This place is so comfy and Cute! Did I mention the Tea flavors? There absolutely Aroma brew Tastey! Also the staff is so helpful if your new there and plus the owner let me sample the moon tea and omg! Amazing. 5 stars by far best tea ,menu and the kindest staff Ever!
Knowing how competitive the boba tea scene is in Cupertino, I'm still going to say this is one of my favorite boba places in the area. The boba milk tea is very tasty. The staff are always very friendly, and FAST! 🙂 I love that I don't have to wait 30 mins for a cup of boba drink. No bells or whistles. Just tasty boba tea and nice people working there.
Reasonably priced and delightfully delicious drinks. Fast service, great staff. Downsides: Tables and floors can get a bit messy, and the environment is frequented by many youngsters who can be loud. They offer just one food item: two tea eggs dipped in Sun Moon Lake for $2.99. Wifi is very fast. Would return many more times.
There aren't too many boba places in the South Bay that really make great tea, but TeaTop is definitely in the top 5. They opened just recently and they are already so busy! Like most places, you can choose the sweetness level of your drink. Even though I did customize my drink, I do think that this place doesn't rely on sugar to enhance the taste. The tea by itself was already full of flavor. TeaTop is a definite must try!
The best taro milk tea I’ve had! Not sweet (no sugar added) and has a yummy masago and taro chunks. It’s better than Teaspoon and Fantasia. Also, the customer service here is tops. They’re very friendly and efficient!
A cool place with good tea. Unlike other places they don't depend on artificial flavorings and tastes good and natural. I order fruit tea with 0% sugar and it still satisfies my taste.
I come here for the Sun Moon Lake Black Tea, because this is the only franchise that has this tea blend. Is it super unique or mind-blowing? No, but it's a subtle tea flavor that tailors to my old-man tastes.
Love their Alpine mountain tea, which is what I always get. I recently started getting the winter melon alpine mountain tea with half syrup, and I think I like it even better. Also they use real taro, not powder.
I recommend the taro tea with sago: very natural not artificial tasting, real chunks of taro, and not too sweet. Other pluses: They have large cups for only 3.90. Decent wifi. Fast service.
Love this place. Their cups are really large so you get a lot of tea for the price, their 3Q tea is also really good, and they're pretty quick. But their tables could be cleaner (a bit sticky)
Having been going there since they open. Awesome and consistent quality, good price compare to other boba tea places. It has been our no.1 choice in the bay area when it comes to tea drinks.
Great! Awesome, good quality bbt and well priced. Love that they have fresh milk options at the same price! Not like other places that charge more for real milk. 2 for 1 on Monday and Tuesday is the bomb!
They have the best 3q milk tea. Their earl grey tea is absolutely amazing. I would recommend the pearls to be changed into red beans. Only for pearl haters like me.
I don't buy things like this for myself very often, so when when i came here, I was blown away at how nice it was. Because I don't buy boba on my own much, I was very slow at ordering, and the person behind the counter was very patient and was guiding me through it. She recommended me the passion green tea medley and it is amazing. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a good drink. On top of all that, the drink was ready just as i finished ordering! And it was only like $6.50 with tax included! Would HIGHLY recommend, and will definitely come again.
I think this is the best Pearl Tea in the bay area. Three Q is the best item. They always get the drinks made fast and the line keeps flowing. Very well trained employees.
Great bubble tea options! One of my favorite bubble tea restaurants in the bay. Super underrated and very delicious. The milk teas and slushy options use fresh fruit in their drinks! The staff is usually really friendly and welcoming. The shop has really cute decor inside too, like a giant boba statue! I definitely recommend for a great bubble tea experience!
delicious selection of teas and milk teas. even have delicious tea eggs available
Taiwanese Tea and Boba drinks, good flavors of tea or milk tea or fresh squeezed juice or ice slushy drinks.
I ordered exactly what the most recent reviewer ordered. The signature Alpine green tea with "jelly cake" which is called feng guo in the store. I like it a lot. The tea itself is very sweet, the jelly is almost tasteless, a bit fruity sweet, but very big, chewy, and slippery. The contrast between the two is fun. By the time I finished paying the drink was ready which I don't think ever happened to me in a boba place.
