food restaurants I've visited. Also, the Jumbo Jack is one of the best burgers.

Great customer service and food is always popularly well done. Love that breakfast is served all day, my kiddos ask for pancakes after school. So that's a big plus!

Fast food places are not always good when it comes to accurately preparing orders but I have never had an issue at this one. Speaks to good management, also clean place.

Great food... we always get the 3 taquitos combo for my wife and I, and they never disappoint. Great tasting, crispy tacos with lime diet cola, and curly fries. We Never spend over $10 for both of us... and the atmosphere is great, with plenty of seating every time. Restrooms are always clean, and we always come back.

Young lady at window today around 9:45pm. Had nice vibes and being nice came natural to her. The burger was nice,hot and really good. Except napkins would be nice. Thank you. Seriously that young lady didn't even try to be nice ,she was genuine. Very nice.

My respects to the store manager Luis but he really needs to be careful with who he hires. There is a lady in her 30s with blonde hair, that is so rude. She's so unprofessional, she has hickeys all over her neck, and loves rolling her eyes. She gave my siblings so much attitude, they don't even want to go eat there again, even though they're regulars. If you don't like your job, get another one. Plus, why make a big deal out of the meals that were given if they aren't coming from your pocket?

Cashier was nice. Read back our order just to make sure we ordered what we wanted. Took our food to our table even the to go order. Love that Jack in Box serves breakfast around the clock! Restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy.

Ok, just ok. I haven't been in one for several years while I found the sandwich tasty there were a couple of this and that's that weren't quite right. Compared to a Wendy's early this week for exactly the same order this was more than double the cost.

Great customer service from the cashiers. Managers were eh okay but they were nice when you came into the store. Everyone greeted you when you walk in. Food was good depending on what you got and the want and crave for it.

I got the $1 for 2 tacos and for the first time ever I ordered without the sauce and from now on I will order them without the sauce. The tacos were meh, but that's ok I'm not paying for quality. I would rate the tacos 6 out of 10. Whenever I get with sauce the tacos come out really oily and the sauce feels old, so I put the sauce on them myself ordered hot sauce packets on the side. Good job on this order.

The food came out fresh. The only issue is that they dont listen to the order. We asked them to combine the order together and they didnt. And then they forgot another drink and had to charge us again. We paid for like 3 different orders when it should have been only one

Last night's munchies meals were so good! I was debating between the chicken sandwich and nacho monster taco but this munchie meal comes with everything prepared already so 🤭 why not? I got the spicy nacho chicken sandwich and we got the chick n tater melt sandwich, perfect to end the night.

My husband likes the tacos here. Unfortunately the tacos have gotten to have next to nothing put in them. It's as if you're just paying for a tortilla.

Burger cool to cold, bread ( sourdough sandwich) Soft and no crunch, it had been setting for sometime. Third try at a Jack, their done, won't be back.

Burgers were not made to order; they were a bit cold. They got an order wrong; the chicken sourdough was made with a beef patty. Food wasn't bad overall, but not as great as I remembered it growing up in San Diego.

Food is great. But service could use some flavor. I always have to go back after I get home because they forgot and items purchased. So I try to call and they don't even answer the phone, like there is something is wrong with the line.

Some and disorganized behind the counter. The young woman waiting on customers was sharp and doing several tasks but the remainder of the crew was"lost in space" my very basic order of a sourdough combo too nearly 10 minutes.

I went in by the drive thur and saw the lady who was taking the orders with her mask in her chin, while at the same time serving the drinks. I believe that is irresponsible from her to do that in this times. But the food was great . :)

I really liked the staff however my food didn't taste so good. However there are times when I go and everything is just perfect, 5 stars. The food will be great the soda machine works good and the service is always good here but other times they really lack in the food aspect. Its pretty much a hit or miss. I would say the time that you go does fluctuate the type of food quality your going to get as well. Try the mini churros. Absolutely delicious! Enjoy your meal!

