They gave me a free pup cup and were very nice!
It's a Dutch Bros. Most folks just drive through. Not much outside of the big parking lot for ambiance and they do not have a public restroom. Just drive thru, they are good peoples.
Went to this Dutch Bros location on 5140 Stockton Blvd. in Sacramento yesterday afternoon. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location. When I arrived, I noticed one person was at the walk-up window area waiting for their drink. I noticed that there were awnings. I ordered a Golden Eagle Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. The service was good. It was also quick and easy.
I love that there are so many sugar free options I get a strawberry rebel sugar-free and then they used to have tahin for it but they stop selling that So now I got my own tahin and I just put as much on as I want now So it all works out
With that one strawberry shake, it's definitely my favorite thing from Dutch brothers! I also had a brown shake, couldn't remember the name unfortunately 😔, but God, I got the large, and it was... Pretty much just full of caffeine! ☕ Pretty much worth the try, it's a 5 star on this!
Update as of 12/13/24: the service at this dutch has improved greatly since my previous review! Even with the individuals i had issues with before. They are very kind and helpful. Have been coming back to this location more often and will continue As it seems every time i come to this location and deal with this one girl her name is Val shes extremely rude and cold. Ive had issues with her on 3 separate occasions. I am a previous employee of dutch bros so im aware of the rules they have in place here and one time when i tried to have them fix a mistake at the window she proceeded to argue with me about why i was wrong and roll her eyes. Ive always had pretty good experiences with this location but this girl is just rude. Ive never had a problem with anyone else. Update 1/11/2024 Went back to purchase drinks today everyone was very kind and they made my drink exactly right. Thank you to the crew from today. Photos from today as well
Best Dutch Bros around… I stop in before work everyday and twice on Fridays. The staff is always friendly and polite. They always have a good attitude when I come in. I order A large cold brew 3 shots sugar free vanilla and almond milk never disappointed. Shot out to Sam, she’s always saying hi no matter what station she’s working…
Just tried for the 1st time this morning and regret not coming here sooner. Finally found a "sugar-free" iced mocha that tastes really good. Service was efficient, helpful, & friendly. Long line (6:30am) but it moved fairly quickly with the 2 employees outside taking orders & payment - like Chik-Fil-A & others do. It's a bit of a drive compared to 4 blocks to my usual place, but well worth it. I will be back for sure. And if you're feeling extra, there's a Burger King in the same parking lot so you can grab a bite for breakfast too.
Every Dutch Bro I go to the service has been excellent. They are even patient with me in giving me the equivalent drink or substitution not saying name, but ol girl we know.
Pulled up to the window, the light was still on, no signage indicating they were closed, as I sat there with my family in the car. Male and female staff were taking out the garbage together, heavilly engrossed in conversation, passing my vehicle and didn't acknowledge me. Both returned inside, passing my vehicle on the way into the building, didn't acknowledge me. The female staff went inside and saw me still at the window from inside, and didn't even have the common courtesy to let me know they were closed. I looked at the Google listing and saw that I missed them, and I left. As soon as I pulled away, the light turned off. It was at this moment that I had to address their lack of courtesy. 30 seconds went, and they both walked out. I stopped them (in a non-aggressive manner, remaining in the car) and asked why they allowed me to remain at the window and not tell me they were closed, and the female had the AUDACITY to say that she "thought I got the hint" and that "the window was closed," and they clearly weren't there to help, so that should have been my que to "get the hint" that they were closed; all the while, I DID GET THE HINT WHICH IS WHY I LEFT!!! Noticing that this situation wasn't handeled in a professional way, the male staff was cool enough to appologize and inform me that the Dutch Bros on Sheldon was still open. He went on to indicate that I should have been addressed, despite being closed, and that maybe they could have done more to do what he just did; by informing me, instead of just letting me sit there. The male was very pleasant, and the female was a bit of a SNOB....I could tell...no appology, no real sense of "maybe I could have been polite to a patron who missed us." If she is reading this, I hope she "gets the hint" that she was terrible, and she has a trashy aura.
I love Dutch bros but this location seems to struggle. I live close and love to get coffee on my way to work but every time I come to the Stockton and Fruitridge location my drink does not taste the same. I can go to any other Dutch bros and get an amazing drink, but at this one I have to order extra sweet and it tastes watered down or milky rather than coffee and Carmel, compared to a great drink at regular sweetener level at another location. I wish I didn’t have to go across town to get a good golden eagle coffee, but after a year and a half of going to this Dutch bros it’s clear it’s not going to be as good as driving across town to the other Dutch bros or just going to Starbucks.
They never give you a reciept, my kids never like their drinks it always changes. I had given one of the young girls a tip n she was like what's this ? I said keep the change i guess it wasnt much to her but I wont ne coming back she didnt even greet me either not sure her name but she had black hair
This location is either understaffed servely or just takes a very long time with operations The drive through isn't set up for you to do pick up orders and leave. It's set up more like an In and Out line which is counter-intuitive. Try to find a different location if possible
I would rate this experience 1 star, but I give it 2 because the person who took my order was friendly. I'm disappointed how the staff who makes the drinks do not know the difference between drinks. Ordered a blended golden eagle with coconut milk substitution, but received a blended caramelizer instead. You would think if they charged almost a whole dollar more for milk substitution, they would at least put the liquid in. They added too much ice also. Sadly my medium size drink had majority ice and not enough liquid. It didn't take me long to finish the liquid. Now I am sitting in my room staring at the remaining ice still in the cup. It's a shame. I still have 2/3 of ice only. I don't know what the heck their issue was, but I can assure that I will not be returning to this location ever. The two lines merging into one was horrible as well. Please fix that issue.
incredibly rude employees, waited an extra 20 minutes for an online order, we were cut off and mocked by an employees friend it seems like. paid 10 dollars for a drink and it tasted like pure milk and they forgot half the order and rudely asked us what we were waiting for.
Worst Dutch Bros location. The drink was watery and disgusting after waiting in line 15 minutes. Asked for a refund and they said they didn't know how, and replaced the first drink with another try. It was equally as bad. There is a Starbucks down the road, you're better off going there, and I hate Starbucks.
Do not come here ! This is the third time coming not sure why I expected anything different. Each time i’ve ordered at 7:20 AM and arrive about 740 and they don’t even start the drink until you arrive for some reason. It’s the only Dutch Bros I’ve ever seen do this . today I checked in and so I thought she would start making my drink which is usually happens only to be waiting for 20 more minutes And then she comes back to the window and asks me what I’m waiting for. I told her my name again and asked her if it was almost ready, and she literally just ignored me and walked away and started making the drink. At this point, I wanted to just leave and say forget it, but there was no time to go anywhere else and I really need a coffee today. A decision I regret because then she rushed, and it taste like shit
This. Is my fifth time at this location and the and the last time they completely ruined my drink. I got 7 minutes away and had to turn back around because they decided to do what they wanted with my drink instead of doing what I asked now today. Now, today I have been sitting in their line for 10 minutes. Yes, I'm in the line as I'm writing this. I have been skipped by 2 cars because the employees are not paying attention to who was here first I brought that to the girl's attention who was taking my order. She could care less about that now. I'm extremely annoyed because I feel like we're spending $6 on a drink for our experience. Our time should just not be valued. Also asked to speak to a supervisor manager. They told me to come back on the weekend when they will be present. I ask them to go get them so I can speak with them and also, let them know my experience with them the manager never came to speak with me. Just completely rude ignored my request. AND yes i am still waiting in line aND its has been 20 mins still no drink or manager.
