I was enjoying my fried chicken so I checked out the reviews to see how people think of the place and I was surprised by the low score. The chicken was moist with crispy skin and the guys at the counter were decent, nothing to complain about. The Nashville is just a little bit spicy, if your spice tolerance is low I feel you can still eat it.
Food was decent. I wouldn’t say it was canes or anything but the chicken was moist and tender and tasty. The fries were okay. I would say it’s very pricey.

The workers were great here - the best we had all day. Food was just okay but we did enjoy the funnel cake and the Pineapple frozen yogurt did look good. Lines were ridiculous like anywhere in Seaworld....

Probably the worst run restaurant in the world. DO NOT ORDER ON MOBILE APP! Takes 50 times longer and they will then lose it. Takes alot longer because 1/3rd of the guests request refunds and nobody seems to know how to process refunds. Produces 50% less food than a McDonald's with 3x the staff.

Never ever buy food from here. They pre cook the burgers and let em sit there until you get em dry hard yucky burgers.....waste of time and $$.

Submitted an online order at 1:00 for 3 chicken tenders meals. Approximated time of getting the food, according to the order, was 1:45. Waited at the restaurant for a little less than an hour, and no workers would call our name to help us. One worker said that we needed to wait for a text, and the other said to scan the receipt. Eventually a worker, Boom, came up to us and looked at our online receipt, and gave us our food. An hour later, at 2:40, we get a text that our order is ready. Terrible service, these workers do not know what they are supposed to do.
Horrible experience with horrible food. No clarity on how to order. Kids in line eating out of the fruit cups , putting them back and the staff selling them anyway. Signature chicken sandwich tasted like I was drinking out of a hot sauce bottle and couldn't taste the rest of the sandwich. Excess youth staff wandering around instead of helping. Overall horrible experience.
wait is ridiculously long for not being able to bring outside food, at least have better service if you are denying outside food. Can't blame the workers, but get more workers to speed the line up because the experience as seaworld entertainment is very poor and as a tourist, I haven't seen such a place be this slow.
We visited on Thu 10/12 and ordered food via the mobile for The Chicken Snack Shack. They gave us an estimated wait of 30 minutes, but our food wasn't ready until an hour later and when I showed up to pick it up they had no record/receipt of the order and had to make it while I waited. The food tasted great, but it wasn't worth the cost nor wait.
Waited an hour for a $16 Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. There was 1 tiny chicken strip, no sauce, 1 pickle. The chicken didn’t even cover 1/4 of the bread. It was difficult to swallow. I would be embarrassed to work there and serve this food. French fries were fine.
The worst place you can get food at, we ordered 3 fries, and one kids meal. The 3 fries orders didn’t have more than 6 fries per little tray. Literally one of my kids ate only two fries because of so little they give. I wanted to go back and throw it in their face because they have a terrible service long wait and terrible food.
Same horrible experience as other food places in Seaworld. The whole "unlimited" food pass is just a scheme, as waiting times at each place is literally hours. Oh yeah, and the this chicken place run out of chicken and fries.

Chicken tenders and Fry's dry and cold. Salad was fresh. Only ranch salad dressing. Ketchup and BBQ sauce. No vanilla soft serve ice cream. 45 minute wait in line.

