It was a very enjoyable experience, amazing customer service, good food, and around a 20-25 minute wait. The reviews made me think twice about going but I am very happy that I decided to go. Fries were AMAZING btw.

Seeing all the bad reviews really made me very hesitant to even go and try it. Went this morning soon as they opened at 11:00 I received my food at 11:40 which honestly wasn’t too bad. It was piping hot. Chicken was good just missed a little flavor. Corn was amazing!! Chicken tenders are definitely the best. And of course the ranch… definitely is what the hype is about! The ranch is the absolute best ranch I’ve ever had!!!!! Overall the customer service experience was pretty good. The young lady at the front was very nice and helpful and wasn’t rushing us to order. As the day goes on I can see how it can become frustrating. Give it some time after the hype dies down and this will be my new late night dinner!!!

Totally disappointed. I thought it would be a restaurant. It's a small place, order your food and go. We waited an hour and 15 for the food and they gave it to us cold. The cold and soft fries. The wings were also cold. My daughter asked for boneless wings of 6 and one of them was very small. We ordered an order of wings with garlic and Parmesan cheese and they only added Parmesan cheese on top and no garlic flavor. I had visited Wing Stop in Pennsylvania and it was a great experience and full of flavor. Wing Stop in Rochester NY was a sad experience.

Food is always great, but they always forget atleast one part of my order. The woman with red hair at the counter was rude and didn't have any good customer service, she looked like she hated being there, pure just miserable look on her face and didnt even look up at the customers, and didn't even let us finish our order before telling us our total. She asked us if we wanted anything else and before my boyfriend could finish she said our total and when my boyfriend tried getting something else she rolled her eyes and said I already asked you if you wanted any else. Then she did even listen to a word I said and kept asking the same questions I already answered. Never ask for here or to go, they just gave everyone there food in bags we decided to take it to go because staff was very rude and all the tables were dirty. When we opened the bag the stuff was just thrown in there and our fries were upside down and all in the bottom of the bag.

Delicious chicken and great prices. The service is abysmal. Took 40 minutes for 10 boneless wings on a Monday night... I order online, walk in 15 minutes later, I'm told 5 minutes, and I leave 25 minutes after that... The crazy thing to me is it wasn't even that busy.. I walk up and I asked the lady, hey how much longer, she says just a few more minutes, I wait 6 minutes after that and finally walk up and ask again and that same lady pulls the bag from the shelf.... I was literally sitting right there!!! Why didn't you just hand the bag to me and tell me it was ready!? I could have waited another 10, 20, 30 minutes and no one would have said a word. Just terrible service.

First time coming here, me and my partner were greeted by a polite gentleman who took our order with patience and grace. He even put a smiley face on our bag and he checked up on us to see how we liked the food. It was so sweet of him. Then we come back today at around 4 pm. A different person takes our order, visibly annoyed and rolling her eyes, sighing, raising her eyebrows at us when we were looking at the menu... a complete contrast to her coworker, who now was checking to make sure orders were correct. We ordered the 8 wings each, but boneless. We ended up getting regular wings. The woman who took our order was strangely persistent on making us get the regular wings instrad of the boneless and when we said boneless, she said 'okay, regular wings'. She also gave us a strange look when we said we wanted to dine in, and said "you should do take out," like what??? The wait was also excessive but we gave grace because it was a bit more busy than usual. To the lovely gentleman with the glasses and cool tattoos, thank you for being so nice. As for the woman with red braids? I work in food service and no matter the circumstances, I have never intentionally wronged a customer, or been so rude. I keep myself in check, you can too. Or you can get a job outside of food service if you cannot handle it. Get it together.

Unfortunately this will be my first and last visit to this wingstop. I was extremely excited to try it. When I opened my sandwich, the top bun was missing. The chicken was also splotchy with sauce and not completely covered as in the pictures. The chicken is cold as well as the fries, even though my order was not ready on time. I am utterly disappointed. The only saving grace is the amazing ranch. This might be the most sad looking chicken sandwich I have ever received.

I came at 7:59pm, they close at 8. They had one minute to serve me but refused. I’m very very offended and i’ll make sure to get the employees name and I want a refund for what I wanted to buy. This lady with red braids was so rude and gave my 6 year old cousin attitude when he replied why the door is unlocked if they are closed. Shame on them.

Worst crew I’ve EVER experienced, not friendly and don’t wanna work. Girl said as soooon as we walked in. There’s going to be a 25 minute wait so you kno. That’s ok I said. She then smacked her teeth and told someone else to take care of us. Waited 5 minutes for this other girl to come to the counter to just sit there and put on her lip gloss…that’s when I said. Thank you..but we are going to go somewhere else. What happen to training your crew members. Unbelievable.

I went in there trying to use the bathroom before ordering and was told I had to make an order first before using the bathroom 😂😂 don’t let me forget that there were dirty tissues everywhere and tables covered in nothing but crumbs. I see a lot a reviews saying that the staff were lovely but whatever staff working at 12:15 on 10/19/2025 was definitely the horrible bunch. Don’t go here unless you want to eat on crumb covered tables and be refused bathroom usage !!!

The food took over 25 mins to be prepared after ordering it and when I received the order the boneless chicken tasted a little off but I still ate it. Woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning from the food at this location. Will not be eating here again.

Online order I was so happy to get my order of $50 -$60 dollars when I bite chicken parm boneless they were so big chunks and raw meat I had a nasty 🤢 taste of raw meat and worse no returns due to being on DoorDash apps they most times do not return . I wont order again we ordered alooot. :(
