Hello everyone. This tofu house is a great Korean food style restaurant. There are plenty of items to choose from, and portions are generous. I recommend the bulgogi + tofu soup ( C2 ) the side dishes are delicious and unlimited. The staff is friendly and helpful for a first time visitors. this place is popular, so get here early before the lunch and dinner rush. There's plenty of parking outside and in the underground parking located at the back of the plaza. Cash and card are accepted at this place. Thank you for reading my review. Came here with some relative after the mall, place was packed so had to wait which was fine 20-25mins wait time. Tea was provided but refilled was not even though our pot was low. Service was eh I mean i understand it was packed but a check up would have been great of “ how was the food “ “ did everything came out okay” etc from the waiter, didn’t really see the waiter until towards the end providing the to go boxes and bags. When it came to the food it was decent 8.5/10 if you asked me the bibimbap had 0 flavor more veggies than anything, we received the rice before the other actual entree…. Which in my opinion was kind of suck cause the rice was starting to be abit cold. The soup was piping hot atleast but overall experience was decent.

Tofu soups are delicious! We’ve tried a few of them already. The yellow croaker is good and the bulgogi is great. You’re given plenty of side dishes to go with your food. The servers aren’t friendly but they’re fast and efficient.

This place has improved service-wise. The food is not bad. Rather than sit-in though, I usually just order to-go nowadays, and I'm glad that the takeout actually includes the 반찬(飯饌). The 김치 marinade tends to me on the sweeter side, but that's alright. Review from 2 years ago: Each person serving us varied their quality of service. First lady dumped the cups on our table. Some were nice to check up on us. The food is ok, but it's kinda expensive from what I'm used to.

Food: Very Tasty with option choice of spicy. The flavors are excellent. Lots of side dishes Portions: Good size/Same size as any Tofu house Price: A bit in the high side, but fair for Korean food Service: Service are fast and responsive. Seems like there's always a waiter/waitress around. Atmosphere: simple, all table and single chair style, no booths. Place is clean Con: No Brown or Purple rice. They do not serve any other kind of rice except for white. I come to this place a lot when my friends. This place has a pretty good flavor for their tofu soups. They actually have more side dish than some other tofu house I've been to. There are many options that is printed on the menu also double as your placemat. Brilliant, all the Asian restaurant does that, when I place my could be an advertisement. Tofu soup can be ordered in combination or by itself. When ordering a combination, the tofu soup is the same size as an individual order. Some restaurants have a smaller size tofu soup as their combination. The service is quite fast, it's rare now restaurant has this many service people in house As the wages are getting high. There's always someone around to check your order and any other requirements you need. The atmosphere is okay, that place looks clean and looks very open. They use just regular rectangular tables an individual chairs, no booths. I actually like it this way better than the booths.

I have dined at this establishment on several occasions. It is the nearest Korean restaurant, and while the food quality is excellent, weekend crowds are anticipated. Service, however, requires improvement; attentiveness is lacking even during less busy lunch periods. Although complimentary side dishes are refillable, proactive replenishment is inconsistent, a common issue among restaurants. Enhanced service would undoubtedly lead to increased customer satisfaction, higher tips, and repeat business.

The food is quite tasty. I enjoyed the hot tea for the table, as well as the side dishes. However, a lot of the food was on the sweet side. I was surprised at how saccharine the mashed potato side dish was. Our meal was still good, but the balance of sweet and savoury was slightly off for me. Efficient and friendly service. Prices are a tad steep. If you download the jpg menu on their website, you can see how much everything costs.

I ordered fried Yellow Crocker fish with Oyster tofu soup. It was nice but something is not my standard. The rice quality is not good & oyster tofu soup was not so hot enough. Little bit salty for side dishes.

Found another Korean tofu house to satisfy my Korean food craving besides Yong Dong Tofu in San Gabriel. This place is definitely in par with Yong Dong in term of the food varieties. In fact the menu is also exactly the same and the taste and flavors are also very similar. Sundubu-jjigae or soft tofu stew is a jjigae in Korean cuisine. The dish is made with freshly curdled soft tofu, vegetables, sometimes mushrooms, onion, optional seafood, optional meat, and gochujang or gochu garu. The food is healthy. Traditionally Sundubu Jjigae can be made with quite a bit of oil and fat from the ground meat, but this version of Korean Tofu Soup is definitely healthy! This soup is made with just a touch of oil, low-sodium veggie broth, kimchi, (which is fermented and great for your gut health) and tofu. The restaurant also offers tons of side dishes or Ban Chant for free and you can ask for refills. They are delicious. I especially like their kimchis. The prices are not cheap, each combo dish can cost up to $30+ and a single tofu soup would cost you $15. For the same portion, price for lunch is about $5 cheaper for some reason. Park upstairs is a nightmare. Try to park underground parking which has plenty of spaces. I would go back to try other dishes.

For lunch on the weekends price is high and the portion got smaller too. But good and fast services.

Comically high menu prices balanced out by refilling banchan sides. Food itself is passable at best, but not worth the price of entry in isolation. Expect to fill up on sides. Orders were held up and required reminding staff, who were gracious. Head elsewhere. Much better food establishments up and down Valley and Las Tunas.
