I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’m sorry, but this is my new fav poke place. In fact I went here twice, back to back! I’ve been trying to eat better and I got the shrimp and salmon with mix greens and I didn’t even miss the rice cause it’s so jam packed with fresh flavors I loveddddd it! Five stars for Aloha Poke Co. I have ordered via UberEats and in person. The poke is good, but the service is IMPECCABLE! There was a mixup with my order, and Isaac was patient to explain to me what happened and comp a future order. Truly above and beyond! In a time where customer service is waning, Aloha and Isaac are an absolute gem. I ordered the big volcano bowl with a side of spicy aioli. Hannah was kind to help me take care of the order. I highly recommend dining here. P.S. if you order the tempura crunch, beware that this is fried onion. Very important if you have an allergy or sensitivity like me.

My wife and I each ordered big bowls (the sizes are little, big, and kahuna, so big is the regular size) and by the time we added everything we wanted it came out to $40 something. The portion size was really great and I can eat a lot and I barely finished it. They’re generous with ingredients and the sauces are delicious. The music and vibe is very nice as well.

Went to their grand opening today! Cute place, was talking with the owner and complimented the space. Lots of seating. Many choices to pick from, I like to build my own. Definitely recommend the spicy aioli and marinated tuna/salmon! So yummy! Welcome to Richmond Aloha Poke Co!

While visiting town I decided to order lunch via Uber Eats. I love poke bowls and saw this place has an offer for 2 big bowls and decided to give it a try. You can create your own bowl (each bowl can be different for the promotion, even the sauces). I was pretty happy with the order. Everything was really good. I will def keep this place in mind for any future order.

Excited to see a new poke place open in the Richmond area. Aloha Poke has a nice atmosphere for family dining and is very clean. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was so welcoming. He was open to hearing my review of the dish and showed so much passion to making quality food. The customer service was good and food was fresh.

The new Richmond location is amazing! Such a clean, and healthy atmosphere. The food completely exceeds my expectations. Very fresh ingredients. If you are stumped on what to order definitely try the Volcano Bowl! I had it with naked tuna and added extra naked shrimp. I could literally eat here everyday! Perfect addition to our community. :)

First time trying this place, and it did not disappoint. Got the Kahuna bowl with everything besides the pineapple and avocado. It was very filling and delicious! The staff was very friendly and sweet towards us and also very welcoming as well! Food was really good, thinking of coming back tomorrow to get some more!

Overall place is fantastic. A great add to the Aliana area options other than steak, hot dogs, and pizza. It's healthier and shouldn't leave you feeling guilty afterwards. I get the Kahuna bowl, but the Big bowl should be enough for most people. Everything is fresh and if you are looking for a good 40-60g Protein that's 500-800 calories, this is the perfect meal. The place is very clean and decorations are cute, or if you want to stop in and leave 5 minutes later with takeout. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is the price. I eat a lot of Poke and this slightly higher in price than all others that i visit. But, I do drive past a closer competitor to come to Aloha for a reason!

I didn’t mind paying extra for the fake crab salad since in all places I’ve been before is included in the price. But today I had my 4th bowl, and I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. It had way too much sauce, they added jalapeños when my daughter didn’t ask for them and they did not add the pineapple she asked for. We requested extra meat (extra $3) and I don’t think they added the extra meat since there was no difference in portion from the previous times.

The salmon bites were cubed so tiny and seemed like they only put 1 scoop for the biggest bowl? The rice also wasn't sushi rice in my opinion. The up-charge on the avocado for an 1/8th size slice was quite disappointing. Sure they make it look pretty, but that doesn't make up the portions. Although I will say all of the ingredients tasted fresh and the option to customize your own bowl or choose from their house made options is nice, especially for new comers to the poke experience. The atmosphere is very social media friendly. I was surprised that they don't allow you to see your bowl being made like other poke places do. Makes is seem like they don't want you to see the portions they are giving you or give you a chance to say "hey more of that please" (and if you do want more, I wouldn't be surprised if they charged you extra) If you want a 5 star poke bowl experience, go to Aina Poke in Bella Terra (5-7 minutes away). Better price, more ingredients/sauces to choose and more portions that leaves you full and satisfied with your meal.
