First off it's a fast food restaurant so the food does at times vary. Overall if you want something quick and tasty this will fit the bill. Healthy is as always a debate. Service is the same. Most of the time it's great but, sometimes it's not though the reasons may vary and with no good answer sometimes. The staff is friendly and hospitable with every visit I have made so no worries there. Overall 4 stars is fair considering this is one of the better fast food locations.

My view on taco bell is probably very biased but I went there for the very first time for their breakfast crunch wrap and it was very good. It looked smaller than what was advertised so I had two but still a good food to have in the morning. Waiters were direct and promptly gave us our food.

We stopped there and ate in but the floor and tables were all sticky and felt disgusting... I'm not sure if I want to go inside again...

Fast food? No more like take my time food. Sat in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes before I even ordered. If you can’t handle rush hours maybe you should look into staffing your restaurant correctly or not having 3-5 workers standing out front.

They are usually great here. But the order I just picked up is disappointing. My bean burritos are half the size they normally are. And they are cold. This was a rip off. I’m already half way out of town or I’d go back.

There prices have gotten expensive for the small portions. Recently, they also didn't get a couple things right with my order. Not going here again, too bad...

The fourth time my order has been completely wrong and just ruined my appetite. Employees aren't trained enough or something but this is BS. Thanks for charging me 27$ then giving me value items that don't match anything in my order.

They are trash!! I watch a young lady Get Interviewed. She was so sweet. A little nervous. They were completely heinous and nasty About this sweet high school girl being nervous and not have experience. Shame on you Kathy!

A tale that began with innocent hunger and ended with my spirit curled into a fetal position on the bathroom floor, questioning every decision that led me to that fateful drive-thru. It was a dark and stormy night (no, seriously—it was raining), and I, a humble lover of fast food with low expectations and a craving for a Crunchwrap Supreme, pulled into Taco Bell like a moth to a flame. Little did I know, this flame would consume me whole. The speaker crackled with the voice of a disinterested teen who sounded like they were being held hostage by the nacho cheese pump. I placed my order: a Crunchwrap, a soft taco, and a Baja Blast. Simple. Foolproof. Or so I thought. I should have fled when I waited 23 minutes in the drive-thru behind a single car. I should have turned back when my gut whispered, “Danger lies ahead.” But I didn’t listen. Oh, the hubris. I received my bag of betrayal and drove off, hope clutched in my trembling hands. At home, I opened it—only to find the Crunchwrap was soggy and limp, as if it had seen things no tortilla should ever see. The meat inside (was it meat?) had the consistency of regret and a flavor that can only be described as “lost ambition.” The taco shell had crumbled like my dreams, the lettuce wilted like my will to live, and the Baja Blast? It was flat. Like my emotional state. But the real horror began 47 minutes later. A great rumbling emerged from within—a warning tremor. I was the human epicenter of a cataclysm Taco Bell had engineered. I will spare you the finer details, but let’s just say I saw realms no mortal should see. Time bent. I sweated out my sins. I prayed to gods I don’t believe in. I experienced every major emotion known to man and then some previously unrecorded. When it was over, I emerged a different person. Hollow. Humbled. Haunted. Taco Bell, I gave you a chance. I gave you my trust. I gave you $12.78 and the better part of my dignity. And what did you give me in return? A culinary war crime. A betrayal of the highest order. One star—only because I can’t give zero. May my tale serve as a warning to others: not all hunger is meant to be fed.

Will happily advertise having a product with shredded beef, charge you full price for the premium meat, but give you regular ground beef instead. The worst part is when I called, the person I spoke with tried to gaslight me about it. If you don't have an item, just say that while the person is ordering. Don't lie & tell me your shredded beef dipping tacos are supposed to have ground beef in them. When pressed she admitted they had run out a week ago. No apology, no offer of a refund or exchange. Guess I'll just call corporate.

On 4/3/2022 ordered soft tacos no lettuce due to allergies. Also ordered chicken quesadilla with no sauce. Employee’s verbally informed me they would change gloves to ensure no lettuce 🥬 on my tacos. Guess what lettuce. Matter of fact currently experiencing headache. Hopefully Benadryl will prevent profound allergic reaction. Chicken quesadilla has sauce on it as well as not cut. Top that off didn’t get my drink. Called spoke with nite shift leader. IN THIS DAY IN AGE PEOPLE JUST DONT CARE. ALL PRAISES TO THE LORD FOR PROTECTION. ANAPHYLAXIS IS A LIFE THREATENING CONDITION
