Excellent espresso drinks, never tastes burned or weak, always tastes chocolatey and warm! Very consistent quality and sooo much better than the chains. Make sure you have cash for tips since their cc system doesn't allow to tip on the card.

The barista Asya is lovely and makes the most beautiful latte art! I come here multiple times a week to get work done, they have wifi, outlets and good seating.

A convenient little coffee shop right across the street from the Glen Park BART station. Their coffee and teas are delicious and their vegan brownies and cookies are scrumptious. Anytime I'm in the area, I have to stop in

While waiting for a Muni bus at Diamond and Bosworth in the Glen Park neighborhood, I noticed a Cafe called Bello Coffee & Tea. Even if I didn't notice the Cafe, I could smell the strong coffee aromas which was reason enough to visit. Inside, the Cafe I felt a quaintness and comfortable ambience. The aesthetics are nice and are a mix between wood, glass and brass. The Coffee itself is very good and is grounded onsite. Since my visit was early in the morning, I enjoyed a pastry which was nothing special but fresh and protected by a glass case. Bello will be my new Cafe whenever I am in the Glen Park area, mostly because of the product quality, customer service and ambience.

I have a long commute with a connection at Glen Park BART. When I missed the shuttle today my consolation/reward was a trip to Bello Coffee & Tea while I waited for the next bus. Where else can I get a seahorse latte? And the barrista made the best tasting latte I can imagine! I may have to make a habit of missing the bus!!

Vanilla rose latte and lavender white chocolate mocha are delicately devine! The espresso here is top notch. I've always wanted to try this place because of the amazing aroma I smell when I walk past on my way to Bart. Finally stopped in around 9am on a Thursday morning. No line. Spent about $8 (before tip) on two drinks which were made very quickly. The espresso here is very smooth. Not bitter or sour at all. The vanilla rose latte was wonderful. Very delicate sweetness and rose flavor that is not overpowered by the vanilla. Very pretty Instagrammable foam designs on the lattes. The lavender white chocolate mocha was also very nice and had a very gentle lavender flavor that paired nicely with the white chocolate. I opted for no whipped cream so I got another nice foam design on top.

Great coffee, cheap beans ($17 before tax for a pound), and free Americano with beans purchase. Clean toilets.

Their matcha latte is high quality and definitely way better than you would expect. Sometimes I prefer it to more popular matcha spots in the city. Please never get rid of the berry matcha!!!

Randomly found this place while waiting for a friend next to the Glen park bart station. It's a very cutesy cozy place with good coffee and a few options for baked items. Good place to chill and read a book or get some work done.

I tried their sweet chai latte and it was pretty good. They got the right amount of chai latte to froth ratio. Great location and steps away from the Glen Park Bart station. It's a cozy cafe and I just wish there were more tables and chairs available. A lot of foot traffic in the mornings but they churn out the drinks quick! They had a lavender latte on the menu and am looking forward to trying that next!

This is my besties and I favorite place for coffee. Only issue is the staff, or lack there of. Some have training and we LOVE the way they make the drinks. Others are still decent, but may make a drink incorrectly (ie. Too much milk in cappuccino). That's only an issue do to having one person on the floor and not wanting to hold up the line for the other 4 people that walked through the door. Other than that, still great coffee for a kick of life.

Very nice, across from Glen Ok Bart. Was able to meet my friend for an hour. Seems v popular. They could use more space, but excellent coffee, hot chocolate, teas, cookies and cake slices.

Bello is a jewel in this gentrified neighbourhood with great coffee and reasonable prices. There are tables and counter benches with stools to sit at although the tables seem to be monopolised by laptop weilding trolls who nurse their single origin latte with a twist of irony and it's lactose dairy free milk forever. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They know how to make a good coffee. The selection of eats is a little thin but that might have been because we came late in the morning. The store is accessible and can get through a line without a significant wait.

Really good coffee and service in a neighbourhood that is very much upper class. The coffee is prepared with care and the barista is talented. The real issue is the lack of seating sure to thiae who seem to think this is a Starbucks where they can work and sit a tables for hours nursing a coffee...

The most consistent latte in Glen Park. I only come here for the espresso drinks - which are really good, but the food looks and tastes "okay". This is where I get my coffee every morning. The service is fast and polite - which is great when you are in a rush.

A standard café. Nothing stood out. My rooibos tea was fine. My husband said his latte was okay. The service was competent. There were enough tables and chairs, but they were too close together, and there were not enough plugs. In a corner, a very loud machine ground coffee.

I'm a little confused about the overall high rating of this coffee shop. The best thing about it is clearly its convenient location. Aside from that, the coffee is bad - burnt, bitter, and just bad beans! The ambiance is very dated and unwelcoming and the staff are usually unfriendly and don't seem happy to be there either. Glen Park really needs a better coffee spot.

Well, the milk in my mocha was burned, the machine was a mess, and it tasted really bad so I threw it out. The barista was nice but either he was new or that's just how they trained him. Anyway, had a really good coffee at Blue Bottle the day before, tried this place and was so disappointed.

I asked for the bathroom key after buying a cup of coffee including tip. She said the bathroom floor is wet and didn’t give me the key. However I saw another person getting the key so I went in after him. The floor was completely dry. What an experience first thing in the morning. Won’t ever go back.
