Wushiland Boba

My favorite bubble tea shop in Taiwan. Serious, no Taiwanese don't like wushiland and if you also love it, it proves you have a good sense on bubble tea ( bubble tea are originated from Taiwan). Love their plum tea, oolong milk tea, and ice cream milk tea.

Super long like when I first arrived, but it moved along in a pretty efficient manner. Also they made the drinks super fast, which was nice. The mini pearls were very good and I also enjoyed the drink a lot as well. Overall, it is one of the better boba spots in the SGV for sure.

I'm a long-time fan of Wushiland boba. Their mini pearls are so chewy and their teas are always spot on in flavor and strength. I've tried a variety of their teas and my go-tos are the four seasons oolong tea, ice cream black tea, and my absolute favorite, the plum green/lemon tea. Not a lot of boba shops have plum drinks but I love the mix of sour and sweet. The 30% sweetness adjustment is the best. I also like that they have seasonal menu items! This store also has a huge amount of space and seating. Always clean too!

I desperately needed a cafe with an outlet and wushiland appeared to me like an oasis in a dessert. Their drink selection is fantastic and they even have comfortable chairs, couches, and tables to socialize with your friends or enjoy some tea

This Wushiland location is a decent size with seating inside. There is free WiFi and comfortable seats, so it makes it a decent spot for studying. There is plenty of parking available, since it’s shared in the large plaza and even a basement level parking. For my order, I got the Earl Grey Milk Tea with boba. This is a refreshing drink that isn’t overwhelming. They are also generous with the boba portion. I can see why this is labeled as a signature drink here.

Drinks are good like always. My daughter love boba here but I forgot to add boba for her drink. The server is very good and friendly. She smiles and ask if we want to added boba she just need to charge 35¢ more. 😁

Got their black milk tea macchiato with boba! Delicious! Line is long but once you order, you’ll get your drink within five minutes. This spot is next to the escalators! To the right side. The staffs were quick. It’s also very clean inside!

It's one of the best Bobas in the world! We should open one in Washington State. The boba is good, the tea is fresh, and the service is nice. I cannot complain about anything about this place.

We have ourselves here a McDonalds for boba! Wushiland’s publicly advertised secret menu - the four seasons tea with coconut jelly, boba and pearl (mini boba) - was very good! I got it at 30% sugar and less ice and found it quite refreshing. There was a line but it moved pretty quick. The seating area seemed clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back to this wushiland and I recommend this drink for non-milk tea boba drinkers!

The GPS will get you to a narrow parking lot, however the place is in the next plaza where 99 Ranch is at (next to T-MOBILE store). Wide space with a lot of seating. Fresh Boba! The drinks tend to be on the sweeter side, if you don't like super sweet, you might want to adjust the sweetness while ordering.

COVID REVIEW: Wushiland Boba had an abundant amount of space inside (as seen in the picture) while waiting for you order. I’m not sure why they don’t have their tables back in place since indoor dining is allowed (at time of writing) with caution. I don’t really mind though as I prefer the space while waiting for my order. There were around 10 people ahead of me but I got to order quickly and waited for my drink in less than 5 minutes of waiting. I’ll try their other flavors next time. I got the Milk Tea Ice Cream.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received today at Wushiland Boba was too good not to mention. The manager, Christian Kim, went above and beyond during a busy rush. Even with a long line, he made sure every customer was taken care of with genuine attention and kindness. The drinks came out fresh, cold, and perfect, and it was clear he was keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You could tell Christian really cared about both the quality and the customer experience. He stayed calm, professional, and efficient the entire time — so much so that I had to ask for his name. This kind of leadership is rare. He definitely deserves a raise for the way he handled everything like a true pro. Wushiland is lucky to have him!

The store is large and there are plenty of seats. The decoration is very distinctive and gives a very comfortable feeling. The milk tea tastes delicious, and the waffle products are also delicious. I often go to this store for drinks and snacks.

They have a plethora of milk teas and fruit drink on the menu. For first time customers it might be overwhelming so they created a top 10 list of milk teas. I chose their fifth popular tea-Grapefruit/Orange Green Tea + boba. I loved it. I like that it's freshness and flavor. Furthermore, there were significant grapefruit pulps and black pearl boba. Prices were fair and competitive. Interior atmosphere was chill and relaxing however they need better air vent circulation because the temp was warm and stuffy air. Staff were nice, competent and professional. Interior decor was cool and modern from light fixture to table to chairs. Free WiFi available. No outdoor patio available. Parking won't be a problem. Overall its a good milk tea boba place and I highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back.

It was ready in a reasonable amount of time. It was tasty and I hung around with my husband to drink it. It’s a good place to hang out with friends for a chat if you can find a seat.

TLDR: Wushiland for larger, more classic boba drinks, Tea Station for stronger, more complex tea flavor My friend recommended Tea Station as being better, but we were drawn to Wushiland since it was crowded and popular. We bought them both to compare them side by side, and Tea Station was the superior quality tea. Both are pretty good, and it may somewhat depend on your preferences, but if you like a less milky, more flavorful tea, pick Tea Station. Highly recommend getting 25-50% sugar at either place!

To be honest, I dont like their milk green tea. It is too creamy and too little green tea flavor. I like matcha latte better but the boba was tasteless and hard for me. Their boba tea in Taiwan is a hundred times better than in here.

This was my first time at any Wushiland, so I didn't know what they were known for. I decided to keep it simple and ordered the Four Season Tea. Since I had no idea what it tasted like, I went with 50% sweetness. Tip: make sure to shake your drink before putting your straw in. I didn't, and ended up with one sip bland and the next sip way too sweet. I noticed they have some new matcha latte flavors, so I definitely want to try those next time I come by.

After a while we went up to the pick up counter to see how orders were progressing. That's when we found out what a mess things were. Orders were not being fulfilled in the order they were received. The person starting the drink would put the cups on a table to be filled with tea. The problem is there's no order to the cups. They're randomly placed and randomly picked up to be filled. That became an obvious issue when orders could not be completed because they were missing 1 or 2 drinks. This also meant that some orders that were placed later were filled first. We noticed some people who were in line after we placed our order received their drinks first. This was pointed out to the staff and they insisted orders were being fulfilled as they were placed. Eventually after waiting an hour, we decided to cut out losses and cancel our order. We asked the person giving out drinks if we can cancel. She told us to ask the cashier. We asked the cashier, and she said it's the person giving out drinks that can do it, that she's the senior staff member. When we tried to go back to ask the senior staff, she left her station to go full drinks in the back, away from all the customers. She made another staff member hand out drinks instead. We asked again to cancel our order and was told they don't know how to cancel when we asked again she said they didn't have time to cancel. We will be taking this up with our credit card to get our money back. Needless to say they need a better manager. A good manager would've identified the problem and found a solution to get them back on track.

We stopped by Sunday （yesterday）around 3 PM and stood at the counter for at least 10–15 minutes attempting to place an order. After informing a staff member, she looked at us and ignored us. Three employees were present, yet no one provided service or even basic acknowledgment. This level of service is unacceptable.