The food here was absolutely terrible. The service as well. The food was very greasy and they didn’t have any condiments or napkins where they were meant to be, and they didn’t restock or give us any when we asked. We wouldn’t even eat this food if it was given for free. Unfortunately, we had to pay for this food. Someone tell the owner to try the food he is selling.
If I could give zero stars I would’ve. Showed up at the Chicken Shack shortly after getting the text that my food was ready and the line that was out the door didn’t move for almost 10 minutes. By the time I got to my food, my food was ice cold and they didn’t even put the fixings for the funnel cake on it. The chicken sandwiches were disgusting and my kids wouldn’t touch the nuggets. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
"Out" of food even though they were serving the same food to others. Also...who runs out of Coke on a hot Tuesday afternoon??? Also, very, very dirty....hasn't received a goodcleaning in a very, very long time 😵💫
If you like to wait in line for 30 mins to get fried chicken sandwiches soaked (like, literally dripping in) in ranch or ketchup and end up paying $60 for three sandwiches then go here.
The all day dining plan is a joke. Every place is an hour wait for food and only a couple employees working. It’s a scam they do that so people who paid for all day dining can’t get anything. What a waste of time and money
If I could give this place a 0 I would. I would also like to find out who owns this place to give them tips on how to run a business. The service is extremely slow, the food is too expensive for the quality they serve and the workers seem burned out. Do not come to this place unless you want to wait for 2 hours.
Chicken was raw for 5 out of 7 of the people in our group. When we returned it, 2 out of 5 of the remade plates were raw. Yikes! It was filthy and a long wait.

The food is awful. We ordered the chicken both styles. It’s fried over and over again to the points its on your serving plate dripping oil. The chicken was a bit cold so the lady just warmed up on the light… that’s how fresh it is. SeaWorld do better with your food and learn from Disneyland.

Giant lines all day, it’s impossible to get food a SeaWorld. Ordered at 1:07pm, for a 1:45 pick up time. I didn’t even know you had to wait for a text to get your indoor. Walked up to the mobile pick up line and it’s at a stand still will about 35 people in line. Absolutely not! Tried to get my money back, cancel my order, but it’s impossible because you have to do that in the restaurant. Wait an hour plus to cancel your order?? Left SeaWorld and got a text at 4:30 that my order was ready. We were already gone!! I can’t even figure out how to get my money back for food I could not even pick up. SeaWorld Guests Services could not help. Considering not renewing my annual pass this year. SeaWorld, you need to do better!

When we finally got to the food, only got half our order and waited another 20 minutes for them to fry some chicken. Food was hot at first, but then waiting in line it got cold and the fries soggy. They also prepared the wrong order 3-4 times. During that time, four employees were standing in front of us doing nothing. Eating right now, but the line isn’t budging again so they probably ran out of chicken.

I put a mobile order in at 1:15 through the Sea World app and was quoted a pick up time of 2 pm. I went there to pick up the order at 2 pm and had to stand in a line that didn’t move for 45 minutes. Myself and several others who had placed mobile orders finally decided to get out of line and ask for a refund. Heard through the grapevine they ran out of chicken???? Terrible system. Not to mention it’s $20 for 3 chicken tenders and fries….we will be packing our own lunch next time we visit the park. EDITED TO ADD: I got a text from the restaurant 4 hours later saying my order was ready for pick up
I wish I could give 0 stars. What a bad experience while waiting 1hour for very poor quality food. The staff here are young but RUDEEE unprovoked. The cashier abandoned the cash register when the next person in line had ice scream and didn't tell anyone to take over. They gave me a sandwich I didn't ask for, I didnt touch it because of that, and for simply asking if I could get the correct one the boy put the plate down hard on the counter (still not the right sandwich) and gave me a dirty look. I said "hey what did I do to you, I haven't given you any attitude". It made me feel bad cause me and my sister were so polite to them knowing they're young. They need to know THEY CHOSE to apply. Sick of restaurant staff projecting. We all have bad days but they stayed in the back of the kitchen avoiding the line most of the time. That's the only reason why food took so long for everyone. It was 95 degrees that day. Honestly I'm asking for a refund for the dining pass because that restaurant plus 1 other took a majority of the day spent at seaworld because the staff were unprofessional. I hope others have asked for refunds as well.
Nothing special, just plain horrible. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches via the mobile app and for some reason we had to line up. The line is longer than the actual building and they don't have mayo for some reason, so you have to use ranch instead of mayo. We tried the burgers and they weren't good. The bun was completely dry and bland and the chicken was also dry. We had to wait 1 hour. Like, come on!!