Underrated tea shop in the South Bay! Good cup size for the price and I love how fragrant their tea tastes. They have lots of unique toppings that are not very common too. I love their sago and fei guo jelly especially! My drink recommendations: (get 50% sugar for all these!!) + Fresh Milk with Oolong or Wintermelon + Signature Alpine Green Milk Tea + Mango Green Tea + Earl Grey Milk Tea
Fantastic customer service and perfect tapioca pearls! I disliked the taro tea though because there were big chunks of taro that threw me off. Then the manager/owner? Told me it was because they use real taro, not the powdered stuff. He immediately offered me a replacement, which I appreciate. Got mango green which is delicious!
Took a chance on the mung bean milk slushy (with added boba) and it was well worth it! I’ve never had anything like it. It was the perfect sweetness (I did 30%) for me and a really nice mellow flavor that was well complemented with the sweetness of the boba.
The Drink TeaTop offers a good variety of drinks with different type of tea and toppings. I have tried different drinks from their Top Ten menu as well as their normal menu. All the drinks so far have been good and consistent (the important part) through different visit and stores. My go-to drinks when I want something light has been the Signature Alpine Green Tea and the Lemon Juice w/ Ai-Yu. I also like their Taro Milk Tea w/ Sago cause they use real taro for the milk tea and I have seen a lot of places with Mango Sago, but Taro Sago is pretty unique. The Miscellaneous The shop itself have a nice setup for customer to relax and hangout. The shop have indoor and outdoor seating so it won’t be a problem accommodating smaller size groups. The staff working are quite friendly and I have yet to encounter any issues. The price of the drinks are reasonable when compared to some of the other boba shops, and they have their own reward system when you purchase enough drinks. Overall TeaTop is a good boba shop that offers a variety of good drinks when you want to boba and chill with friends.

Tea Top is absolutely my Go-to place when I crave for a good boba milk tea. The location is ideal - close to my work office, easy parking. The service is always great. I want to make a special mention to Jackie their lovely staff. Jackie is simply amazing - joyful, courteous, professional and she makes you want to visit the store again!
I consider myself somewhat of a milk tea connoisseur, someone who likes the tea better than the boba, and Tea Top has the best quality tea. Today I had No 21, Sun Moon Lake Milk Tea, with osmanthus jelly and I can honestly say it's the best milk tea I've ever had in years of drinking milk teas around the Bay Area and elsewhere. Tea Top SJ also is a very clean and pleasant place to relax with friends and the staff are so nice. Tea Top is the best all around. Love! Please try!
This is my favorite Taiwanese boba tea shop. I personally like the Alpine milk tea (30% sugar). You can taste the high quality of the tea.
Hands down the best place to get boba and hang out. Employees are really kind and chill. Everyone who put a bad review are just hating that they ain't TeaTop

Came on the weekend, line was out the door but they are pretty efficient. Drinks come tall standard, but very sweet. I got 50% sweetness and it was still too sweet because all their toppings soak in what I am assuming is sugar syrup. Boba texture is good though.
After tasting the boba tea at TeaTop, I cannot tolerate the taste of chemicals in some other brands such as Quickly. I'm enjoying the Buy 10 Get 1 free deal as well. My only complaint is the line can get quite long on a hot day.
Decor is beautiful. The cup size for regular is pretty large. The teas are high quality and everything is pretty good. In this area its probably one of the best. Be sure to follow the top ten instructions.
Drinks are hit or miss sometimes. Tend to be in the sweet side esp for drinks where you can't specify the sugar in percentages. The alphine green tea 30% sugar is great. The winter melon tea was way too sweet (no way to adjust the sugar). Generous sizes.
Stopped by Tea Top after dim sum. I ordered the strawberry green tea with boba. Tea flavor was ok, but boba was a bit inconsistent. Overall, ok spot. Would be open to trying it again to see if it was a one-off issue. Parking in the plaza can get busy during peak hours.
