I was having a really bad morning, went through Chick-Fil-A drive-through, I had a wonderful encounter with a young lady standing outside taking orders. I told her I wanted fries instead of hash browns, she said medium or small? I said I would love to have medium, but that’s a lot. I guess I’ll have a medium anyway…uggg! When she read the order back, she said so a chicken biscuit with a small side salad. I died laughing and told her she made my day so much better, I was having a horrible morning, I told her kind of what was going on that morning. She REALLY made my day!!!! When I got to the gentleman that handed me my order, he said hey heard you were having a bad morning, so we put a chocolate chip cookie in there to make your day better. Not only did the young lady make me feel better by making me laugh, but the young man made me feel better by giving me a chocolate chip cookie. When I got to my destination and opened up the chicken biscuit, I was astonished. The biscuit was shaped into a heart. I thought what the heck, of course I had tears my eyes. They actually made my day so much better. Cheers to Chick-fil-A! 🐣♥️🐣♥️🐣

I love coming to this location. Matthew has the best customer service ever. I contacted the location to order for my team and from the moment he answered the phone to assisting when picking up the food he was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this location. ✨
It was fast and quick. When I pulled up for my food the manager was working just as hard as the staff. It's good to see for company morale. Only thing was they didn't give me any sauce BUT a lot of ketchup. :)
I had to stop here this morning to try the new chicken and waffle breakfast sandwich. WOW, great combination. They are test marketing it in SA for a few weeks. This is a great location. Great service and sparkling clean every time I come in.

Their chicken is perfectly seasoned, the waffle fries are crispy and addictive, and don’t even get me started on the sauces—they’re the best! But what really sets them apart is the customer service. The staff is always kind, polite, and genuinely caring. You can tell they go above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. Fast service, clean restaurant, and consistently amazing food. Definitely one of the best places to eat!

I ordered food through the drive thru today, after a very long and busy work day. The line was long, but the two employees outside kept it moving. As I pulled up to the window for my food, I overheard a female teammate walk up, and ask several of her coworkers if they were okay, and if they needed help with anything. My food was hot and fresh. And the employees seem to enjoy working with each other. It was a very nice experience!

I had a design appointment just after noon and was in San Antonio two hours early. I stopped here and asked if I could take up a seat and go over some paperwork, obviously after ordering something as well. Expressing I may be there 2 hours if that was acceptable. Not only did they oblige me. The owner's father came and sat with me. We discussed everything from the devastating storms that recently wrecked my community, to the hustle and growth of the city. I then found out that this gentleman "Pops" was not only the owner's father, but that his grandson worked there as well. Three generations of men working together under the same roof. Making every single customer feel like family. I would drive a hundred miles to spend another hour or two here. It wasn't fast food. It was a feeling of welcome and being appreciated....and I appreciate that even more. I tip my hat to these gentlemen. 5 ⭐
Chick-Fil-A is always fast, and the food is always hot! Love that they have a fresh fruit option and salads. They also have an allergen menu and options for lactose intolerance. There is no charge for a good sized ice water, which is nice. You can order on the app before going, which makes it super easy for another family member to pick up while out. Also, the rewards are awesome! We've gotten free sandwiches, fruit cups, and fries!
Really great experience!! Was greeted upon walking in the door, store was VERY clean, restrooms were VERY clean (even my 5 year old commented on it- “this bathroom is NICE!”), my kids were a little bummed there was no play area, but definitely not a deal breaker. Manager was also walking around greeting customers and making sure all their needs were being met. 10/10 experience! We’ll definitely be back.
EDIT!!! SO ARE THEY NOW SERVING PARAKEET (joke!!! It was tiny!!!) BREAST SANDWICHES!! Also definitely cooked, then reheated in the fryer. The crust was awful.It's usually good!! [Previous review now] had a Chick-fil-A sandwich and a milkshake. Everything was delicious, but get better straws... The straws collapse and you cannot use them. Because the milkshakes are so thick and delicious.😂

The Mobile-Thru here used to be great but for some reason they decided to close the second lane and even during busy hours they keep it closed off. Often the drive through will be bottle necked and you have to wait to merge into the one lane, which employees don’t direct well.
I don’t think I understand the purpose of ordering through the mobile app. I placed my order when I was about 11 mins out. Got there scanned the QR code pulled around I believe it was maybe 3 cars already there. I pulled into the mobile app lane. Was told to pull forward to one of the parking spots. Literally everyone received their order before me. He brings my food and tells me he understands I ordered through the mobile app but next time to stay in the left lane with the drive through orders. So I’m just curious what’s the purpose for ordering through the mobile app?

