Marco was our server and introduced us to the menu, walked me through our first visit and helped me to navigate around food allergies that I have. He was absolutely helpful and patient in every step. The accommodation is fast, friendly and fantastic. The food is equally as great. I had the Honolulu classic with veggies, Mac salad and pineapple. Everything was delicious. My only suggestion would to be add a roll to the menu for folks like me who can have bread but cannot have rice, so we have a way to soak up all of that amazing juice with our meal! It's just far too good to waste. I finished my meal off with a strawberry twist soft serve and while it was offered for free, I turned it down and bought it because I like leaving reviews that are honest and not motivated with *free attached, not that there's anything wrong with that, but at least the business knows I am genuine in my opinion. I highly recommend giving this place a go. You won't be disappointed. Even the way their cutlery is package is innovative and convenient. I will definitely be returning to my new favorite Hawaiian joint. 💜 Thanks Marco!!

Yummy, definitely worth the trip , the only complaint is the meat portions they layered a bed of rice under it so you think it's full of meat it's not & misleading. I bought extra rice because it showed a very small scoop, not that it had a full bed of it under the meat notta Kool 😉 taste freaking great though.

I’ve been to Hawaiian Bros before, but this was my first time eating the food. The portion sizes are great, and the Honolulu Chicken and Molokai Chicken were delicious. If you like a little spice, the Kilauea Chicken has a nice kick. I will definitely return in the future to try more of the menu’s selection!

She even went above and beyond to help an elderly woman, who drove all the way from Wylie BY HERSELF, since the location there is now closed, to her car! PLEASE GIVE THIS AMAZING WOMAN A PROMOTION! I wish more businesses were run like this and kindness and good customer service still heavily existed throughout the world. It is hard to find in contemporary society. My GF and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Christina. She gave some of the best customer service I have ever received. This location was the first time my GF or I have ever had Hawaiian Bros and after today I can solidly recommend this location to anyone curious. Our food came out very quickly after we had gotten our drinks and sat down, and the food was so delicious. We got the sliders and the Honolulu chicken and we both had clean plates in less than 20 minutes. We also tried the Dole soft serve and it was delicious as well, very much recommend getting the flavor swirl. All in all we had an amazing experience and it is mostly in part to Christina and her amazing customer service, she was very attentive and helpful throughout the ordering process and she definitely is what made my experience today what it was. Thank you Christina for the 5 star service!

Just ate at the Hawaiian Bros here at Campbell and Coit. Upon entering the staff greeted me with a smile and was ready to assist with ordering. The restaurant was clean and smelled good. I was immediately greeted and offered samples if I was having trouble making a decision. The place itself is really clean and dine in friendly. Big outdoor patio seating area as well. Food was pretty decent, nothing to write home about for flavor but pretty substantial servings. Guy behind the counter was nice if soft-spoken, brought us our food and checked up on us (so 3x as much as I'd expect from fast food typically.) Atmosphere inside isn't the greatest, though. Sterile, uncomfortable furniture, feels like an afterthought compared to drivethru.

I just visited 2 days ago and left a review when I purchased a classic their(medium) size meal, and decided to go with a large today so my daughter could enjoy their food. Was really disappointed as I really enjoy Hawaiian food. The portions are VERY small, the rice tasted old and stale, and the meat was very bland not flavorful at all. The macaroni salad was very dry and is usually my favorite Hawaiian side. My order was takeout so service was neutral. The location is new and nice and seemed to be clean. I love Hawaiian Bros, so every time I’m visiting Dallas, I make sure to stop by. Love the food, and will continue eating HB, but I had an unfortunate experience last time I went to this location that honestly was really frustrating. We ordered two large meals to go, and we requested to sub the rice for extra mac on both. Was informed it’s an up charge for that and I agreed to it because we love the mac. We get home, and when we’re about to start eating we realize that they subbed the mac for more rice.. on both. Frustrated, I checked the receipt and sure enough, I was charged an extra $2 per plate for extra mac, but they did the opposite. I immediately called to ask for a refund (just a refund on the mac) and the person on the phone remembered my order, apologized, and offered to instead issue a refund on the entire order. I thanked him, shared that I don’t live here and cannot have HB anytime which was the reason I was upset, and told him I’d swing by the next day. Next day, I pulled up, was asked for wait for the manager on duty to come back from break (not an issue waiting) but after waiting for roughly 10-15mins, the manager comes up to me and tells me that unfortunately he cannot issue a refund, but would be happy to remake the order. I told him they’d mentioned something else over the phone, but he said he didn’t have approval to issue a refund. I then told him I’d already eaten and would rather come back another day. The next day, I was flying out of Dallas, but I told my parents to please stop by to claim the two meals they’d offered so that we didn’t end up losing out on it. However, when my parents pulled up and told the staff about it, they said they’d only be able to remake one of the two meals. Paying for the additional meal was not an issue to my parents, but it’s just frustrating that the staff kept modifying the resolution from refund, to remake, to just a partial remake. Please check your orders before leaving the establishment, like I will do from now on.

No weighting of anything= it's never the same=not right= no accountability= no proper process= everyone scoops different/ everyone thinks and sees each scoop differently two people with the same utensil and same food both scooping can hold up two completely different amounts of food so why are we still just 2 scooping. This is the least meat I've gotten at any locations even after the dude added a scoop. The aggrivation grew so much higher when watching his so called scoop as I watched and saw the tiniest little so called scoop barely even touching the scooper into the meat like someone trying to just barely scrap the icing off a cake.
