Love their pancake breakfast, speedy service and it was busy too. Wish it wasn't 15 dollars to 2 meals, but still cheaper than going to a sit down. Oh the dinning room was open. Keeps the syrupy off off the car seats and your lap !!
Great location, good management, clean, great with customers, best McDonalds in this area. They're serving times are fast compared to other locations. AND yes they are on a timer to make sure the customer does not wait too long!

These guys were on top of their game tonight, got everything exactly as ordered, and served up the BEST freshly baked chocolate chip cookies I've had in a long time, like good enough to make grandma rethink her famous family recipe. Cookies from McDonald's should not be that darn good. Clean, friendly, fast, and got my extremely customized order 100% correct. Thanks guys!
I was traveling and had a great cup of coffee. I used the restroom which was very clean and nicely supplied. Being a busy place this was great. Unfortunately I left my cellphone in the restroom and didn't notice until I was 3 hrs away with no way to return. I contacted them and Karina and Claudia were wonderful! I had my cellphone overnighted and had it the next morning. I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service I received. They went above and beyond. Thank You
I would drive by most "Micky-Ds" to get to this one. We stop by this place once a week and get large and big stuff via the drive thru, get a huge smile as we pay our money, drive on for the food window and another great smile and enjoy our meal as we drive home.
Walk in was fast service but I'm usually not one to complain but... The portion size of the hot fudge sundaes was like a child's size. The ice cream was filled to almost 3/4 of the cup and 1 (one) sparse pump of hot fudge on top. Very disappointing.
Hadn’t been to McD’s in a while, but needed a quick bite and was genuinely surprised how nice this location is.
Great location, met a new friend today. He was working the drive thru and was so nice. We are gonna have coffee at the end of the week. His name was Christopher and he deserves a raise. Just great service.

came for my lunch (breakfast time) and honestly, no complaints. my food was fresh, order was correct, got my receipt. no complaints from me, will update later maybe after i visit again. update on 4/11/25 idk who was in such an EXQUISITE mood but the morning shift right at 10:30 made hands down the best mcdouble and freshest fries i've had in a minute. round of applause, keep it UP.
I came here on a Sunday morning for a quick breakfast while driving home from Tahoe to the Bay area. It's a McDonald's in a gas station, so the atmosphere and food quality are what they are. The service was excellent, was served faster than expected and they prepared and presented it very well, not sloppy.

Very clean great food great customer service
We were served warm coffee. To be honest the hot beverages appear to cool off very fast here. Don't know why, so no ding from me. Nice location, lots of parking and space to just relax during a meal. Very respectful and friendly. The young employees got it right. Hats off to their parents and supervisors.
Got some sauasage egg mcmuffins, the only thing I will eat from McDonalds. Really good but some egg shell fragments

I love this McDonald's. It's my favorite. There is a lady that works the drive thru, her name is Teresa. She is wonderful. I have been retired 5 years and came through recently, she actually remembered me. She was always such a sweetie. Give this lady a raise.
What is there to say about this place, it's McDonald's. Same thing as every single other McDonald's has and will always be. That's what it is, they want you to know that you will get the same Big Mac as you would any of the McDonald's you've been to in your life. Cheap, unhealthy, but somehow comforting food. Service got it up to 4 stars
Service was a little slow. Had to wait at their pull up lane number 2. But I do like their new bacon barbecue Burger. It's very tasty.
Always hits the spot. Big Mac and Filet o Fish are great evening comfort food. Fries always hot and crispy. Highly recommend. Miss the egg white delite but egg biscuit is good too. Best coffee also. Highly recommend.

Food always good, and service is usually above average fast in drive thru. However, if I say I want light mayo on my McChicken tell the kid in the back to calm down with the mayo gun cuz the last hot & spicy's were more like hot & mayo-e cuz I was swimming in it, smh
It would get 5 stars but the noise from the drink machines in the combined store make it not so desirable to sit at any length of time. I had called McDonald's several months ago about this. It is an easy fix, but they don't seem to care.
