I had a really great experience at the Taco Bell in Princeton, TX. The crew and staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. You can tell they work well together and care about providing good service. My order came out quickly, everything was fresh, and the place was clean and well organized. It’s always nice to go somewhere where the employees greet you with a smile and treat customers with respect. The team here definitely made the visit enjoyable. Big shoutout to the crew for their great attitude and hard work. If you’re in Princeton and craving Taco Bell, this location is definitely worth the stop. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This TB always comes through. Even during the ice storms. Last night we came at like 12:50 am and they were closing in 10 mins. They were nice, and fast and when we got home we realized it was LITERALLY the most delicious, fresh and perfectly wrapped burritos we have had in a while. Shout out to the chocolate stud and Latina beauty that had great customer service on top of that.
I made the mistake of not packing enough water for my baby’s bottle while we went out and my baby got hungry. I was told they didn’t have bottled water when I pulled in the drive through, but when I got to the window the two ladies working were so sweet in offering to make the water they had warm for me. They offered what they could and helped me seeing how stressed I was with my crying baby in the back. Even though I didn’t go buying any food and I don’t ever eat here, it’s so nice to meet people who want to help others. Thank y’all so much!!!!!
Service is great every time! Food taste amazing every time! Please Taco Bell keep the steak poblano rolled quesadilla!!! The limited time items have been so great I think it’s time for a permanent menu expansion.
Got the pres pretty quick had 2 separate orders plus add on. Can't complain it's taco bell lol. Food was hot and taste was there as it should've been. The staff was great in the drive thru. They even tried to upsell me which was thoughtful.
I just came from Taco Bell and had to write a review about the exceptional customer service I received from two young ladies at the drive-thru. Elana took my order on the intercom and was patient, attentive, and extremely courteous. When I pulled up, Sophie greeted me with kindness and made sure my order was complete. I don’t typically visit Taco Bell, but this wonderful drive-thru experience will definitely bring me back. Fantastic customer service!
I like to go inside, sit down in a comfy booth, order my food from the Taco Bell app to pickup inside, gain points for free stuff and enjoy my lunch in their wonderful cool restaurant. Colorful atmosphere, nice and friendly swrvice, clean, also has two touchscreen menu's to take your orders in the front. If you have a complaint ask for the manager, I've always had good customer service.
I would prefer Taco Bell on any day and my best choice is always black bean supreme chalupa with jalapeños , it tastes awesome . Next is spicy soft potato taco , it’s simple one for appetite. I love cinnamon delights the best as desert at the end. Eating with fire ketchup is ultimate feeling.

Food was great on this visit, all came out as ordered. Service was mediocre, as we seemed like just another customer. Nothing above and beyond. Atmosphere was the same, just another day on the job for the workers. Cleanliness of the restaurant was why i give the four stars (could be less). The dining room was a mess, and needed tables cleaned, chairs put where they belonged, and floor definitely needed to be swept. My issue though, was the tea urns on the front counter. They’re DISGUSTING. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned in months at least. If these are like this, I’d hate to unscrew the nozzles and see what they look like. Please take pride in your work, and clean these nightly. The worst thing I don’t see here on these reviews, is no response from management or owners.
Everytime I go here through drive thru & they always forget to put one of my items in the bag. I try not to hold up drive thru so I had to go in and wait almost 5 minutes for my item that was missed. They had quite a few employees working so I don't understand why order is not verified before giving it to me. Manager seemed to be working food line.
First time at a Taco Bell that I've gotten a WET soft taco. Like this thing was pissing out the wrapper, and each taco I grabbed was in the same condition. Either the staff ain't trained, or they just don't care. Regardless of the answer, extremely frustrating. If you're into soggy tacos then this might be the spot for you.
Don’t bother coming to this Taco Bell unless you use the drive thru. They had a lobby with like 6 people waiting on their food for 20 minutes but had no problems getting food out for the drive thru. A guy left upset with out food that he ordered ahead online because he got tired of waiting. A lady asked for her money back because they took too long and she was waiting even longer than we had, they asked for her receipt to check and on her order which was odd. We almost left without our food but confronted them about it and got the excuse of being understaffed. It’s not like everyone came in at once. I’ve worked food industry for a long time when I was younger and so has my husband, and saying you’re understaffed during a slow time is no excuse to have the lobby waiting this long. I know keeping drive thru times low are important but that doesn’t mean you ignore the lobby either. Too much chatter going on and no sense of urgency. And there definitely was no sense of leadership or direction to get things moving. Food was fine at least. And all we ordered was the 2 tiny bacon ranch chalupas. 20 minutes for that is pretty ridiculous.
They forget an item every single time. It's ridiculous to have to hold to the line every time and count all of my items as I take them out of the bag and lay them on the seat to ensure I'm getting what I paid for. The manager never cares, only option is to drive all the way back to there to resolve the issue. I'm a loyal customer and continue to receive the worst service. This location is the worst! Living in Allen and Plano this never happened. I'm beyond frustrated as this is the third order in a row they miss an item and it's always someone else's item so I have to forfeit one of mine so everyone is fed. What do they have to do to train decent people to count before delivering the order. They are always talking and hanging out and seem to have a lack of focus and care for the customer at this location.
