Literally THE best Taco Bell I’ve been to, and I’ve been to A LOT of Taco Bell’s in my 18 years of life the people are so sweet great customer service and they have never once gotten my order wrong, I have to travel a lot through Rusk and I always go here they must be getting tired of me lol anyways great place!

My experience at Taco Bell was great the food was delicious it wasn't salty that's what I liked about it if only lufkin's Taco Bell was as good as where we ate today which was Rusk Texas

Beside the couple mistakes of not giving us a ok amount of hot sauce , Food is always good Sometimes the younger adults are talking to other works while giving the food or taking my payment about daily life stuff.

This taco bell has repeatedly been one of the better ones I've been to. The staff is friendly, fast, and definitely load up the food!

A very nice and polite young man by the name of Joshua took our order. He later brought our food to our table. Our food was delicious. They seemed busy, but the place was clean. Joshua was cleaning tables when not talking orders.

Tried the new Fries Bell grande....loved them! Taco Bell has always been one of our family favorites. We can go in, sit and enjoy our time together while having the food we like. I try very often to change up my order so I don't get burned out on the same things all the time. Try ordering a bean burrito with green sauce instead of red...gives it a totally different flavor. Enjoy and "think outside the bun."

(I believe her name is Irma) The weather is is terrible tonight (32 degrees and pouring rain). She apologized and told me to just come in when the weather was better and she would remake it.

Small town taco bell. Me and my extended family love this taco bell. Considering it's fast food, their food is always good. Rarely do we have problems with our orders. Open early, open late. Serves breakfast. Our faves are gordedas, chimichanga, crunchy tacos, nacho Supreme, and my daughter loves their Baha Blast. Great friendly service at a decent price🙂

My husband and I were passing through Rusk TX and decided to get a bite to eat. We stopped at Taco Bell in Rusk. We were greeted from the time we walked in the door. Everyone was very nice, service was very fast and we received our food fast and correctly. All cooks we wearing gloves which I have never seen in a fast food restaurant. We give this Taco Bell 10/10. We were very impressed!

Our taco salad was about the same as most. However there seemed to be a shortage of the refried beans.

The crew at this Taco Bell is very nice and polite. They fill the orders quickly and rarely is my order wrong.

We r going to our grandparents house and we had to stop and get some food so we got their bean burritos. I put the fire sauce on mine and were really good.

It's Taco Bell. Fast food tacos. Quick food at a decent price. It's the reason most of us come here and the reason I'll be back in the future.

Pretty good food and service for a taco bell. Don't seem to always have all the menu item's available, but they do get the order right!

Surprisingly good. Have had some previous questionable food, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Just basic regular tacos and crunchwrap supreme.

I mean its Taco Bell. The crew are prompt and nice. The food is well prepared and taste exactly how you expect Taco Bell to taste. It's not authentic Mexican food nor is it Tex Mex.. as it stands.. as a fast food joint, it's good and a place I usually stop at on my drive through this area.

Our burritos were good and the service was fast. Our only complaint is the dirty windows and the dirty drink station. The drink station was pretty bad...spills had been there way too long, dried and sticky. And the windows had lots of mildew on the outside and the interior of the windows need someone who knows how to clean glass. Otherwise I would give more stars.

Bean burritos with the beans tasting burnt, they hardly ever give enough hot or fire sauce. 1 packet per burrito isn’t enough.

I'm always pleased with this place ...except when the frosty machine is defrosting ..witch is normal at times But I mean who doesnt love taco bell...the plus side here is the staff. Eye contact....well mannered...and sometimes even have a sense of humor. Love us some taco bell!!

I have ordered these items numerous times so I know how the items are supposed to come. Tonight it was all wrong, my chipotle grillers weren't even steamed, the tortillas were "raw". Same thing with some of the new featured items. Positive note whoever fixed the cinnamon twists hooked it it up. Also I ordered a gordito crunch with Doritos locos shell instead of regular shell it was no problem, I was pleased they accommodated me.

