ordered a large pizza wings and calzone for the family tonight food was excellent but i enjoyed my delivery driver even better as he is the founder of Patriots 4 First Responders and seeing the Officer Daryl Pierson and Officer Anthony "Tony" Maz memorial decals on his truck hit me hard and that he had his amber white lights on for safety was a real plus for me to hear he was veteran and i recognized him from the news i hope he delivers our pizza all the time thank you for supporting our men in women in uniform locally and around the world

I drive out from Corn Hill to pickup from them, they are that consistently good. Staff is always polite and on top of it, food always at a high quality. Literally zero complaints, their floor is that high.

If it wasn't for Danny, my pizza experience would have been terrible. Furthermore, the broncos are lucky to have him as a loyal super fan. His fandom knows no bounds, and it's thanks to him and his bronco basement that they are as successful as team as they are. I will definitely be back not only for their world class pizza, but also for Danny's charm and customer service. Thank you Danny *EDIT* Danny has since left the company... I usually pick up pizza and wings once a week on my way home from work because it's convenient. The wings are always very well prepared along with the pizza, definitely one of my favorite marks locations.

Really fantastic food with a wide assortment of things to get, not just pizza! Staff is very friendly at this location too. Delivery was quick when we ordered, order was correct. Keep in mind, the food can get a bit pricy but you definitely do get what you pay for in quality. Hands down the best pizza in the area. Give them a try!

Mark's has been our family's favorite pizza for the 20 years we've lived in Webster (we order from the Bay Road location). The crust is great, the sauce is not too sweet or spicy and the cheese and toppings are flavorful and generous. Lately, I've been into their cup and char pepperoni...it's fantastic. Highly recommend the internet special, a large 2 topping with a medium free...lots of pizza for $22! They treat you like family at Mark's Pizzeria!

Ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce. It did not disappoint. Dough was just thick enough. Sauce was tasty and plentiful. Toppings were adequate. Ordered hot wings that were perfect. Cooked just right, meaty and actually had quite a bite to it. My first time ordering from here but not my last!

I order from Mark's in penfield pretty frequently and their consistency is out of this world. I am never let down by their buffalo chicken or old fashioned pepperoni pizzas. Their calzones are excellent and I would highly recommend all of their appetizers. Location is very convenient.

I ordered a pizza on the phone with my credit card for delivery. When the driver arrived, I accidentally paid in cash the full amount. When the driver got back to Marks, they called me to ask me if I really meant to leave the driver “ that kind of tip” . When I realized what I had done and talked to the person at Mark’s the driver brought the money back. He could’ve kept that money thinking it was a tip, but he didn’t. Who does that these days? This is amazing. This truly goes to show that there are honest people out there! Thank you MARKS PIZZERIA!!

Great service, the pizza was good, the wings were crispy and the hot Buffalo sauce was adequately spicy compared to other places. The young woman that answered the phone and the young man who checked me out and gave me my order were professional and courteous. Mark's isn't trying to make the worlds best pizza. They make good pizza and other food at decent prices with good service.

I go here more often then I should because it is absolutely the best pizzeria ever. The pizza is always cooked well and the cheese is perfectly melted. The crust is ideal, a little crunchy but a little bit chewy. The sauce is favorable and the pepperoni is thoroughly cooked. I recently have order medium pizzas, fried ravioli, pan pizza, calzones and fried dough. All are nicely created. No two items taste the same, each individually created differently. Highly recommended.

Usually do pick up but have sat down here as well. It's almost always very clean the staff is always friendly, helpful and at times can be pretty funny. I feel in the winter it can be a little cold in the sitting area but the pizza keeps it warm for ya! They have a TV playing and is usually Sports Center which is good to watch if you go solo or with someone that doesn't tell good stories. Either way the food is always cooked well and consistent here and I highly recommend!

Mark's is a good option. Sheet pizza is a great value and how we tend to feed groups.

This location was open til 10p... the only pizza shop available after 9pm. We ordered at 930ish and had our pie in 15mins. The servers were very nice and didn't fuss or act rudely even as we ate our food up to closing time. Thanks Mark's!

Pizza very good. Getting it delivered, a hassle. At Naz and getting stuff delivered typically a bit of a problem since the driver's can't seem to find the various dorms. I typically have to guide the driver as they try to drive around and find me or I have to go down and find them wherever they are parked. Kinda defeats the purpose of delivery. They should give these guys maps of the school. Shouldn't be hard since the school maps are online.

For me, when Mark's baked my slices or pie well-done, it's delicious. Why not 5 stars? I wish they had more variety of available slices when I go in for a slice and not a whole pie. It would be nice to be able to choose white garlic, or chicken something or other. Still, friendly staff, clean facilities, and good food.