Great place for our bubble tea fix. Teatop allows for all kinds of customizations including sugar. The menu is huge, with exotic flavours. Try passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly or the green tea lime (no 9 on top menu). Service is pretty fast, though usually unsmiling.
Ordered pine green tea with jelly cake ( I think probably is the only one tea store has Jelly cake ) , I love this texture , very enjoyable. Mango slash probably mixed frozen and fresh mango , test great !
Since many milk tea shop comes into Bay Area, this is really stands out more than others. Their tea quality is great, fresh and blending well with milk too.
Had the number 6 earl grey three Qs milk tea and a sun moon lake tea w/milk & boba. I like how they emphasize on the variety of the tea than just throw you a generic term, milk tea. 'Cause milk is there but the flavor of tea might be different depending how it's processed. Cozy, comfy and bright vibe. I felt comfortable sitting in with my family. There's a boba tea statue there which is kinda cute. Friendly service. Loved to see that smile from the cashier. Recommend.
I was driving home from SJ to SF and chose this boba shop for a pit stop. It's in a plaza so there was plenty of parking. It was a bit crowded, with a short line. There were a lot of people hanging out inside and outside. The line moved quickly and I ordered the oolong milk tea with boba 75% sweet and a red bean milk slush with grass jelly 0% sweet. The red bean slush was really good; my friend was impressed with the amount of red bean they added. My drink was a little too sweet, but the boba was still really good. I can see why a lot of people were here. For a place where boba is so competitive, it was really good. There is ample parking, and a lot of space to hang out. I can see why it's really popular and I would probably come back. While my drink was a little too sweet for me, even at 75%, I wasn't disappointed.
Taiwanese specialty drinks! They offers lots of choices with green tea as base mostly. My grapefruit green tea ice drink tasted light, refreshing, not sweet, pretty good!

This used to be my favorite boba tea place and it's closer to my house, but my I have since moved onto another shop for my daily fix. Two reasons: The quality seems to have gone down a bit as the drinks felt more water down. Secondly they don't seem to have any regards to follow the county rules during this Covid time. Way too many people were allowed to be inside the store during my visits there. Hopefully the shop owner can improve on these issues so I can return here since it's closer to my house.
The quality is good. But it became a bit pricy since last time they raised the price. If you order grapefruit green tea, my favorite, beware that the cup is often only 85% full after the foam settles. Complain to the boss so that they can remind their workers to wipe off the foam and fill the cup full before sealing it.
For such a popular place in the area (constant lines out the door), every time I went it's been "meh" I honestly think it's like a knock-off of Gong Cha; before adding their new drinks, most of the menu is almost exactly alike just not as good?! I only order fruit teas or blended drinks like the lemon aiyu, grapefruit, passionfruit, red bean slushie, and all the drinks were below average. Tea Top is pretty close to me, but how quality is, I would honestly drive further for something better.
Overcrowded. Average flavors, would recommend other places.
The best tea that I had in bay area. Updated: I came to order my regular drink but the front desk girl was not able process the order just because I do not want milk. She always has attitude toward to others when I was there. She is one of the newer one there.
Drink is good but poor clerk attitude for order the drink. She was impatient and rolled her eyes in front of me when I asked rule of the collection point card and there is no any other customer after me.

The worst milk tea ever!!!! I ordered Fresh milk with green tea with boba but it taste like water!!!! This cup cost me $9 which is really expensive. Ruin my whole day mood!!!! So upset relight now! Don't go this milk tea shop pls!!!
Watch out for the pushy bad service and attitude when she finally gets off her phone 😱 No need to get mediocre boba with a side of bad attitude when there are so many better places 🤭 There’s a reason why it’s always empty when I go 😆
My partner and I went to Shang Cafe, and after we ate spicy food, we wants some milk tea, my partner ordered taro milk tea as always since he was in junior high, and this one is the worst one ever!!! They use real taro, but with out any work, I used to work in bakery store, and we do use real taro with some condensed milk or sugar to make it tasty, to make it worth customer’s purchase. But this one, three part, the milk tea, tastes wired, the taro, no good, the bobas, not as creamy as I ordered in some other place. I don’t know, we both don’t like it. Maybe try something else
