Live the food but disappointed in their accuracy. I ordered 20 wings and fries and came with 18 wings and one of them was difficult to be considered one. Again. Love the food but disappointed with their food prep accuracy and customer service.

Employees take forever to acknowledge you standing at the host podium. Terrible customer service. It’s one of the reasons I stopped dining from BWW. Plenty of employees there and I saw the hostess walking around as I walked in. Whomever the manager was on duty, get your employees in order. Acknowledge someone standing at the front and don’t have them standing around more than 10 minutes. Your dinning areas was not packed inside or outside . Plus the pace at which your servers were moving was very nonchalant.

Friendly staff but that's about it. Purchased a to go order of wings, fries and dip. As someone who has worked in the front and back of house extensively the food was horrible because it was cooked terribly. I stopped going to BWW years ago because of the price. Wings were great back then. These wings were tiny and so overcooked it was like eating shards of glass. The fries were at least an hour old. Ate some in the car. Buffalo dip was tasty though and the chips were fresh.

Food is good staff is friendly. The wait time is horrible. Dined in it took an hour just to get drinks in. Take out last week, they forget my sauces and had to wait almost 30 minutes longer than the time I was given. Sent my girlfriend today an she waited 25 minutes longer than time given. And they forgot my fries. Bummer. I normally go twice a week during football season, looks like we will have to find a new spot til they figure it out.

The customer service was good but the food was so bad. I can’t even blame the people working because I could tell they were understaffed. There were a lot of people dining and drinking and only one waiter so I don’t blame him. I regret paying 13+ dollars for my plate. Aside from the table being sticky when I got there ,once I got my food the wings were salty, cold and so dry. It barely had any sauce. The proportions for what you pay for is an inconsiderate amount. This will be the first and last time I ever try this place out.

We've ordered from this location twice about a year or two apart, but won't be doing so again. Both times, this is what the celery looked like--so old and gross that some sticks were actually rotting. If a restaurant can serve simple food that is disgusting like this, then I don't want to eat anything that comes out of their kitchen. Their wings were nothing special either. I ate at BW3 as a teen and young adult, and this chain has really gone down hill. It used to be amazing. Edit: It's ludicrous that the manager sends a canned response on Google Reviews telling people to do more work and go find some form and fill it out so he can address the team". Guess what? You already have the information you need to fix these issues. Write it on your form if you need to.

Very disappointed with the service I had received. My party was seated and we ordered soon after. We waited and a group of about 10 came and sat 25 minutes after we’ve been waiting for our food. There was hardly any people before we have been seated. So we are annoyed with the wait time for the food, and 5 minutes after the party of 10 ordered, they had started receiving their food. I timed the time it took them and it was 5 minutes and 23 seconds exactly. My party still hadn’t received any of our food and our waiter had completely ignored us whenever we tried to get their attention. Finally food comes after 52 minutes of waiting, to be told there had been a mix up. Which is a stupid excuse for them being extremely lazy and unprofessional. Honestly would never recommend this to my worst enemy.

The one time I ate here was over lunch and it was nearly empty yet I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even greet and seat us. Today I ordered online to be ready by 5:00, showed up at 5:02 and here I’m writing this review at 5:13 still waiting for my food. If you value your time don’t come here. Showed up Sunday and the place was 10% full. My wife and I sat there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. Finally a lady came by and dropped off a food menu but didn’t take our drink order. Another 10 minutes goes by and nothing. She was standing there having a nice conversation with her manager. To top it off someone walked up to the bar and got served right away. Never stepping foot in that place again.

I usually enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this visit was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated, even though the place was practically empty. When it was finally our turn, the staff made us feel like we were a burden no greeting, no smile, just poor service overall. To make things worse, one of my wings looked undercooked and unappetizing (photo attached). It was really disappointing, especially coming from a place known for wings. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience definitely deserves attention. Hopefully management takes this as an opportunity to improve both service and food quality.

Went in around 12 AM for a late night dinner. Walked in and was greeted by an empty host stand where it took a few minutes for someone to come out and greet us. The host was respectful and guided us to our table where we then sat 20+ minutes waiting to just be greeted by our server. No drinks, No food, nothing. Just waiting while the servers grouped up to talk for the first few minutes and still none of them decided to greet us. There were also servers walking around on their phones, and what looked to be the manager also was just walking around with not even one person looking in our direction. We also noticed the table behind us also had menus still in the table while no one was sitting there. This is all while the bar is full and getting full service. My partner and I just decided to leave. We knew BWW had been going downhill but this is honestly BS for a company trying to repair their reputation.

I hate giving bad reviews but our lunch experience was horrible. There were like 20 people in the restaurant when we arrived. There were booths dirty and food on the floor. No one cleaned it the whole time we were there. We ordered the Ultimate Nachos which came wrong. I asked for the Jalapeños on the side and explained my son has a very sensitive stomach and can get ill. When the waiter brought it and left. After we noticed, we waited for him to come back but he didn't come back until 35 minutes later just to say our food was coming. At that time, my kids were starving so I had picked all the jalapeños off and gave my son the chips from the bottom. We had to wait another 20 minutes which brings a total if 55 minutes to get our lunch. How can food take this long with an empty restaurant? From the time we ordered, to finally getting the check...we were there for almost 2 HOURS! I really do not understand.