Marks pizza (in Penfield) is our go-to pizza joint. The staff are ok, I guess, your typical Millennial types that have no idea how to talk to people. Coming from the nyc / New Jersey area, I was used to ordering a "meatball parm," which is a meatball sandwich with provolone cheese and parmesan cheese. But since these kids have no idea how to talk to people, I just order a meatball sandwich "cringe".... from time to time, we order pizza for pick up, and it never disappoints. Marks in Penfield will continue to be our go-to pizza joint.

Personally, I enjoyed it. Pizza is pretty much always fresh when you order it. The wings are actually pretty damn good. If you want you can do custom orders. It comes out pretty fast, like 10 minutes at most and the quality of the pizza is pretty good. Comes out hot and ready. Much better than Salvatore's and Little Caesars. Friendly environment is also pretty nice and you know nostalgia

Not like it used to be. Chewy chicken can't be good. Prices are way too high. I switched to getting the "Home of the Giant Slice" elsewhere and get more food for less $$$!!

Previously have had great experiences but today they only put toppings on half of my pizza. They offered to remake it but unfortunately I did not have time to wait and they didn't offer any discounts despite me paying full price.

I’ve always liked Mark’s Pizza, but after today I will probably get our pizzas elsewhere. It cost us $25.00 for a medium pizza today with 2 items on it. The cost included what was called a tip, which we thought was for the driver. It turns out it is a service charge for administering the deliveries. Calling the service charge a tip is misleading.This is a very high price for a pizza that cost $14.00 not too long ago.

Staff is great and food isnt bad. However, I have had inconsistent pizza quality each time I've gone. This time I got 2 slices of pep that were different. 1st was what you would expect from Mark's. The 2nd was just grease. It soaked through 2 paper towels, the box it was in, and my shorts.

The pizza is awesome, if you love chewing on raw dough for ten minutes. Get a brick oven, you sleaze.

Every time I've ordered they gotten something wrong. The last time for me was when they screwed up an order which I specifically told them I have an allergy to a curtain item. When I called them to have it corrected they said they would have a delivery guy drop it off. 30 min later he shows up and says I owe money for there mistake. Luckily he remembered me from being in the store early that night and said he would take care of it.

First time ordering Mark pizza tested okay, was deliver on time the only problem was it was delivered cold!!!! It might tested better if the pizza was Hot or at least worm😞 don’t think I will order again for delivery!

Pizza was good but they got the order wrong and then insisted I made the error. Manager also Reprimanded a staff member in front of me which isn't ok.

Pizza is decent.. the value is bad. Pizza is extremely expensive. And they always forget sauces when delivering. Mark's has gone downhill since they were a small mom and pop shop back in the early 90's. Last time I got delivery my pizza was not carried level and all the cheese and toppings slid to one side.

I was happy to find this place open when others were closed. Unfortunately that is the only positive. The pizza was almost burnt on the crust and that gives the whole pizza a bad taste. The wings I ordered were very over cooked, to the point that the meat inside was hard. Ate 3 out of the whole thing. For 32.00 plus tip it was not worth it at all. Won't make that mistake again....

$100 order for 11 people. 4 orders of wings. 9 kids in the house. I ordered mild, medium, hot, and a boneless. The three orders of regular came so hot that no one could eat them. I call the manager and he offers $20 store credit for $35 of wings that are ridiculous. No offer to replace or pick them up. Sure, take your $20 and lose $100-$150 a month when we order out for the kids. Guess we need a new pizza joint. The only reason I’m leaving a 2-star instead of lower is because my kids liked the pizza! Too bad the manager couldn’t find a better way to a resolution. We never complain and are not those people looking for handouts. When we spend $100 on pizza-wings… I expect that it will be edible. Instead, I get a manager accusing me of lying and not understanding how hot “medium” is. We order there all the time… they’ve never been like that. To say “well, the manager mixed it himself sooo…” really? Okay. We will go elsewhere.

Pizza is better than the country wide chains but the other menu items are very hit-or-miss. As for the restaurant itself, the prices are way too high for the cheap frozen stuff they are made out of. Management is dreadful and Mark, who I have met in person, is a real entitled piece of work. Delivery fee goes up every year and doesn’t even go to the driver! FYI they market this as a small family owned business but it is a multimillion company.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one definitely needed to be written. Today, I ordered a Philly cheese steak sub from Mark’s Pizzera. There’s only a standard sized sub that costs around $15. I’ve had plenty of Philly cheese steak subs and this is bar far the most disappointing one I’ve ever seen. Most of the meat was in the middle and there was barely any cheese and literally only a few pieces of grilled onions and peppers. I called Mark’s to tell them about it and all they did was offer a $5 credit. Decided to go down there since they weren’t helpful over the phone. They did offer to re-make the sub and keep the credit. Just wish I didn’t have to go all the way down there.

