Great service and delicious food. Can't say enough about this place, my wife loves the deviled eggs and her chicken was cooked to perfection. The ribeye here makes me so jealous that I can't make the same at home, as I live to cook steak. The crisp outer edge is perfectly seasoned and the fat marbled within is rendered perfectly to just melt in your mouth. You have to dine here if you love food and wine.

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we were fortunate to secure a table at Del Frisco's Grille after seeking a last-minute dining option. Located in the charming area of Plano, we were immediately impressed by the warm ambiance and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. Despite the full house, the service was impeccable from the moment we were welcomed by the front desk agent, to the attentive servers throughout the evening. The efficiency with which our food was served was commendable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the speed of the service. I opted for the roasted branzino, a dish that was prepared with meticulous care and bursting with flavors of dill, arugula, and fresh olives. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the roasted chicken with capers sauce, served with golden mashed potatoes which were a perfect complement to the dish. Our daughter was equally content with her filet paired with fried sweet potatoes, each dish demonstrating a level of perfection that truly impressed us. Overall, our delightful experience at Del Frisco's Grille was nothing short of exceptional, and we left the restaurant with satisfied appetites and joyful memories of a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner.

My dad has talked about this restaurant chain for my whole life, and I finally got the chance to try it out. I must say, it lives up to the hype. We started with the cheese curds, which are the best I've ever had, hands down. The sauce they came with was great as well. For my entree I got an 8oz filet mignon with a side of a loaded baked potato. The filet was a perfect medium-rare, with the most balanced seasoning I've ever tasted in a steak. The loaded baked potato was the best I've ever had as well. I also got a lobster tail with the steak, which was fantastic. Lastly, we all shared the Nutella bread pudding, which was not what I expected but still excellent and a great way to finish off the meal. Service was excellent. Our server, Abigail, was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful with the menu.

Night out with family, friends, or a loved one? Del Frisco's Grille, in Plano, was absolutely fantastic! The appetizers were scrumptious, the entrees were devine, and the drinks were a plus! The exceptional service and atmosphere were supreme. The fresh pretzel bread sticks were warm and delicious. I recommend you try the deviled eggs, cheesesteak egg rolls, and garlic ribs. The New Strip was flavorful and grilled to perfection. Enhance your steak experience with a mouth watering loaded baked potato.

Great service, ambiance is nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the steak egg rolls, filet Mignon with the crispy Brussels sprouts and potatoes. For dessert a fruit tart if you want something more on the citrus side or the coconut cream pie if you want something more decadent.

Went on Christmas Eve with family. Service was excellent, drinks were good, atmosphere was a bit dated but was clean and acceptable. We enjoyed the meal overall, we will be back but hope the lack of SnP was a one time issue.

Pretty good place for it's settings, location and food. The place offer a variety of options for varying budgets. It does offer high end steak plates as well. Appetizers and salads are $15‐$20 Entrees $30-$50 Steaks $60-$90 We enjoyed the steak and cheese egg rolls, and the Ahi Tuna Appetizers. Sales were big sizes so definitely shareable. Steaks were great. Ordered mine medium rare but came in as medium. Other fish plates were also pretty good. Definitely a very good place for a nice evening and or specialoccasion.

Food is wonderful as you would expect and the price to go along with it. It is a bit loud during peak times so it makes it a bit difficult for conversation. Wait staff is efficient but not friendly. They do their job well but no conversation or niceties are had. Make sure you have the time to spend to eat there as well. It takes a good amount of time to get your food out to you. It also took 10 minutes before a server approached our table after we were sat at our reservation time. And it took over 40 minutes for our food to get our table (of 2 people) after we ordered it. Again, we were delighted by the food and the atmosphere, even if a bit loud.

When you spend $100 per person for dinner the service should be at least good. Poor service. Food took about 60 mins to be served. Had to ask for bread three times before it was served. Drinks came out after we finished our first course. Served us the wrong steak. Finally got the steak we order med well and it was med rare. They forgot our fries. Server disappeared mostly. They ran out of three major menu items. My first 3 choices. There was a dirty napkin on the floor near our table. No one even noticed. Last time we eat here. Poorly managed.

I've been to Del Frisco's a few times not this location but nonetheless Del Frisco's and it's always been really good. Unfortunately, last night our meal was just not good. First we ordered the calamari and that was just soggy because of how much teriyaki and seasoning they use on their calamari cool we sent it back and that was that then we ordered the Spanish octopus instead and honestly, that was very chewy very burnt and just really didn't have much flavor like it should. But I didn't wanna be one of those patrons and send everything back so we just tried to eat it. Disgusting damn we got steaks, mashed potatoes and broccolini and when I tell you even with the truffle butter on the steak there was literally no flavor. I had to ask for salt and pepper because it was literally just tasteless. Yeah sometimes you have to put a little seasoning to enhance the flavor, but this literally had no flavor. It all tasted like oil. I don't know if they don't have good truffle butter or what it was, but it just wasn't good. Plus, the truffle butter came completely melted. Usually it's like a little topper on your steak. Our waiter was new so he wasn't the worst but he also wasn't the best. Definitely shouldn't be taking as long as he did between checking on us and then the food took forever and for it to not even really be packed like that or for the food to be good is crazy. The one thing I did think was decent was the Caesar salad, but who can mess up a Caesar salad. I don't think I'll be back to this location because it left a bad taste in my mouth about Del Frisco's.

I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and ask for their valentine special menu. The service was poor and speedy. I felt like we were being rushed, but what can you expect from southlake if you’re not white. The New York strip steak was more fatty than anything else. So much so my wife almost vomited from the over chewing. The steak was made medium just to let you know. We also got the lobster Mac and cheese with no trace of cheese and barely any lobster. As soon as we received our food 5 minutes later the waiter ask us if we need boxes. Like why would we need boxes 5 minutes into the meal?? When we did ask for the boxes, the waiter brought them to us and laid them on the table. I do remember the last time I came here the food was boxed up for me. The bill came out to $300… and for what? Bad service, mediocre food, and cocktails that are way too sweet.

I'll never go back again. I would have preferred They called me some racist term compared to the racist treatment we received. We walked They immediately sat us in the back near the kitchen. Made sure we had Black host and waitress. Ordered a crab cake and a steak salad. The couple before us got their food. Our food was cold. We intentionally waited till after our food came out to tell the manager. I told the manager my date and I have spent 20 years in the Marines and Navy and have seen alot of things but never had service like this. Then the manager Chris tells me he didn't care about our service and would treat a homeless person the same. So now im being compared to a homeless person. I've served this country. The food was not good and the level of racism we felt made every bite taste that much. Pass this along to the veteran community. Racist and not vet friendly