On my way to Reno so no time for breakfast. I got the fried chicken breakfast biscuit sandwich. Tasted good but a bit dry. Maybe it's better with the bacon and honey, but didn't want a sticky mess while driving. Plus a small coffee and good to go. Decent service and the restroom was clean.
Just like the millions of others around the world. Old reliable. Even if you hate them you can count on the consistency. What's the deal with watering down the tea. At least ask if we want to wait for fresh brew, don't just water down one because you didn't have enough. 😔
The usual McDonald's. It was clean, easy access to from the freeway, but awkward getting back onto the freeway. I ended up taking an enjoyable scenic route by accident when I missed an easily missed turn.
I love this particular McDonald's the manager at night time I can't remember his name the the Mexican fellow he's absolutely just a wonderful guy I don't know how many times I've come in there without enough money and he takes care of me and always you know late at night gives me extra so great place plus my grandson you know he's hooked on that chicken nuggets
Waited 5+ minutes for 4 hot chocolates. Had to go park the car and wait. When they were brought out, they were way too hot for the kids.
Milkshakes are what my son and I come for,, We have the gal take 2 cones drop them into a med cup,she tops it off,then our 2 dogs get the cones/frosty bottoms ,,yummm
All the tables were dirty and the soda area was a mess, no napkins available (California thing?). Our food was delivered fresh & hot, but we did not get it all at the same time? While we were eating, at least 3 folks came in and stated missing or wrong in their drive thru order.
Downhill, for sure, I mean, there have been times that I've sat at the counter, waiting like almost 5 minutes for someone to Just ask me, do I need anything? Can I help you? It's so frustrating, and now that they took the soda machine out It's that type of wait just to get a refill. It's like They refuse to come over to the counter and ask, can I help you.
The ability to communicate with drivers is a requirement for the folks that work the drive thru. Unfortunately the worker assigned to that task only understood half of what I said even after repeating. Very frustrating!
Attempted to use the app and it indicated the restaurant was closed. I went up through the drive-thru and talked to the very nice person taking the orders, and they said, yeah that happens a lot. We've told the owners, sorry. I got my order went inside and ate. While I was eating I heard two other people saying that the app said they were closed. Bottom line, I could have saved $2 using the app. And it seems that it is affecting other people as well.
I don't feel that they are putting out quality food for high-quality prices
Food was ok but my experience there today was less than stellar. Using the drive-thru the young kid taking my order was very much disinterested in his job and it was apparent. I had to ask several times if he heard me, and if he was even still there. He did not read back by order. Upon pulling up to the window it was obvious he was 'half asleep' and I confronted him on being high, to which he replied that he was "very tired," rubbing his eyes. Picking up my food at the next window, there he was again and was laughing and making 'smoking pantomime' with about 3 other young employees. It was beyond rude and obnoxious. One would question the management and supervision. You won't find me going back.
Even if this was a holiday and they were busy, it's no reason to be impersonal. I was greated at the drive through not with "Welcome to McDonald's, how can I help you," but with "What would you like?" My fries were tepid not hot with some of them being cold.
They need to prepare food faster that's why they call fast food you shouldn't have to pull in the number spots and wait for your food so to me their service sucks So they need to improve their services
Food was fresh, but they forgot my straws and a mc chicken and I ordered through the McDonald’s app. First time at this location while coming through loomis. I was too far away to go back but it’s cool lol. Some Mickey ds are a hit or a miss
I got a happy meal asked for water 💧 when I asked about the drink coming with the meal. They said it would be an up charge. I asked for BBQ sauce for chicken McNuggets NO sauce given. I asked for Keptchup None given. I went through drive through on my way to pick grandkids. So inconvenient! $27 meals not worth it
The service was subpar. We spent 13 minutes in line and they ran out of ice so my coke was warm.
For a fast food restaurant it's actually one of the better ones as far as cleanliness, but if you are familiar with my other reviews on fast food restaurants than you already know I only eat there if it's the only thing I either have time for or can afford. I'm not saying that they are bad but for me personally , not my cup of tea.