I come to this chik-fil-a 2-3 times a week through the drive through since the location is convenient. Considering this is “Chick-fil-A” the customer service isn’t quite up to par. To top it off, they wouldn’t give me a pup cup for my dog today either. I ended up having to drive across the highway to Starbucks just to get my dog a pup cup.
Kinda disappointed with this location, the first time they forgot my salad, the next there was no fries, and this time, I got a 12 count of nuggets and they literally gave me 9! And considering how expensive those nuggets are, it’s a not ok. And there’s no way to ask for a refund on the app you have to just go in and I have 3 kids so no time for that!

Used to be my favorite location till they moved to their new out of the way place - also note to myself DON'T bother ordering on the app, they'll keep you waiting while they serve the regular drive through customers 😁
This has been my go to Chick-Fil-A since it opened. They recently switched up the drive thru, which makes mobile ordering a pain because you have to merge into the drive thru lane. Today I got a chicken biscuit with egg & cheese. I was enjoying my sandwich and felt something on my face.... Low and behold, it was a 12" strand of hair. I almost swallowed it. They did refund my money after speaking to the manager, but that's hard for me to get past. So long... CF

The app chose this location for a scheduled delivery for a team lunch. There are two closer locations. There was no report of an issue until I called five times. I canceled the order 45 minutes after the scheduled delivery time.
Why have a mobile thru lane if I still have to merge into one lane with drive thru? Even if you park to go inside, you are blocked in by the drive thru lane. Dislike the change
The slowest drive through of any chicfila I’ve ever been to. Drive through line squeezes to one lane only. So the few cars that got their food were also trapped.
If i could put lower than 1 star I would. This chick Fil A at the Vineyard is so bad on customer service. Every time I come and I have ordered way ahead of time through the app mobile order drive thru which they say “is the fastest” yet everytime I come they send me all the way forward to a spot where I have to wait for 10 mins for my food and my food is so simple and for one person. and everyone else behind me gets all their food and they get to leave. when most of those customers behind me ordered thru drive thru? I don’t get it, if i ordered a long time ago a simple chicken biscuit with 1 drink. how come the people behind me who just ordered drive thru not mobile get their food first and on top of that i see them get their food first and it’s all huge orders!!! in a big bag. which should take forever they should wait! It’s like at this point, what’s the point of ordering online before getting there if my food is not even gonna be ready by the time i get there. and everyone else who just ordered at the restaurant gets it before me. On top of that they missed all my sauces, i had no extra sauces that i had ordered. it’s getting real annoying because this has been the second time i’ve came and they sent me to the front to wait and all these cars behind me get all their food and they just ordered. literally i’ll see the 8 cars behind me get all their food and leave. while i’m waiting. come on chick fil a!!! step up your game for real! you all should know who goes first! it even says in the app “ordering thru mobile drive thru is the fastest” but apparently this chick fil a doesn’t know that.
We all tend to trust Chick-fil-A as the kind of fast-food place where you don’t have to double-check your bag before driving away, they usually get it right. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case at this location. My order has been incorrect three separate times, with missing items each visit. While the manager was polite and offered half off my next meal, that misses the point. When you’re hungry and expecting the food you paid for, discovering items are missing is frustrating and inconvenient. Consistency and order accuracy matter. I hope this location improves its quality control so customers can rely on the same dependable experience Chick-fil-A is known for.

My partner ordered drive thru for a mobile order and I couldn’t scan the QR code because she ordered it. The app needs some work. This is definitely a skip if you’re driving by.
