Shared takeout of a whole chicken and a platter (the latter I forgot to take a photo). Wow that chicken was so delicious. The hot sauce is impressively tasty too. I can easily see a fine dining place serving this in smaller portions for 10x the price and no one batting an eye. Also had their plantains, beans, chicharrón, which were good.

Pollos Pucalor is phenomenal. The rotisserie chicken alone is amazing and worth the visit, but everything else delicious too. HIGHLY recommend stopping by here

This place is fantastic for lunch combo meals and specials. The staff are friendly and quick with serving. The food is delicious and I enjoy going here for a quick bite. My favorite is Pucalor's Special; which I posted a picture of here.

Amazing bang for your buck Colombian rotisserie place. Cheaply priced dishes, huge portions, great tasting food, there's nothing else for me to say, just go and try it.

Delicious plantains, tasty potatoes generously portioned, but the chicken was a bit salty. Also, when I order half a chicken, I expect a leg quarter (drumstick and thigh) with a breast quarter (breast and wing). I wasn't expecting a random pile of chickeny bits

Great rotisserie chicken and chicharon/fried pork. They used to cut up the pork belly if you ask but last visit they said they don’t do it anymore. The sides are also good- we’ve tried them all but always get the chicken and pork. They are definitely known for their rotisserie chicken. It’s in the name. We come at least 2x a month

The restaurant looks comfortable and clean , I just visited for pick up. This was my first time there, but the girl at the front desk was not kind, I was making questions about the menu and she sounded rude and no comfortable with my questions about the menu. Like I said, it was my first time so I had questions about my order. In the end, the girl who delivered my order was helpful and kind. I do not recommend chicken broth, chicken gizzards need to be clean before cooking. Rostisserie chicken, salad , beans, and potato were good. For me, the quality of food comes together with customer service, which makes me think 40% probability I would come back.

I've been eating from this restaurant for 5 years. Amazing food for the price. The past couple of months, the quality of service has gone down. During my past visit, I was ignored until I said "hi". The guy was rude when I was asking about pricing. He took my card, inserted it and didn't turn the pin pad to me. He stood there until I picked up the pin pad to enter my pin. That has never happened to me there, NEVER. He placed the receipt further away from me instead of in front of me like a normal service provider. I work in customer service so I pick up on rudeness very quickly. It's a shame because the food is good but they are now very rude. Also they seem to be prejudice because their energy changes towards clients who look different.

I have visited this establishment a few times, and while the food itself is quite good, the atmosphere and service have not been very comfortable or welcoming. During my most recent visit yesterday, the staff seemed to be acting strangely and were laughing at me in an off-putting way. As I approached the counter to look at the menu, I noticed one of the employees walk over to the tip jar and start moving the money to another location, seemingly implying that they thought I might try to steal the small amount of change. The employees continued to stare at me and laugh, which made me feel very unwelcome. When I went to sit down, the staff member taking orders asked me if I still wanted to place an order, but did so in a mocking tone while continuing to laugh. Overall, I left feeling that the front-of-house employees exhibited prejudiced and unprofessional behavior that ruined my dining experience, despite the quality of the food. I hope the management addresses this issue with the staff.

I tried this location for the first time and was disappointed with the service and food. The plantain was burnt. Never again. I’ll continue to go to Dover.

This is my second time there and they are very rude. The male cashier is speaking Spanish as I approach and they started laughing. He was horrible with explaining a special while another cashier is eating then responds to the male cashier and they laughing again. The food is not good. White Rice nothing g on it and chicken and two different sauces for $12 and change
