First of all, happy it's open later than other boba spots. And it's such a big menu, so many choices and I'm sure they are all good. I got passion fruit tea, it was perfect! Hit the spot There are tables inside and outside. Also a Restroom available for customers

Accessibility: there is only one or two disabled parking spots across from the side of the building, then you have to cross the road (which could be dangerous as this is a very busy area) to get onto the ramp up to the building. The rest of the parking is also extremely limited; I wish they had more parking. They do have seating inside and outside with wheelchair accessible tables and moveable chairs. It is very well lit inside at night. The parking lot does have some light at night, but not a ton. Experience: they weren't super busy on a Thursday night which was great for me! Upon walking inside it was super cute and the girl working behind the counter was very kind and welcoming! I order a large Rosehip Lemonade with aloe in it, and my girlfriend ordered a latte and a tea. My large Rosehip Lemonade only cost a little over six dollars, and my girlfriend's two drinks were just over ten dollars! How incredible! The teas we got were both very sweet but very good. I will definitely be coming back!

Kung Fu Tea is my favorite boba place. It is just unfortunate that they don't have a place in Oceanside. I have to drive to San Marcos. I like their classic milk tea, and the balance of sweetness and creaminess was perfect. The boba added just the right amount of texture and sweetness, and I appreciated how it didn't lose its consistency in each sip. You can really taste the quality and freshness of the boba. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. If you're a boba lover, Kung Fu Tea is a must-try! I highly recommend it!

Slushy goodness 😋 But, room to improve. Particularly ensuring that the drinks are fully blended: one ice cube that wasn't blended. Though, i didn't mind as I just chewed on the ice to keep cool on this warm day🥵 My favorite part of my drink was the marshmallow part for my s'mores drink. Definitely work coming again

Went in here last night and Loved it. Drinks were divine. I took one sip and got transported straight to flavor town. The Boba Gods look down on this establishment and weep, because its too beautiful to behold and too delicious to exist.

A staple place for boba and fast service when we go in the evenings after dinner! The BOBA is always FRESH and never hard, just right. I got the Brown Sugar Milk tea, and it was delicious! Nice people who help w/your order, and you can never forget the name, which is hilarious and awesome at the same time. 😄

We visited KF Tea several times this week and Jasmine was very kind in preparing our orders!! Then we made a huge mistake and spilled two drinks 😅 and the staff happily made us new ones along with cleaning the mess we made. THANK YOU again!! Happy holidays 🙂

Friendly informative staff explained several teas and toppings. Also had sampled the fare and made suggestions denoting excellent management! Overall experience was superb tasty Taro mud using both taro root paste and powder. I thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend prayerful moderation always.

1st time here and I loved it! I got a medium Taro milk tea and it is delicious. The employees are friendly and informative. I can't wait to come back and try more yummy stuff. Only complaint, they need to turn the music down a bit and I wished they opened earlier. It would be amazing to grab one after climbing Double Peak or my morning jog!

I love this place. I usually get the strawberry gree tea lemonade. It's always delicious! The staff are always welcoming and attentive. The location is very clean and has a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

Staff was very friendly and handled things well especially since they were S w a m p e d. I wasn't exactly sure what toppings to get but they gave suggestions that would go well with my coffee. And it was the best thing ever, way better than any major chain and broke college kid friendly. Couldn't help but guzzle it on the way home 😅 Can not stress enough how good it was! Dine in atmosphere was also very chill and relaxing, good space for how small it is. Can't wait to try more! Will update about food later.

A cool joint to get your boba drink. They have a variety of flavors and tons of choices. The location is right next to the road and they have plenty of parking by the side of the building.

I was excited to try this place out for the first time. As soon as I entered the door I was already getting attitude from the employees. On top of that the drink wasn’t even that good. They don’t have a manners of saying have a good day after you order. And they don’t have a loud voice for customers to understand. I won’t be trying this place again. Do yourself a favor and go to the boba tea place next door Ding Tea. Better taste and friendly staff.

L I recently visited Kung Fu Tea and ordered a lemonade drink with the 0% sugar option. However, I noticed that there still seems to be a minimum amount of sugar present in the drink. This is misleading, as 0% sugar implies that no sugar is used at all. It appears that the base for the lemonade drinks might contain some type of sugar. I hope Kung Fu Tea can clarify this matter and ensure that their labeling accurately reflects the actual sugar content. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting again
