A simple donut store with excellent donuts. The apple fritters were our favorite. The old fashioned and cronuts were very good too!

This is one of my favorite Donut shops!! They have delicous donuts, yummy Thai tea with boba, hearty and tasty croissant breakfast sandwiches, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. It's a great neighborhood donut shop!

Absolutely the best Donut/ breakfast shop. Owners remember you and your order. I drive from La Mesa every morning during week just for it.

Great local spot to pick up breakfast. Live just down the road and stop by frequently. Kids love the donuts wife loves the cinnamon roll and always need to get the croissant egg sandwiches and never fails to be amazing!

Excellent selection of doughnuts and breakfast items. The Egg, Bacon and Cheese Croissant is flaky and delicious. Great portion and hits the spot.

This has to be a go to in San Diego for doughnuts. The glaze is so light and fluffy you could eat a dozen. Service was amazing and regardless of the line it moves super fast. The staff is super nice. 8.7/10 Check out my other donut reviews from across the country.

Having grown up going to family-run donut shops as a kid in North Texas, I was thrilled to be introduced to this place by my friend who grew up here. Everything on the menu I've tried has been good, and I love the atmosphere. It's a cozy, family-run neighborhood place. Prices are very reasonable. Donuts are fresh. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty and filling. I love the Vietnamese iced coffee - perfect for when you want to treat yourself! The parking lot is small, but people are in and out a lot. You may need to find street parking if you go at a busy time.

This place is my favorite “to go” breakfast spot. Amazing doughnuts, amazing, and incredible breakfast sandwiches. The staff is so nice and really pays attention to their customers. After only a few visits they new my name and my order which goes a long way in my book. But I keep them on their toes by ordering different things because the menu is so good! Fast and friendly service with something for everyone. Stop in, you will not regret it.

The only better apple fritter comes directly from the Amish! Family run and wonderful!

As a former Jersey guy, I'm particular about bagels, and this place has the best breakfast bagels in SD. This is on top of their great Vietnamese iced coffee, awesome ham and cheese croissants, and delicious donuts. The family and staff that runs this shop are always super nice. A true local spot.

The best donut shop ever!! Best selection of bagels/ bagel sandwiches, drinks, and donuts. The employees are so friendly. They are also very COVID conscious and have six-feet markers on the floor and sanitize in between customers/ orders. 10/10 recommend!

I love the heat up the bagel, it’s crunchy outside and soft inside. Also they put a lot of cream cheese and avocado inside. While I was eating there, a lot of people come in to buy donuts in a Thursday afternoon, I bet their donuts are delicious.

I love their donuts! I tried the raspberry filled(pictured), cinnamon roll, and chocolate frosted donuts. They were all really good! The shop is clean, organized and there are several varieties of donuts. They also offer breakfast sandwiches, but the donuts is where it's at. The two people working were very friendly as well. I will be back for another sweet treat. Eat up!!!

Short Review: Light, airy, moist donuts with just the right amount of topping and filling. Reasonably priced. Definitely worth it. Longer version: My son and I go on donut adventures to check out shops we've never been to. Spending Christmas week with family in San Diego, we looked for the best rated shop and went to visit. Road construction made it difficult to get to, but we finally found our way to a small strip mall storefront. There is no seating and the dingy coolers of milk and other bottled drinks look like they've seen better days. The counter looks like it was built for defense, but it had a plexiglass case with about three dozen varieties of good looking donuts showing. We ordered a variety of raised, cake, and fancy donuts to try. They were all very good! I started with a maple bar covered with a strip of bacon. I said to my son that I was always disappointed by the bacon on maple bars because it needs to be crisp but gets soggy when it sits on the icing for a bit. Then I ate this one and found myself pleasantly surprised. The bacon wasn't crisp but it wasn't soggy either. It was pretty close to perfect, and the raised donut base was just right. A cake donut with strawberry icing and sprinkles was delicious and moist. A lemon-filled had just the right amount of delicious pudding and wasn't overglazed like most places do. A chocolate old fashioned was also about as close to the best texture and fudge topping combination as you can get. We were impressed, and it's pretty tough to impress us with donuts. I was sad they didn't have a bear claw to try. I forgot to ask if that was because they had sold out or if they just don't do bear claws. Regardless, there was a good selection to choose from, and every one we chose was great.

Good morning maps family. On a whim, I pulled up based on the rating. My baby wanted the chocolate cake donut with sprinkles and I chose a maple bar along with a jalapeño, cheese and ham croissant. The nice lady asked if I wanted the croissant warmed up and that was mandatory. I would go back and bring friends for this ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant. I’m going back and I will be trying a croissant or bagel sandwich. Love.

Do yourself a favor and get the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Best I’ve ever had in my life. It comes with a couple glazed donut holes that are out of this world. Cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely blown away.

Friendly, fast service and good doughnuts here skiing with other kinds of foods. We lucked out and arrived during a short spell of available parking spots and no lines. Within minutes the place was packed and the line expended out the door into the sidewalk.

Donut holes were good I also got a croissant sandwich croissant was very flaky it could have been a little bit more buttery but the eggs and cheese were delicious and the bacon was really rubbery but other than that everything was good

One of the best typical doughnut shops. I really like the cinnamon roll and the blended mocha. My husband always gets the ham and cheese jalapeño croissant. It's not only the food that keeps us coming back but also how clean it is compared to other shops. I've never seen a fly on the food here.

Not a fan of the blueberry glaze, next time I’d try something else.

The doughnuts were absolutely scrumptious, however when did it cost almost $9.00 for a 1/2 dozen doughnuts!!?? What's this world coming to when a single doughnut costs nearly $2.00 So although the food was yummy, it was a little to high priced for my liking.

Total dive when it comes to a coffee / breakfast place. This place has a wide array of breakfast sandwich’s on croissants as well as bagels. They have yeast, cake, and dough-based pastries. And coffee / Thai iced tea options. Overall this place is great if you’re looking for a quick sandwich, coffee, or donut. We got an iced coffee and the rainbow donut, so adorable. The cream was hard but delicious. There is very little seating but there are a few tables!

I drove pretty far to try this “4.8 rating” donut place. Burnt bagel and bitter coffee. Donuts do not live up to the hype. Small and boring. Back to Donut Touch I go.
