This is the second time we've ordered takeout, and both times, when I placed my order, I specifically asked for the honey and sauces I wanted, but when I got home, they weren't there. This is quite annoying because it's something I request with my order, and they never include it. I want to emphasize that the food is delicious, but the service is disappointing.

Terrible service. This was the 2nd time I’ve attempted to eat here since moving to the area and both times the Drive-Thru workers told me they were closed as I pulled up to the speaker. There is a sign on their window that says “Open til 11pm or later” but both times were at 10:25pm and 10:30pm with people standing around inside. I understand it’s the end of the shift and you’re ready to leave, but that’s not how a business should operate. Either work the hours you agreed to when you got hired or find a new job.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at the Popeyes drive-thru. The employee taking my order was rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this interaction fell far short of what I expect as a paying customer.

Online says it closes at midnight. I arrived a little before 9pm, I placed a mobile earlier prior. When I arrived the manager told the driver thru associate that they will not be dropping more chicken for my order, because it was getting close to closing time and they only wanted to sell the available chicken that was already cooked. I asked to speak to the manager directly because that made no sense, especially after I already paid online prior. The manager refused to speak with me directly which was weird, and advised the associate at the window to tell me they'll drop my chicken.. I was confused on why they would operate this way when I came almost three hours before closing. I noticed that dine closes at 10pm .. and they had the doors locked before 9pm and only operated through the drive thru.

This place is a joke. Made an order an hour ahead of time get here just for them to tell me they don’t have enough to complete my order. They want to give you the runaround with very terrible service. The chicken ain’t worth it.

Just ordered chicken tenders from this place and red beans and rice and a biscuit the chicken tender was not cooked all the way, the red beans and rice were spoiled, and when I called to inform the manager, I believe her name is Victoria. She was rude and didn’t care. I will never eat here. Do not eat here unless you wanna get sick. I’m just waiting for my salmonella to show up.

Came through the drive thru. Ordered a blackened chicken combo in which was over 10$ and to get cold fries and attitude when I asked for fresh fries! People need to do their jobs and serve the food hot like they would want it served to them. Oan they took the cold fries back through the drive thru window after I had already touched and bit into one. How sanitary! Again I gave them another try! Princeton location always disappoints! I was so craving some good Louisiana chicken. The strips were very old! What a waste!

Pulled up to the drive thru to place an order for 8 piece spicy chicken only and was rudely told it would take 12 min unless I got regular and that would take 5 min there was absolutely no one in the drive thru at the time I placed my order and only two customers I observed on the inside so much for fast food and good customer service

I rarely write reviews but the food I received was unacceptable. I ordered popcorn shrimp and I received dime size pieces of old “shrimp” that were probably sitting out all day. The biscuit and fries were hot, so there’s that. Too expensive for scraps!

2/19/24 So once again disappointed went there to pick up Chicken. I will serve old Chicken hard and black. When I got home. I saw it. I called, she said that Chicken's always fresh. How about I got news for you? It's not fresh. Here's pictures of the Chicken pictures of my receiptto prove the purchase once again very disappointed with popeye's. I wish management incorporate would actually see the reviews that people live behind to do something about their service. Overall I was very disappointed. The food was disgusting. I have been here prior and ordered online with doordash. And the food was always fresh. I go to pick it up to the drive-through and get home. And the food is hard doesn't taste great and the service. I got at the drive to do was probably the worst. I ever had received for those reasons. I will not go back and I will go somewhere else. It's a shame.
