A&W

I've been this A&W for well over 20 years and finally dropped by for a meal. Their burger combo was fine, basically just a normal burger while their fries were decent. Of course you'd come for their root beer which was again fine as well. I wouldn't go often but their sides are novel for a fast food joint.

Love their Papa burgers and fries. Chris and Michael are always friendly and helpful. I don't know the managers name but she is always spot on target with the orders, we always have special orders. Clean, friendly, quick and good taste for the money.

Nice place. I was surprised there was no drive in! But the food is great and the customer service was very friendly. I intend on coming back. I ordered the 12 piece bucket of original chicken, all dark meat, and it was delicious.

The furniture/upholstery is visibly old/used. We had to go back twice for things that were missing from our order - didn't go back for the third thing we realized was missing.

Decent food, good considering the lack of fast food options close by. They are listed as having drive through but it doesn't really exist. There is an unmanned booth outside that says drive through but I've never seen anyone in it

Every time I get a deal from the mug club the store is unable to process my digital coupon.

Ever since they made this a combo with KFC it's absolutely awful. You can't pour your own Rootbeer, no mugs. They try to cross the menu. Fries are KFC fries not A&W. Place is dingy and overall not good.

Ordered 2 double bacon burgers (one with no cheese/onions). Burgers came without bacon. One had a funky sauce while the other without changes did not. Ordered root beer float, but all the drink floated out of the cup and made a mess right when it was handed to us. Drinks were watered down. At least the onion rings were good. Disappointing to discover all these mistakes when we’re already on the highway. Won’t be coming back.

One item was incredibly overcooked (kids corn dog order for my daughter) and the main sandwich I ordered for myself was entirely missing. Also, as the picture I included shows, the employees at this location don't even take the time to write out this corporate board (which is supposed to be updated every shift). Long line, ridiculous wait time for fast food, and poor, unprofessional service from disinterested employees.

They have a drive thru sign and arrow which is really confusing since it leads to an unattended ticket window, kind of like a mini storage shed .. just leaves you kinda confused ... No one is in there ...and if there is someone in there, it's like a drive up pick up shack separated from the building with the dining area and kitchen. Employees were kinda rude. No customer service skills whatsoever.

My daughter and I came here on a Tuesday at 6 p.m. there was a long line waiting we ordered and tried to get soft drinks but they were all spraying foam except the root beer. So diet root beer it was and it was quite good. Our food arrived and my A&W Burger was quite good. But my daughters popcorn chicken was Dreadful period most pieces did not even contain chicken but we're just fried flour. Gross! The tables were all dirty and the restaurant was freezing cold inside not welcoming at all. We will not be back as one of the meals they gave us was not even really food! The people who work there however were quite nice. A manager looking lady person stuck their head out of the kitchen area once in the hour we spent there and then went back to whatever they were doing instead of running the restaurant. It really appears as if the manager should be fired and standard should be put in place that Ensure really good food comes out of the kitchen

Finally she says something to him and he comes, but that wasn't until I said something. Then we get our cups and no root beer and nobody replaces it. Bathrooms stunk like bad mold and who knows what else. My burger tasted like they poured a ton of salt on one end of it.. Never again will I go to this location.. Very bad!!