Rude employees at the drive-thru, giving me dirty looks, very rude in their explanation of why there is only cash accepted at night. I suppose expecting proper manners and professionalism is a bit much to ask for a McDonalds. I still feel basic levels of kindness should be provided. It's really hard to recommend this location , unfortunately it's the only thing open in the area.
Orders are consistently messed up. Items I did not order, missing items I did order, the wrong sauces or no sauces in general. Haven't seen the employee in the store in a long time but he got annoyed that I stated my order was not correct. Got the response, "Yeah whatever good bye, love ya." That last bit threw me off cause I wasn't expecting it.
Fast food not so fast. Truly hate the kiosks ordering. One of the reasons I rarely stop in a McDonald's. Hashbrowns half cooked. Biscuit sausage Eggs had absolutely zero taste. As this was a to go I had no back up condiments. Even though I asked for salt which was in the bag but the packets were empty. What did expect from a gas station McDonald's that makes no one responsible.
We made our order through the drive-through, and when we got to the window, they didn't know what order we were. When we explained what our order was, they said they gave our order to someone 2 cars ahead of us, so we had to put our order in again. I've had numerous issues with this establishment including ordering a cheeseburger but only getting a bun and mayonnaise 😑 at least their ice cream machine works 🤷♀️

Easily the worst tasting McDonald’s I have ever had. Even the fries tasted bad which I have never experienced. The bread was stale. The chicken tasted like cardboard. The sauce was nonexistent
We go here so most mornings but this Saturday morning we hit the drive thru at about 1045am and order our breakfast. We get home and find that everything is wrong the food is obviously old and had been sitting there for a while. We got several items we did not order. My order wasn't right and I'm irritated. Very disappointed. The drive thru menu was already serving the lunch menu, no breakfast was offered. It wasn't 11. It was 1045am. The management need to get it together and follow exactly what y'all advertise! You make your customers very disappointed and then we come here and complain about your store and your service.
No kidding .. worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. They made us wait for fries and when they came out they were like warm! Horrible
Would do 0 stars if possible. Their milkshake machine is broken. When my fiance asked what their doing for customer's who can't have what they want he YELLED at her that it's not their fault and not their problem and to just order. Super unprofessional. Called to complain to corporate. Will pursue further action if not reimbursed for what we dealt with. Hope the owner contacts her soon!
You can't see the numbers they are serving! I made a mobile order and waited for long time but my number wasn't called. So I asked and got the answer is that they don't have any drink with the turtle flavor. So I said then just make me the caramel. And then I learned my lesson and stood in front of the counter and waited. I saw a drink was made and put behind the counter, but the person who was responsible for putting orders together and give it to customers said that she didn't see me when she was calling my number, but I was right in front of her and she kept ignoring me until I asked her!
This is the worst branch of mcdonalds i have ever been. I went on a drive through to save time, no one is answering to order, waited there for 10 mins, i finally got an order, when i am about to pick up my order, they told me that they do not have what i ordered, they wanted me to park my car without asking me for replacement for my order, they just returned my money, i went inside to personally order, they can’t get things right, i ordered a happy meal for my son, they did not put a toy on it, no apple slices. They did not even give me a receipt because they run out of paper. They forgot to give me a cup for my drink. It is a hustle!
Stop to get frappe mocha frozen no whip cream, at 4:20 Monday. Three time after me saying what I wanted, they told to go to second window to pay. After I paid very rude gentleman at window, was told to pull in first stall parking and they would bring out my order. Waited for other to get there orders, then they bought my order. FRAPPE CARMEL WITH WHIP CREAM. UNREAL!