Got a sheet pizza yesterday. Overcook and hard as a rock. Quality there at that place is gone.

Matt the manager is very rude. He has no idea how to treat customers and should be fired for hanging up on me after they screwed up my order. I almost want to wait in the parking lot for Matt but I won't :) Matt please learn how to manage your staff or please quit your job.

Mark's Pizza gets worse every time I have it. The dough is tough, the pizza flavorless, (unless grease is a flavor) and for some unholy reason, the pizza appears to have cheddar cheese on it.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and wings over $50.00 one pizza was Hawaiian pizza there were hardly any topping I don't understand why they are so skimpy on toppings that's what makes the pizza good

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I'd consider it a plate of grease before even thinking of it as pizza. Made me feel sick. Also to add to it which was the most sickening of all, I'm pretty sure I saw a piece of pepperoni on my cheese slice after I started eating. I'm a vegeterian, meat makes me severely ill. Cross contamination at it's worst

I really want to like Mark's I have been going to this franchise for a long time now but it seems like every time I do the quality continues to decline.. The prices are absolutely crazy now.. 1 Medium Pizza, 10 Chicken Wings, 1 2 Liter of Soda came to $31.. I could go to Little Caesar's down the road and get a pizza that's larger for all of $5.. Getting very hard to justify the cost of eating here anymore.

Pizza was over cooked and the manager was rude when I complained. Will never buy anything there again. If you want better food and service, go anywhere else.

I ordered a white pizza and was given a regular pizza. I cannot eat regular pizza because I have a tomato allergy.

Picked up 2 silices at Penfield. I paid cash $8.00 approximately 12:10 PM. I got home and only 1 slice in the box. I immediately called and received the third degree with questions. Did I pick it up here? What was it? How much did you pay? Are you sure? How did you pay? What size bill did you use? How much change did you get back? Who was on the register? what did he look like? .......I am a 80 year old male who is not in the habit of cheating a Pizzeria out of one slice of pizza. I've had enough! Marks you can keep my slice of Pizza, I"ll do my best to buy from your competitor from now on. ......PS...... I've been a customer for 20+ years.

I will say everytime I ordered food, it always was good. But tonight I ordered food, it was delivered and it wasn't my order. Called they replaced the wrong item, but didn't bother to call me when they delivered it. Not only did my food sit outside it was placed next to the garbage back I put out earlier on. I called to explain to the manager what happend, and I'm told "what is it you want, someone always wants something if they call." I didn't want anything, but for them to know that this was unacceptable. To top it off the driver told the manager he handed my food to someone at house. I'm the only one home!! Smh. Do better!

Ordered pizza last night and the pizza was cold when I got home just around the corner. Manager was really unprofessional and rude when I called back to inform him of the cold pizza. DO NOT BUY SLICES HERE. The pizza warmer for slices is hidden away from the customer's view when entering the shop. Pretty sus if you want customers to buy them. Not only does the pizza look and taste like cardboard, THE SERVICE IS JUST AS STALE. If politely asking for a fresh slice (which they won't show you until after you buy), as you would at any restaurant, including fast food, the underage staff will prefer to argue with you instead of doing their jobs. After asking for the manager, another minor (posing as management) proceeded to lecture me about how old pizza can be before he decides to throw it out. Not sure why that was relevant since I asked for fresh food...a request that continued to be ignored. MANAGEMENT IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL for arguing over overpriced cardboard and not wearing nametags or gloves. Never seen a pizza shop operate in such a way, but there are plenty of others to choose from. A restaurant that doesn't provide fresh food upon request is a joke, but is especially not funny during a pandemic.

My boyfriend ordered a salad from this location and as he was eating it he noticed a bug crawling in it. We called and the manager that answered seemed like he could care less. He didn’t apologize he offered to bring a new salad or refund 12 dollars. We would have accepted the refund but the way he handled the situation we decided we didn’t want anything from these people and will choose a different location in the future.

I’m from buffalo New York. Me and my lacrosse team came from a lacrosse game and got this pizza. We were expecting something that was good. It was the total opposite. The crust was harder than a rock and the pizza had no flop. My jaw is so sore from chewing pizza this shouldn’t happen. As a big man Im very unimpressed with this pizza and I don’t recommend it.
