Everything was fresh including the proteins. Very tasty salad dressing. $8 bowl is huge but be award they charge $3 per protein serving. I got 2 different chicken selections ($6) but 1 would have been enough.

Always a pleasure to dine at this location. Friendly staff and fresh ingredients.

Today I've been there for the first time and it was very good I didn't know what to expect and usually I don't know what I want in my salad, I prefer the one that already made for me They had great selection, it looked fresh and very clean and the lady helped me choose a sauce, I took the ginger lime it was really tasty! They have great selection of sweet tea, I got Prickly cactus limeade - worth the try I left with taste for more

I was pleased, everything was of great quality and quantity. I especially enjoyed that they were not stingy with the dressing like some places, and it comes with a tasty croissant as a nice bonus! It was ready on time, correctly packaged and plated very well. Will definitely come back!

Omg. This restaurant is astonishing, the employees are such nice people. The owner is always helpful, super nice, and always there to talk to customers as well as walking around the restaurant checking on the customers and talking to them seeing how they’re doing. The food is really good and consistently really good. The restaurant is always clean on top of it. Props to the owner he truly does everything in a really good fashion and everything is super smooth. If I could vote this restaurant or owner for a reward or something of that nature I most definitely would. He deserves it especially with the effort he puts into making his restaurant as good as possible

This is just one of those places that you just can't go wrong. Typically when you get to customise your meal to your spec, your taste buds will surely thank you. This is a build-your-own-salad place which is really cool because you can make it however you want. All the food seems fresh and the service is quick. They are a bit unclear with what to do if you've never been though as they expect everyone to know already which is not the case.

Went here for dinner while in town for business. Nice salad bar and a great price. Food was fresh and tasted great. It's great to get as many toppings that you'd like to get, all icluded in the price. Could use a bit of ongoing cleaning in the seating area' but overall nice place to get a healthy meal in the area.

I hate that I didn’t have a good experience here for my first time. I placed order online, got there and there was employees standing around. I was waiting to be acknowledged until i had to interrupt an employee making an order and ask. There is no clear signs telling you where to go for your order. I was told my order was on a table then I go to the table and it’s someone else’s order! So now I got to go to the front counter, wait to be helped again and once again let them know what I need. The food was pretty decent luckily. Parking is very limited

1st time and it was good but they forgot my Dad's croissant 😔 I had upset stomach afterwards👎Other reviews about cleanliness of this place... Appreciated gift cards tho. We'll try Frisco too next time.

Has gone downhill a little over the last couple of years. I love the salad bar concept, but they recently increased their protein prices. I understand prices have to go up sometimes, but they have also been skimpy with the chicken and the quality is not the same.

I LOVE Salata. I live in the Cedar Hill area so go to either GP or Mansfield location. I was leaving a meeting in Plano this morning so stopped at the one by Legacy shops. Not a good experience at all. Every ingredient besides lettuce I had to ask for more. Barely got a spoonful of each. Then when I would ask, I got an annoying rude look from the preparer. Really!? I'm sorry I didn't catch all of their names. I won't be back or recommend this location.

For an expensive salad place, it wasn't that great. $3 for a small scoop of chicken. Gave us ONE napkin and couldn't find anymore anywhere. Went to the bathroom and the sink didn't even work. I informed them nicely and they were already aware. Well there was no sign and its gross to not be able to wash your hands after using the bathroom. Good thing I carry hand sanitizer. Not that impressed for being in such a nice area.

I would have rated this place higher but the prices seem to keep going up. This is my go to place to get a good healthy lunch. A regular sized salad is $8 then it is $3+ to add a protein. I had a salad with grilled chicken and cost was $11.91 with tax.

I love Salata, first and last time to this location though. When I wanted some spinach added on top she wanted to remove half the Salata mix to do so telling me it was half and half or nothing...: never ever encountered this behavior or attitude at other locations.

To go orders are a complete mess. Expect them to just not include about 50% of the ingredients you order in your salad.

I love love Salata! had to come to this location because they had a power outrage to my usual one in Frisco. My partner told me to never go to this one because it is very dirty but I gave it the benefit of the doubt! And oh boy I should of listened, stuff were very unprofessional. Food seemed so dirty, the steak seemed like it has been there for days. The lady who was mixing the salad was not even looking at the salad when she was doing it and just kept on talking to her co workers! So my salad was all over my to go container. Never coming back here. I did not even eat the meat when I ate my lunch! Way way way better in FRISCO location. Cleanliness, better taste, way more professional!!!!

This location lacks diversity training. Every time I go this this location there is a noticeable difference in how they treat customers base on your skin color. I find this odd, because the entire restaurant is ran by minorities. Luis Hernandez will disregard your concerns if you are a black woman. Luis, as a leader you lack customer and leadership skills. I will continue to share my concerns at the corporate level until there is a change.

Salata said they close at 8pm but them doors was LOCKED at 7:50pm .Go ‘head and change y’all hours to ‘We Closed when we feel like it.

Salata has been a favorite of mine. This location did not live up to the same standard. The staffers were not friendly at all (Maria and lady with no name tag-cook). We had to keep asking for portions to be added cause scoop/portions were not right. They kept rolling their eyes and sighing. It was 8:30 when we arrived and they kept telling us they were out of different options instead of making more. Paul was very nice.

Everything was great up until I came to the cashier. I did a ToGo and the cashier was rude and tossed my box in a plastic bag. He looked a little older and I have no idea why. There was no one behind me nor was there a long line or was busy environment. I didn’t tip as I did a to-go and guessing that could have pissed him off.

I drove 20 min thru heavy lunch hour traffic to order a $20 salad from the Plano,Tx location. When I got there the trays were shriveled and almost out. I asked for fresh and was told this is fresh as they filled my bowl with crumbs and I walked out. The customer is always right. It would serve them well to remember that. I won’t be back.

The older Hispanic guy is rude, unfriendly and has a habit of badmouthing HIS OWN CUSTOMERS in Spanish to the other Hispanic girl that works with him, assuming they can’t understand. He did twice on 2 separate occasions about us and other customers. Why? I have no idea. Additionally, the food has gotten really bad. The different greens are Wrinkled, dry and unappealing. I will never ever come back to this place.

This is the only Salats location I’ve seen where they use their hands to grab food. It’s unacceptable. When you look at the toppings, it lacks clean presentation because it all looks like a jumbled mess. The employees were extremely rude too. The Frisco locations are so much better. I will never come here again.