We ordered from the Jack In the Box app, and when the delivery driver picked it up the driver took off with our food, then we tried to call and JIB's location phone number is disconnected.

Usually I don’t have trouble with this jack in the box but today the drive thru girl had a nasty attitude just nodded yes without a word when I asked if she could give me a hand full of hot taco sauce , no thank you no Hi NOTHING. the tacos were COLD, ice cold and they had excessive lettuce no meat / beans. I asked for a Dr Pepper they didn’t have any , I understood asked for a coke instead , got a Diet Coke. Literally the simplest things can’t get done. Will continue going to the one on Bryan even if it takes a longer drive

I don't know why, but every time I'm in the drive-thru, they get my order wrong! Plain= no veggies and dry=no sauce. I drove out before checking my order...but for the price, at least give me the right order! Cheese was on top of the bun! I asked for a cheeseburger with no sauce...but, didn't receive veggies! 🙄😒

This particular Jack in the Box didn't have any salads, teriyaki bowls, or chicken pita's. It had just burgers which kinda was a disappointment for anyone looking for a somewhat healthier option.

Back in the day great hot food. Now they don't listen to the customer. What you ordered and what is on the screen is not what they put in the bag. All cold food cold fries.....

I had used Uber Eats to order my meal, they didn't give the driver the entire order. When I tried to call them, they hanged on me every time. This has happened to me a few times already.

I have never been talked to the way your staff member has talked to me. She was very unprofessional and has no manners at all. I know jack in the box is not a five star restaurant but at least have people with respect. Next time hire people that are good with people. thank you!

4-5-24 Parking lot needs repair and some lines painted. Girl running the drive thru couldnt understand my order, and I couldnt hear her even with the truck shut off. When I got to the window, and again shut off the truck, I still couldnt hear her. She was so busy taking orders, she couldnt process my payment or hand out the food that was sitting there ready.

It's not the first time my order is not good but I've just let it pass. Like the eggeolls have been cold in the middle or the burger is wrong. But ugh... my number 24 breakfast sausage was missing 25% of it. And all the sandwiches i brought except one had a piece of egg shell in it. Including this one as you can see. Ugh...

I ordered their new spicy popcorn chicken amongst other food items. The popcorn chicken were hard as a rock and cold as if they were sitting out forever. Upon receiving my order, employee at the window did not greet me nor asked me if I needed any condiments. I received no sauce for the popcorn chicken, no ranch for my jalapeño poppers, and no hot sauce for my tacos until I asked for them. I Have visited this location a few other times and they are always forgetting items or items dont meet standard quality.

We were over charged! When I asked the young lady she said she charged us extra for cheese on our cheeseburger. Then took it off. Ticket said both amounts were added to total amount. We were also overcharged for the other sandwich. Both sandwiches were overcooked. We won't be back. Sorry place.

The service at night is bad. The same male cashier always says the system is rebooting or the system went down or they can only take cash, or they are out of breakfast items. This happens like 3 out of 4 times that I have come

The ONE star I rated this place is for the guy at the intercom. Because the girl in the window was a sorry piece of business. Not one word did she speak. I asked her to wait for me to get the large cup of coke but she didn't. I asked her to give me one item at a time and was going to explain that my arm is broken, (recovering) bit she didn't give me time. She dropped my credit card and didn't apologize. No social skills whatsoever. She needs charm school.

I just went by and bought a salad... I just got the dryest smallest piece of chicken ever. I’m trying to take care of my health not starve to death. And salads aren’t cheap either. Terrible service. I usually go at night and every single time they are out of food, or their systems aren’t working? So much for a 24hour service. Never coming here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Last experience: the guy said the systems were restarting come back in 15 so I waited and went back. Then he says i dont know how long it’s gonna take, park in the parking lot and I will go call you when it’s done. I am parked for 10-15 minutes and a truck goes through the drive thru and gets their order and IM STILL WAITING. Very inconsiderate he wasted my time. And after I ordered I ask for a coke, and he says “we don’t have coke right now”. THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING. What a way to start my day on a bad note. Thank you jack for never seizing to fail me.