The employees here are seriously awful. So rude and impatient. The night manager Jesse is the worst of the bunch. He literally ignored me so I didn't get to order and was throwing my friends food and sauces onto the counter rather than handing it to them. He was slamming chairs and things around in the lobby. They're all angry and rude at night. I don't get it. I've never felt comfortable or enjoyed a visit here. I'd avoid if possible.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would! I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches and normally I would pull over and check my sandwiches and spread the glob of mayo from all being on one side of the sandwich to the bare other half. I will pull out any large chunks of lettuce core IF there are any BUT this particular time I was in a hurry so I chose to eat my sandwich on the drive home. Three bites into it and I bit into the glob of mayonnaise I spoke of (that rarely gets spread evenly) and it got all over the place especially when trying to clean it up. So I finished up and decided it was too messy and would save the second one for after i.hot home. Well I sure hope the one I ate on the way home looked better than the last one because thae majority of the lettuce was brown and slimy 🤢 and I could barely get it off my sandwich 🤮
Avoid here at night!!! I went through the drive through at 845 on Sept 9th. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and went to the first window and paid. At the second window a man, holding a bag with a hamburger in it, told me to drive forward and wait away from the window. THERE WERE NO C ARS BEHIND ME. A few moments later he came out, holding the same bag and gave it to me. When I asked why I had to pull up he said it was “in case” a car came behind me. I feel very strongly he did something to my hamburger. There were no cars behind me
The restaurant in general is low quality. The parking lot is a disaster except between 12pm and 5 am. McDonald's in general doesn't serve lunch before 11am(iirc), it's 2019 and some people are ready for lunch around 10am. You have both menus up and people order Lunch combo and get a breakfast combo instead, Hence you owe me $7.89 for the breakfast i returned to your counter at 10:25am today. Haven't been here in about 12 years due to the last visit was even worse. I will "Never" buy a single thing from any McDonald's worldwide. Fix your lunch menu! Serve the 12 items on your menu "all day" and stop this ridiculous breakfast/lunch time delay. Who does this serve? Seriously, who? What demographic? Curious minds want to know...
Worst service ever. I've been here twice and always have to park the reserved spots. They are extremely rude and slow. The Fries are always cold and hard. You ask them a question and you get sorry I can barely speak English. Don't come here goto Carla Jr or in and out.
Terrible customer service. The last few times I have went here there was this new guy with no uniform, had his back turned at the drive thru, Interrupts us while we were ordering, shoved the bag out the window quit aggressively, and gave no farewell. On top of the terrible customer service, the fries were old. Definitely will not go back here.

Ordered a Happy Meal with a hamburger asking ONLY catsup in the drive thru. Had to throw it out when I got to my friend's house. They put mustard on it with everything else. Waste of money. Child wouldn't eat it.
Only accepts cash at night. The employees do the math by hand. Several times I've had to correct them. Tonight they said it would be 30 mins before they could take cards, no biggie, I can kill 30 mins. Well I waited 40 and not only were their mics not working but when I went to order they said it would be "maybe another 40 mins." WTF? What decade are you in? I just wasted time I could have been spending at Taco Bell.
Bad frys cold sandwich after waiting a long time for McDonald's. The frys sat on the counter until the other food was ready . Sitting their getting cold. Asked for med he gave large and charged us for large. Worst McDonald's food I have ever had. Tried their new sandwiches neither one was very good wouldn't order one again.
Picked up an order and was shorted a large fry. Discussed problem w/manager a week later on next trip. Mgr refused to comp a large fry. Said I had to call in the day it happened. Thats what I call bad cust service. Loose a long time cust over a $5. fry!
Rude staff that misheard my order. I questioned the total at the pay window and then corrected them on my order. Dude got an attitude and handed me back my money. I drove to the front window and tried to explain what happened, manager closed window on me while she had my money still... Took my money, GA e me no food and told me to leave. Eventually threw my money back in my truck window and refused to serve me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. normally this is not the case there... They are usually fast and friendly, but the way I was treated yesterday was completely inexcusable and has undone a couple years of good service!
Spend 5 minutes waiting to ask for a water cup. Asked employee 3 times and ignored me. Had to walk back behind the registrar and grab a cup. Almost was late to the minecraft movie.
