Great value for the price and the food tasted amazing. I got a free Buford Burger through their app and my friend tried the BBQ Mother Cruncher. Both were flavorful with soft bread and perfectly cooked chicken. The loaded fries were delicious and it is a plus that they accept EBT and Apple Pay. Our first visit to the Pomona Foothill location was a really good experience.

Very good if you have the patience! I heard that they have really good fries so I decided to make the drive and try them. The wait time was really long; two cars drove away from the drive thru. The fries were pretty good, but I was more impressed by the quality of their fish sandwich! It taste much better than ncDonald's sandwich. Unfortunately, after the long wait they gave me the wrong order. Which I didn't realize until I was far from Rally's. When I contacted the customer service and told them about the situation, they immediately fixed it so I'm really happy about that :) Thank you Juan! I gave 5 stars because the food was delicious and the sizing was just right! Not too big and not too small!

Tonight I visited this Rally's for the very first time. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service in the drive-thru provided by Roger. Great attitude, friendly, kind, and smiled a lot. You don't see that a lot now-a-days. The food was delicious too...especially their fries and apple pies! I will definitely come back to this Rally's for the customer service and food.

Excellent service. I even commended them for it. The moment I headed towards the ladies room, a polite staff member ran ahead to unlock it for me. Food was prepared quickly. Smiling staff, cleaning counters, just working away. They made me happy. I had a kids meal. 😊

This place has only been open for business here for a few weeks, so it was not crowded. They are trying to build their customer base so they have several different specials and coupons. The food was hot and tasty. Fries are covered with a coating, which is delicious! Has a basic limited menu of hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, fish sandwiches, fries, onion rings, etc. Oh, and did I mention it's just down the street? Will definitely be coming here again in the near future! I have since eaten here several times. Their food is consistently fresh and tasty. Every item I have tried has been good! I'm glad they moved to the neighborhood!

Most of the staff was friendly & helpful. The female handling the front counter & drive-thru & the male in the kitchen were helpful & friendly. However, the young male was another story. The female took our order & gave it to us when they were ready, but she forgot to give us our sauces for our 2 T-Pain meals. We ordered 2 T-PAIN meals under one bill. I asked the young guy at the counter for my sauces & he wanted to charge me for both of them. I told him the meal comes with a sauce. Then he said that I was right & continued to try to charge me. He seemed lost & confused during the whole interaction. I was initially asking for 3 sauces, but said I'll just take my 2 free sauces that are supposed to come with my meal. He was still trying to charge me 50 cents. He said that it is 1 sauce per person. I pointed out that I purchased 2 meals, 1 for each person. He said that it was actually only 1 sauce per bill. I pointed out how ridiculous that would be. He put the 3 sauces on the counter & said that he could give me 1 sauce. I took 2 & walked to my table so we could finally eat our meals. I went back to the counter for a refill, thinking that I would probably have another issue with the young male. No one was at the counter, but the guy from the kitchen looked towards the back & then quickly came out to help me. After refilling my drinks, he quickly went back to the kitchen. The nuggest were a bit dry & a bit bland. Burgers & fries were delicious. Atmosphere was commercially bland. But the lobby & parking lot was clean.

First off I wish my first thoughts were to grab my phone and take a picture ! But I don't know what it was that was in my chilli dog that was hard yet stretchy and looked like it was a hair set first but the worst part is finding out about it mid bite ! Second the wait was pretty long which I can understand if the food I receive is fresh made and made well. But sadly to say I didn't receive that! Soooooo even without the strange no edible extras I got would I say that the food was anything but horrendous .. I mean one hot dog bite feel felt like it had been cooked hours ago if not last night even .. (this is 11pm ) so it was leathery .. I will say I can see why it takes so long .. the chilli was placed so carefully not go over the actual buns and as for the onions-cheese distribution so neatly disbursed.... But the other hot dog which is where I came upon the extra surprise .. was barely cooked and tasted funny along with all the breads tasted freezer burnt.. The big Buford I received I couldn't take more than the initial bite .. Seriously you guys are going to get people seriously sick

I let it slide then despite the ridiculousness. I showed up TODAY at nearly 3 pm and see a sign saying "Temporarily out of Chocolate" but I thought no problem I wanted a Banana. Then your worker tells me you only have Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry. Are you guys ok? What is your problem? Why is your signage wrong? Why are there so many homeless people around your store? Why do you even bother having shakes on your menu? You guys are ridiculous. I try to support you guys since I see you don't have many customers but you might as well just take shakes off of your menu, you guys are ridiculous.