Buttery jack with that melted cheese is expensive, very small and misleading on the picture. Young man at window was very nice which is a plus. But what a waste of money. Not worth it. I can't afford to pay for some thing that wasn't worth it.

DO NOT order from here or especially, do not order through the drive threw, make sure to get your debit card back, they will hold your card, take your card information and, start charging outside orders on your card.

Tired of going at midnight & them saying the system is down or they’re resetting something, do not recommend going through that struggle.

Night shift people are very disrespectful . I went at midnight just for a meal and their customer service was terrible. When I got home the fries were soaked in grease and my burger wasn’t even warm and the cheese was flat and hard like cardboard not even melted on the patty .

tbh they forgot my churros, im pregnant with cravings and this has made me infuriated. i would drive back to complain but i am not allowed to drive at night because of what happened last time (i hit a group of dogs, i said sorry tho) anyways do better jack… i still want my churros…

I had a horrible experience with a night manager.. I do appreciate the store manager’s (Jose Garza) effort on making things better. I hope they improve their customer service. Now with so much competition around them. Never had I seen before what the gentleman did to me, I had a credit order for 8 nuggets the nuggets by themselves he asked what the problem was; I explained we had 2 nuggets missing in our prior order, we called in to let them know and therefore we had gotten the credit ✔️. HE GOES to the kitchen GRABS 2 nuggets in a napkin and handed it TO ME 😡 he says here ur 2 nuggets that we forgot w a GRIN! I ordered a box meal a sandwich and some egg rolls. The egg rolls were nasty super soft and cold like they had been there for a long time didn’t find out till I got home all the way to Penitas on 4 mile which is far from palmview where I ordered very poor management I get there I explained what happened to the cashier she tells the manager about the egg rolls after a few minutes I get my egg rolls back it’s like they just re heated them again the manager didn’t even say sorry or nothing stupid egg rolls were still soft not even fresh I’m pregnant if I’m paying for something I expect for it to be done right and fresh I went at 7:25 pm super disappointed 😡

Went to get a quick bite and the cashier was so rude. So called the store and no answer to talk to manager. So get my food and it's all cold and even when ordering was asked to go park in front cause my order wasn't ready but the car behind was. Same cashier comes out with attitude and just hands bag with no thank you or have a nice day. I yelled Thank you and she didn't even turn. You all need better manners there. Last time going. Tacos a precooked‼️ By that I mean they are fried and left next to the fries, until somebody orders. I ordered some and even told the manager and he said he would make me fresh ones and he didn't...they are cold and stale! Is this even safe? Palmview Tx Jack in the Box

I do not recommend this place!!! Got my burger and tacos super cold! On top of that my buns were black and burnt the hell out of and super soggy. And my husbands tacos were thrown into the bag broken also as if nothing and then they stacked and just threw a bunch of lettuce all inside the taco bag so basically they werent prepared and had less than half a cheese was outside stuck on the taco along with a bunch of old nasty oil. Food looked and tasted like it had just been sitting there for hours! Midnight staff is the worst! Morning staff is pretty good and very kind i have to admit! But after midnight the staff is rude asf and they rarely have whatever is on the menu ! And when they do it all comes back cold and nasty! That's because its usually dead so I would think they would actually take the time to prepare the food not just toss it however! So if u plan on going here after midnight I would probably think twice about it trust me!

I've been a jack in the box app rewards member for a few years now and haven't been disappointed till recently one of my orders was doubled for no reason turning a $2 purchase (with redeemed points) to a $10 purchase. And after confronting the workers I was denied a refund and locked out of the drive thru window. I'm never buying from Jack in the box again

Ordered from this place since it was close by and late at night. Ordered online made sure i did put what i wanted right turns out i send my husband to pick it when he said the the employee was so rude. Second of all when he got back my order was wrong and didnt even get my drink. I had asked for 2 chicken sandwiches and there were beef sandwiches. This is why i had stopped ordering there but somehow thought it would change. Don’t recommend to come to this jack. Its horrible every time i go or order.