I've been here quite a few times and they're not very nice. This last time they kept letting cars order and go and I just sat there at the window not being asked to order. After 4 cars in the other line ordered I figured maybe it was broken so i pulled forward abs the guy behind me was immediately asked to order.... I had to place my order at the window and then wait an additional 15 mins for a total of 30 mins to get food for my kids. I would have gone somewhere else if it weren't so late and no where else was open. I didn't even get an apology... which would have been nice.
Several employees looked at me while I stood at the counter waving my arms like I was directing a plane trying to get anyone's attention. No one came. So I was forced to go thru the drive thru to speak to someone. I won't come back to this location
The filet of fish is getting so small, it only takes up about half the box! Come on MCD lower your prices, and go back to the regular size filet of fish!!!!
Advertised prices must be honored in California. The staff did not know this which caused a delay, backing up other cars and orders. If pricing changes, the menu outside should be immediately updated. On top of that, they brought the wrong order to our car.
Bad service, I stopped and make my order, I drive to the second window to pick up my order, there was two coffees and two sandwich, so, it was a short lady, "I think she was the manager." So, then, I asked her, if I can get my coffees in a cup holder, she turn back, to me, saying "Yeah, yeah, with for your order." I'm like, I just asked for a cupholder, the attitude that "The manger brings me to me." I think isn't the right one, I think she got trained how to serve, and how to handle customers services, come on! You are the manger, you must be courteous, and kind, if not? Who traiend that person? Then they asked to pull over, just to wait for couple coffees, so, it pass more than 5 minutes, for just two coffees, For reals? So, my mom got out of the car, got inside the store, and the coffee were at the counter, sitting there, so, what going on with that service? I will not come back to that restaurant, no more...
Got sick and nauseous feeling from drinking a coffee that had black shaved hairs or specs on top of the lid I. Didn’t notice it until I was drinking it and noticed a faul smell. I used to work at this place but stopped because they didn’t pay me my $400.00 I earned managers lied and tried saying my someone else took my money or that I had already gottten it so that’s when I called cooperate office to have it resolved! Guess what I got my money because they investigated it! Your other franchise owes me $30.00 too for food that was burnt, and skushy that was melted right when it was handed to us through a window. I will be keeping the coffee cup that I got today that got me sick and have it inspected by USDA food safety if it’s possible this business needs to be shut down immediately.
Came through at 9pm. They took my order fast but neither the lady at the first window nor the man at the second window said a single word. I said Hi and even threw in a "thank you" when getting my card back and both of them didn't say a single thing in response. Have some decency and self-respect. Also left a paper wrapper inside the ice cream cone. Obviously didn't care enough to even take it out. Pathetic.
I ordered a drive thru and they didn't give me a receipt even though I paid. And on top of that they didn't give me my food. McDonald's stole my money, I'm going to report it to you.
It's a McDonald's. Twice in a row now I've asked for diet coke and gotten regular from the drive through. Then I've gotta go in and use the soda fountain to swap. Kinda annoying. Edit: they did it again for the third time in a row today. I order diet because I don't want sugar, how hard is that to get right? I don't have time to keep going in and swapping it at the fountain. Wtf guys
They told us to go pay for the meal and after we payed they will use our points. But when we came there they cany actually do that because we already paid for it. Our order was 2 vanilla shakes with oreos and a 20 dollar gift card. They only gave us regular shakes with no oreos. And they also didnt give us our gift card we paid for.
Got my to go order and I should have looked in the bag. My large fry that I paid for was only half full. With Prices how they are today, you think they could at least fill the fries more than half full.
I'm a veteran and come in today (Veteran's Day) for a media advertised free breakfast for veterans. I asked at the counter what the special was and was told it was $6.44. I explained that I was a veteran, showed my VA card, and the woman said that they don't give discounts. NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE, AND IF YOU ARE A VETERAN YOU SHOULD NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
App does not work here, and kiosks are slow. Verizon wireless is weak, wifi is patchy and I rip my hair out when I forget how bad it is and come here only to have the app constantly hang and crash. And the only alternative is to pay a ridiculous price without the app. This location has convinced me to stop going to McDonald’s
By far, this is the worst McDonald’s ever. Their DoorDash orders are so long. I usually wait 10 to 15 one time 22 minutes. They do not talk to you when you’re upfront at all no matter how many questions you ask. And if you’re hurt and cannot get out the car, they will not give you a DoorDash order through drive-through and they will be mean or rude and argue with you about it. Worst place ever. Customer Service here is like none at all.
