Stopped in from the long road. People here are super friendly, very sweet. Customers were also very nice even if we were not showing our best attitudes. One of us ate in the restraunt loved his sandwich, another ate her salad late also very good. I had my burger and fries nuked around midnight. They were still quite good. Im positive if I had taken the time to eat them fresh they would have been wonderful. The fries heat up very nicely.

My grandson recommended this place as he wanted to get a breakfast burrito somewhere. So he & I each ordered one and yes they were good and filling especially with a little red sauce to add to it. The service is super friendly, fast and can be quite busy. Next up will get one of their burgers next time as my grandson says they are soo good too.

A really fresh and delicious home-cooked hamburger. Meat and fresh vegetables are also fresh. Fries and zucchini are fantastic.

The burger was good I got a cheeseburger opted for the onion rings instead of the fries which was an additional $3.49 I can't say that it was 100% worth it the onion rings were good nicely done crispy big onion rings you got a lot. I'm not sure how much they cost by themselves but you can almost have that like as a order to go by itself I wish I got the fries cuz I didn't really get through all the onion rings. they were good with the ranch dipping sauce. the burger was not that memorable. it wasn't really thick meat but it didn't taste bad. I would go back to try the burger with maybe not so much lettuce and just see how it is with just the cheese maybe a double cheeseburger but overall I would say it was decent I paid about $16 for a burger a drink a small drink in my opinion and a big plate of onion rings and I can't say that it was a deal but you know the waitress was nice the environment was decent as well so if you have nowhere else to go you possibly could try them at least once. Oh nice bun, but very thin patty.

Roger Rabbit

This place reminded me of Zorbas of riverside. Except Zorba has slightly better burger patties and pastrami. For what it was, it did its job. They were able to accommodate my triple pastrami burger order, and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Consistently good! Service is fast friendly and personable. Food is fresh and has lots of flavor. Big portions, great prices. Our go to's Fried zucchini (french fry stick kind and nicely crunchy) Chili cheese fries (chili is so unique and no beans!) Club sandwich (HUGE definitely sharable or save some for later) Cheeseburgers (always have great char taste but never dry.) BLT (it's a classic favorite with plenty of bacon and perfectly toasted bread)

I was here for breakfast while waiting for my car to charge up at the AE station next to the Burgertown. Wonderful place: cute, very clean and well taken care of. Friendly cashier helped me with the order. Double cheeseburger was good but I was impressed with French fries, fresh out of oil and perfect texture. Also I ordered a sandwich to go and it was tasty too! Prices are very reasonable. Definitely will be eating here on every occasion from now on.

The fried zucchini was amazing. Best part. Everything else was serviceable and I'd eat there again. Great shops around there too.

The burgers are great. The fries are great. The fried zucchini... I wouldn't say it's bad, because it doesn't really taste like anything, but... yeah. It's hard to screw up fried zucchini and yet somehow they succeeded.

Small, cute burger spot. The Zucchini fries... OMG, were they good! My burger was ok... next time, I try the pastrami burger. My parents got the steak sandwiches, and those were yummy! The club sandwich was good too, but dang, it was a little pricey, and it doesn't come as a combo.

This place didn't look all that great pulling in after dark, but looks can be deceiving. This place had pretty good burgers, just be forewarned, prices are for burger only and the burgers are on the thin side. We ordered a California Burger and a Bacon Burger. The Bacon Burger had normal fixings like lettuce, tomatoes, and pickle. It was good; the bacon was nice and crispy, however because the patty was thin it was a little dry. The California Burger was very similar in that it had bacon, but also had cheese and avocado. These extras did a lot to add to the overall taste and the patty on this burger did not seem dry. For sides we tried the fries and onion rings. The fries were very inconsistent with some being limp and some being crispy. The fries were nice and hot and lightly seasoned with salt. The onion rings were more like onion strings. They were very good, but I don't think much effort was taken to make sure a good amount of them came out as rings. They came with two containers of ranch and that seemed to be a decent amount for dipping. We definitely would order the onion rings again. The burgers were quite filling and although my husband ate his all in one sitting, I was able to make two meals out of mine and found the California Burger to be good microwaved as well as fresh. Overall this is a good place to stop if you want a quick burger fix. Staff were friendly and we found the restaurant to be very clean.

This place came highly recommended, specifically for burritos but it was quite underwhelming honestly. We had both the chicken and steak burritos and they're very basic and bland. They're just steak or chicken in a tortilla with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Most would just call that a wrap. And they automatically charge you 4% for a "service charge" which is odd considering we did a pickup order and ordered standing up at the counter. A wise business would just bake that cost into the menu items instead. No one likes seeing random line item charges on their bill that aren't disclosed or explained.

I visited Burger Town some months ago, and forgot to write my review, it still stands out rather starkly in my mind, however. My first impressions are stuck in the incongruities. Note the faded and ravaged ketchup bottle, a little greasy, a little unpleasant, along with the crispness provided by a styrofoam cup. I placed my order and sat in a small booth, or a smaller booth rather, the whole place is quite cramped, but that’s just the nature of the downtown I suppose. To my left is an older man decked out in Trump-Vance regalia. At the door enters a gruff man with biker braids. “Uh oh”, I realize, “I’m in Redlands.” But my fears are preempted, the biker man congratulations the old on his “Sick hat!” and I am reminded that this isn’t Redlands, it Burgertown USA, and we don’t have to live in fear anymore. But on to the food. The burger itself is something I affectionately call the “Sysco Special”. You’ve had it somewhere before, maybe lots of places, it’s nothing terribly special, but it does scratch an itch. The platonic ideal of a cheeseburger perhaps. Likewise, the fries are crispy if not thrilling, and while the greasy ketchup bottle is a little off putting, I do prefer it to the little paper cups that get pumped out of a subterranean plastic bag. Rather anticlimactically, the high light for me at Burger Town is the styrofoam cup. Just really does it for me. All and all, solid budget burger, that doesn’t pretend that it isn’t. I'd give negative stars if possible. I have no idea what they are doing in there. The cashier was rude and miserable. The cooks were too. Burnt my food. Who puts celery in tuna? Disgusting establishment, disgusting atmosphere, unclean, bad cooks, bad attitudes. Also entirely too expensive.

I’ve never been to this restaurant prior to yesterday and WILL NEVER return. The cashier was rude and tactless from the moment I walked up to the counter to order. Aside from the mediocre customer service my sister and I both got extreme food poisoning immediately after eating their poorly prepared food. One of us ended up in the emergency because of it. Called multiple times and spoke to different people trying to deflect our claims of undercooked/cross contaminated food, refusing to give us our money back or at least handle the situation in SOME WAY. It wasn’t even about the money as it is running a clean, respectable business. Will be reporting them to the county for a check in on the cleanliness of their kitchen. -100/10 I do not recommend coming here.