Hii I called yall multiple times on the phone, but nobody answered . I came by on Thursday morning around 7 am June 27,2024 (Which is today ) I ordered 1 texas double jack large combo , 2 burritos, extra curly fries, and 1 chocolate overload cake. I paid with card , the lady in the window didn't give me a receipt . Told me to park in the front of the restaurant, I did. Minutes later I got my order went home to eat . When I was unpacking everything. Yall forgot to give me my chocolate overload cake. It's my fault for not checking when i was there, but wow yall forgot the cake .

Stopped on 03/06/2022 6:20pm.. Staff was young, dumb and rude.Hamburger in the kids' meals was old, and Shake Machine was down. When I refused the swimming pool soda, the mood of the young lady changed. I was given no total, or when I asked for a receipt, I was told the machine was down. How did they come up with a total with the machine down? My change was a pile of coins, not because they were out of quarters, but because our modern-day kids can text be not count change. Free food and apologies won't bring me back, Jack. I've written this to educate others that the only way to change a company is to hit them in the bottom line. I read over other reviews on Jack in the box. Some good, many bad and upsetting. In less than 20 minutes, I've told the 250 people in the RV park. My passenger has over 20 years as a manager in fast food and has a Facebook following. If the owner of this store thinks this will just blow over? Check your register.

This is my second time I go and order and very disappointed.the number 2# I ordered with extra onions I asked for no onions !! The burger looked like it was already made ... Curly fries cold ...and tacos were cold!! .. never again will I go to this jack in the box...it's ridicules..

Do better.... 0rdered 4 orders of tacos...only got 3. Chicken stripe meal..super burned.....kidsmeal ask for plain and dry, they left everything ( kid said it was gross). Got a Dr. Pepper...no gas ;( ....tried calling restaurant and call is restricted. Burgers look super smashed.

I went through drive thru and the girl charged me incorrectly and was not going to inform me nor return the extra money I paid. I only caught it because they were chit chatting about their error. They were upset that I asked for my dollar and change back but if it was the other way around, I would have not been receiving food if I owed Jack in the box a dollar and change. They need to do right and explain their mistakes and not keep the customers money.

Worst client service they’re on there phones and chatting like nothing just to not put enough bacon in my BACON ultimate cheeseburger 😑. I do not recommend this Jack In the Box. Filled with teens that don’t care to be seen with their phones and don’t serve the right amount of bacon. Rather go further to order somewhere else. Pmo.

Rating update January 24 2025 Went and asked for a cheese BURGER plain and dry got charged for a BURGER and only received Bread with cheese it's the 2nd time this happens so disappointed oh but I got charged as if I received a pattie. Got to admit i come here all the time! But lately you all have been heating the food up in old Oil i can taste it and see it. it drips alot and has a black-ish color. I took pictures of 2 different occations that i went and ordered the same thing yet the potatoes were still heated in old oil they were dark brown it even made the cheese look dark. Contacted jack directly they didnt care they cared more for theyre survey than the customer's problem. I cant correct you guys or my food will be sent back with spit. Can you all like put new oil i know you all dont want to waste it TRUST ME i know but come on its nasty! UPDATE: just got my freshly made extra cheese potatoe weddges i could actually taste the potatoes instead of tasting burnt oil thanks JACK IN THE BOX IN MISSION TX 👍

Today we went to get lunch for our employees and the food was terrible. The beef Patty's were dry , the sourdough bread was old and not toasted well the curly fries tasted like old oil. It's disappointing that you would spend hard earned money and expect quality food in return and receive nothing buy junk. 🤢🤢 Never again 😒

There was enough staff on duty, but none felt the urge to clean them dining area. They spent more time chatting with each other than keeping the place tidy. All tables were dirty and still had leftover stuff. Enough food on the ground to feed a small family. The parking is also full of paper bags and napkins. The food was okay, but it looked like it was thrown in the basket and undefined stuff in the curly fries.