I’d give this store 0 stars if I could. If I was The district manager I would fire everyone that was working today. 5 different employees couldn’t ring up 3 items. 2 double cheeseburgers and a small soda. Not sure if they can’t read or count. But Helen Keller could do better than the crew you had today. After 20 minutes of them trying to figure it out and telling me the wrong order after I repeated myself multiple times I just left.

hi, my name is Sean I just came through the McDonald’s drive-through on Loomis and I’m sitting in my car looking through my order and I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel but all I got was a egg bacon cheese bagel not to mention that coming through the drive-through and taking my time to put my wallet down and roll up my window The lady working in the drive-through window, decides to hang up my food outside the window instead of Food out the window like a normal drive-through so I am very unhappy right now because I just paid $18.20 for an order that’s not right and for my food to be handled outside the window this is unacceptable
Placed a mobile order online at this location and had a reciept. Come to pick up the order and they don't have it they make us pull around and wait for twenty minutes only for them to forget a drink and mess up both burgers. When we called this location for a remake or refund we were hung up on. Horrible customer service...
Avoid this location if you want customer service. When I arrived to the drive thru speaker box, I found out that I accidently chose the wrong Sierra College address when using the app. The gentlemen working the window told me I would need to cancel my order and re-order at the correct location which is fine, but this is where everything falls apart. I asked him how this was done, and he told me he was unable to help me and that he did not know how to cancel an order. Perplexed I asked him again and he explained that he doesn't use the app nor know how the app worked and I would need to pull out of the line. I pulled up to the second window and luckily that lady had some sense to ask me to come inside the store for help. When inside the store, they told me I would have to cancel my order and re-order, which again is fine, but I have no idea how this is done and at this point no one has explained to me how to go about this. Later I was able to find the cancel order button on the app after going through a few menus. No one in the store was able to tell me there was a button in the app to cancel the order. One of the ladies told me my order was canceled at one point, but I assume that was just a lie to try and move me along. At this point though I figured I would have to call the store to get my order canceled and I just wanted to re-order so I could get my food, as this had wasted 5 minutes of my time already. Just for reference, I had ordered 2 sausage mcmuffin with egg and I redeemed a reward for a sausage burrito. The worker just wanted me to replace my order on the app, but for 1, I would not have been able to redeem my reward for the burrito, and 2 the app would not let me because my other order was still pending. When I tried to explain the sausage burrito reward, the lady tells me there's nothing she can do to help me and I would eventually get my points back, which does not help me in the moment. It really seemed like she did not care to help me with the inconvenience I was having. I tried to explain to her that it was probably best practice to just comp the burrito and let me place the rest of the order without it for the inconvenience. She couldn't imagine comping a burrito for someone and told me she wouldn't do it. Eventually after arguing with her for a few minutes, another lady comes out from the back which I suppose is the person who's actually in charge and was able to comp a burrito. It's perplexing to me that I had to actually get angry with your workers to get them to actually try and fix the problem. This still didn't solve the fact that I could not order from the app because my other order was still in the system. So when I tried to re-place my order for 2 sausage mcmuffins with eggs at your location on the app, I couldn't do it. My wallet was still in the car so at this point I had enough of trying to deal with your employees who barely care to help someone so I left. The fact that you have people working the drive through who would answer "I don't use the app" nor knows how it works shows that you are not preparing your employees for success. Absolutely terrible customer service all the way around. I won't be returning to this location.
The chicken nuggets tasted like they sat out for hours, just like stale oil or something, and Someone obviously doesn’t know how to follow instructions here. We were the only people in line, so no way they were too busy to notice. This is just incompetence. Do better. This is Rocklin not south Sac..