It's taco bell there a little pricey anymore but delicious and worth the aftermath hahahaha 😆

I stopped eating Taco Bell years ago because they changed their meat. but I was craving crispy tacos and it was my only option, so I tried it. I still hated it. The chips, and shells were stale and the meat seasoning sucked worse than I remembered. Sevice was great though! Bring the *encharito back*

I don't normally have a bad experience or if I do I let the place know. Well on this evening as I was heading home (I just moved Alto from Tyler Texas) I was hungry so I stopped at the one in Rusk. I ordered the $5 box and a beefy 5 layer burrito. I asked to sub the crispy taco for a soft and that was it. So I'm around 10 - 12 mins from home and when I received my order I just left to hurry and get home. Bad mistake - I usually check my bag but didn't this time - crispy taco is still crisp, the beefy I had asked for was not the beefy one ( not even sure which one it was) and I had requested lots of mild sauce (I use about 2 per item) but was only given 5. The steak burrito was really good but that was all. Idk of it's because they're short staffed or just not having a good day but my order was wrong and not satisfactory at all. 😔 Not a good first impression as this was the first time I had ever been to this location. 😔

Place was dirty, tacos had almost no meat but we're alright I guess. The employees though were kinda rude and just had bad attitudes, and had order wrong twice. Was first time eating at this one but I was not impressed

I went in today only to find you can not order without using a touch screen. If you want to wait, an employee will come around in a minute or two to work the touch screen for you, but no one will take your order at what was the counter. I really dislike this and doubt I will be back because of it.

Three horrible experiences in a row here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until the last one. Online orders are pointless because you're still going to have to wait 20+ minutes after promised completion time. They will however fill your drink orders super early (including frozen drinks) so they'll be super watered down when you get there. They also take so long completing the order that by the end the 1st tacos they made are super soggy. I always check orders at other restaurants just to be sure they are correct because accidents happen but here you can't just count up the items and look at stickers. Here you better unwrap each item and make sure it is what it's labeled as and take a peak inside to make sure you got add-ons you paid for. Also be prepared for attitude when you point out mistakes and ask them to fix them. (The nerve of asking for guacamole huh!?!) It's also fun to watch walk in customers order and receive their food BEFORE online orders. Factoring in the extended wait time and the terrible customer service I suggest driving to the Jacksonville location. In comparison it's well worth the drive. P.S. park at Dairy Queen and walk over to wait for your food. If you don't the drive thru line will most likely reach the street making it impossible to leave your parking spot.

Complete "F" for customer service; food is pretty much what you expect from a taco bell but I went in tonight to get something for myself and my 11 year old child; i did a take out order from the kiosk and was subjected to listening to two staff members (female) talking completely unprofessional about the order even going to the point of degrading the person would order it that way (my child in that case). I completely lost my composure and one of the staff came around to the front attempting to justify the behavior even going to the point of gas lighting me (asking me if i was sure i heard what i heard). Once I was about the leave, the order was brought to the front and then I was told as I walked out (angry) to "have a blessed evening". This is my first and last time I will encounter this behavior because I wont be going back. I'm leaving this review to warn people about what these kids are doing at night because clearly - the adults were on other shifts.

I'm done with Taco Bell. The send donation money directly to Planned Parenthood.

Ordered an altered crunch wrap, amounting to almost $7, and realized it was wrong when I got home. Took it back, got it remade, went back home, and found that they removed all the items I asked them to but didn't add any of the other items I paid for AND it was barely half filled. I don't want to have to go back to a restaurant twice to get it done right. Very displeased.

Wife and I dined in. After placing our order, went to sit at table, not one table in the place was clean so I asked the manager for a towel to clean the table. She never said a word just went back to the cooking area to continue talking with a young man.

I don't normally do this, but I'm very upset. First they tell us they're out of beef and nacho cheese, whatever stuff happens. We ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos with extra creamy jalapeno sauce (sub nacho cheese with shredded), a steak quesarito (again, sub nacho cheese with shredded) because they had no beef, and 4 cheesy roll ups for the kids. The roll ups were fine, hard to mess up on those. The cheesy been and rice burritos had absolutely no creamy jalapeno sauce and very little rice. The quesarito had no sour cream and just a tiny bit of steak. Really disappointed. The biggest issue I've ever had with this particular location is forgetting something on a really big order. I'm very upset.

The night crew gives the worst service. I placed an order at the Kiosk, I went to the counter to the pay, and they never acknowledged I was there, the manager looked at me 3 times, and the other associate totally ignored me. I waited while they took an order through the drive through and even after that order was taken they acted like I wasnt there. So me and my family walked out.

Just stopped by after driving 4 hours heading towards jacksonville. Not only was the wait forever but the food was horrible. I got it cold once and then they remade it and gave me a replacement that was hard as a rock and had a long hair in it. they refused to make it again. i was lucked out

Went there the last three time and order the same thing. Everytime I get the chalupas the bread is completely white and cold and hard like they just brought it out of the cooler basically no meat but atleast they over flow it with vegetables. I only get a 15 minute lunch break so to make it there and have to wait for my meal then return to work if anything is wrong I don't have the option to return the meal. So disappointing.