Forgot half of my order, always take forever, they don’t even answer the phone can’t even get a refund, management sucks, needs a whole new staff completely terrible.
I have had a few bad experiences at this location recently. Staff has been disrespectful and unprofessional when I went through the drive-through. The worst experience was when I was door dashing. The order was already picked up, so I walked out to figure out what to do. When I went back in to ask them to remake the order, I was told very disrespectfully that they had already made it twice and that they told me this. No one had told me this. I told her no one did tell me this information and she responded very rudely that she heard the lady i talked to say that. This was a lie. The staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional. After getting door dash to release the order, I watched another dasher experience the same exact issue I had. Do not recommend this location!
12/3/2024 ⭐️ Taco Bell is always a gamble! 🥴 The food was right this time, but that’s only because I went inside to order and double-checked my order. 😤💯 Anytime we use the drive-thru, they mess it up! 🚗💥 And don’t even get me started on the restaurant—dirty floors, torn seats, and a vibe that screams “no care given.” 🪑😡 I walked in, and not a single person acknowledged me. 😶 The staff were too busy chatting it up amongst themselves to even notice the customers. 🗣️👎 Overall, it’s been a consistent disappointment. If you want a smooth, friendly experience, this isn’t the place. Taco Bell needs a serious overhaul in both service and cleanliness. 👀🧼
I don’t know where to begin. Lobby: filthy door glass, 90% of the tables dirty, trash can overflowing, toilet backed up with poop and paper towels, out of hot sauce Customer service: you can walk up to the counter to place your order they will look at you and not speak and not ask anybody to come help you. If you place your order online be prepared to wait anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes after you arrive to get it, just to be told we didn’t get it we’ll makethat right now. Food: missing beef on nacho bellgrande. Crunchy beans in the bean burrito because they weren’t cooked. My son and I have got food poisoning there once. Little to no ingredients at times. I’m in this place often due to work , these things I’ve said are normal. I’ll be posting videos and pictures in the future Look at the Tostado one scoop of beans dead center. Isn’t it supposed to be spread . so I have to get a fork and prepare my own food I guess.
I visited Taco Bell and had yet another disappointing experience. I ordered a bean chalupa, but instead, I received a bean chalupa with chicken added to it. As a vegetarian, this was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. This is the second time this exact mistake has happened to me, which shows a serious lack of attention to detail and respect for dietary preferences. I’ve attached the receipt and a photo of the chalupa for reference. Taco Bell needs to address this issue immediately. Consistently making such mistakes is not just disappointing but also disrespectful to customers who trust Taco Bell to provide accurate and safe food options. I hope Taco Bell takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to avoid such errors in the future. Additionally, there was a guy named Jesus, who claimed to be the owner, though I'm not sure if he is. His appointed staff showed no respect towards customers.
Place is extremely dirty. Mold on ceiling tiles Dessert food inside Womens bathroom next to toilet. No paper towels- exterior sign says they manage their restrooms every thirty minutes. That cannot be possible since staff is almost nonexistent at the front counter. Walls have drip marks and bacteria/grime buildup, when you sit down, it is head level so easily can rub head on it Ice maker has bacteria and mold. Doesn’t look like it has been cleaned. Overall a very dirty place to eat. You walk out feeling like you need a shower. Overall, carelessness is on a scale of 10+ and management should be more on the ball with presentation.
If I didn't mind reheating my food I would go to the bell in McKinney. The order is going to be wrong 5 out of the 6 times you visit. Food is sometimes cold which I can't understand. Living in Princeton for 3 years, it's just been something I'm used to. However my newest gripe is the crumbly, wet broken taco shells. Wth is going on. The last few times I've gone I've had to get home and get a fork in order to eat my tacos. It's extremely frustrating. It's really frustrating for my 5 year old who freaks out if his taco falls apart. Get a new vendor or new packaging or something. Check orders before they leave the kitchen and mark special orders so we don't have to open every single taco and play the guess who game. Updating recent experience 8/1/23- I ordered and paid for extra cheese on my nachos. I asked for more cheese because most of my chips were dry. The Hispanic girl at the window tells me that it's 3 pumps and thats enough and refused to put more cheese. I left and called back and the manager says they can now give me more cheese. Gas is expensive. I'm not returning with soggy nachos to get what should have been easily given to me at the time I complained. I know this is the worst taco bell within 20 miles, but geez this was an easy fix. And to top it all off the tomato and jalapeños were missing.
Worst Taco Bell experience ever for me. I checked the order before I left and was missing 2 tacos, so I watched them make the tacos and give them to me. They did not put hardly any meat in them and the shells were stale. I also got home and my daughters cheese quesadilla had no cheese and was just sauce on a tortilla. Maybe it was just this location in Princeton Texas that has the food issue, but I will never go back to this location again. Taco Bell may have one more visit out of me in a different location and it’s not any better than I’m done.
