I ordered through Door Dash. The burgers came and were wrong. Rather than reordering and getting it wrong again, I went to the store and ordered a new one. The manager there was curious why I was inspecting it before leaving. I explained, and she immediately gave me a ticket for a free burger, even though I explained that DD had already refunded the wrong order. that's good customer service!
A worker named Vielman showed wonderful hospitality and was very welcoming. He took my order and was very polite.
Food is good. The employees here are very courteous. In stark contrast to the rude employee at superduper burger who seemed angry at me for asking about my online order, which made me never come back. This place is the exact opposite, very nice people.
Great tasting burger. Tempura green beans are a must. Two cheeseburgers, one sweet potato fries, one tempura green beans and two drinks was $29. It has outdoor seating and lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible as well.
This hit the spot!! Tempura greens beans and fresh fries went perfectly with the grilled burger. Outside patio was ina parking lot but still will return Today had the Korean burger with Kim chee!! Delish. Will return for that for sure

I had never eaten at the Habit but I saw a promotion that if you download there app. If you spent 2. Dollars you could get a free chicken club for free and I can honestly say that was one of the best chicken club sandwiches I or My Husband is ever eaten since then we have been back at least 12 times and that was just two months ago the atmosphere of the place that we went to in stock in was the best place that I could imagine the customer service was amazing and the restaurant was very clean. I would recommend this place to anybody inside. And I’m also been to the one on capital and Sacramento and I feel the same about it.

I love this location! The staff is always friendly and attentive even when it's extremely busy. The one area of concern is the female restroom - I have personally reported when one of the toilets was leaking water (this stall has been closed for several months). I came in today and noticed the toilet paper dispenser in the neighboring stall in completely missing the cover. The store manager needs to work on the upkeep of this location! Both the employees and guests deserve a functioning facility.
This place has decent burgers but nothing special and a little pricey for nothing special, but they do have one thing that makes it worth it for me is...the tempura green beans? YES PLEASE! Yes! Yes! Yes! IMO BEST item they sell!!
I'm not an innout fanatic. I like them just fine. Is Habit Burger good? Yes. Love the fact that I can add bacon and all the sauces. I alsoLove the pepper bar. But in terms of price? In-N-Out wins. So value wise In-N-Out wins in my opinion.

I think the standard burger here tastes better than the usual favorites, like In and Out and Shake Shack. I recommend everyone try a burger here.
The habit is pretty solid overall, the burgers are a significant step up from a McDonald's/Burger King, but so is the price. Chicken sandwiches are super solid, and if your going for a burger I'd give the edge to five guys in the same price segment.
Consistently a tasty burger that is reasonably priced. Service can be hit and miss, by my list visit everyone was kind and accommodating. I prefer Habit over Super Duper, but unfortunately this is the closest habit to SF city area so I don't make it there that often. We'll be back for sure

Since the opening, the service is not as good. Managers ignore customers at the register. Waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged while the managet looked at me while puuting a DoorDash order. Tables are dirty, trash on the floor. Orders are not correct.
It's a very standard burger place. There's touch-screen order kiosks and um a soda fountain. I'll be honest I'm finding it difficult to muster any opinion about it one way or the other. It's just so unremarkable. It's burgers. They're not bad, not great, they're just kinda fine. I don't know what to tell ya.
The Caesar salad we got to share tasted so fishy we couldn't eat more than a bite each. I assume it was the dressing but it was frankly gross. Burgers were good, though
The quality of the burger was not as good as the shake shack. They were out of tomatoes and French fries.
It's a straight forward burger spot nothing special. The burger was a tad bit dry cooked well and the ingredients were fresh. The burger was enjoyable and also the fries were great.
Place is clean but the meal I got was substandard. The burger was kinda soggy and the fries were Luke warm when I asked for barbecue sauce the girl that worked there was really snooty and told me it would cost me $.60 cents I think you get a better deal taking the next exit on the freeway and going to A&W. Their food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, this actually applies to all takeaway orders and empty the bag to ensure your entire order is there. I didn't, and discovered I was missing my wife's $10 grilled chicken sandwich. I had to return to pick up the missing sandwich. About 45 minutes later, my wife enjoyed here a hot sandwich, and I ate my cold burger that included cheese, which I did not ask for! Oh well, next time, I'll be a nuisance and insist on checking the order before leaving. Since making this post, the management reached out to me and made good! I'll return.

There French fries suck ! Two double cheeseburgers and two sodas $30.00 And , two orders of fries...I won't be eating there again...the burger was quite tasty...but I can't agree on $30.00
My order was wrong I had ordered no tomatoes or onions I believe they had not put cheese on it either, I took it up and I was very clear nothing spicy on it no onions or tomatoes I was halfway through the burger when I looked at it there was that some onions smashed into the meat that was extremely hot like there was hot sauce on them I don't know if the cashier made a mistake or if the cook just was not paying attention. The second time I went there was so much pepper on it you put too much pepper on your burgers. I used to live in pinole and I have it there was excellent they never made a mistake. Also the first time I went I went back at Mass them to please cut it in half and I think he's a manager of very heavy set Hispanic young man told me the next time ask us to cut it when you order these are very rude. You should send them to pinole to work with that staff and see how they act and how that restaurant is operated. I was never in the pinole store that it wasn't packed.
Service: the manager would not let us dine in because they were closing at 9pm and we ordered close to 8:25pm and she was not friendly or welcoming
I normally never complain about service but this was ridiculously bad. Our food sat for so long we had to get up and ask if it was ours. The girl assisting, who's name I believe was Addy, was so incredibly rude and dismissive I just couldn't not say something. I then asked if the tea was hot or for ice tea. She looked at me as if I was the dumbest person on the planet, rolled her eyes, and said "it's regular tea. it's warm." I was just hoping not to melt a plastic cup with hot tea. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

The manager, A. has a bad attitude. I am very sorry to say it, but it is true. I like habit burgers a lot, but i will not come here as the employee was rotten. She completely ignored me when I approached fhe counter, so ordered from the tablet. I asked for no bag, and she was more interested in continuing her convo with a coworker than being kind or nice and honoring my request. A seemingly bad disposition from the manager ruins the experience and vibe here.
I had a Habit burger and fries at LAX late last year and enjoyed it, so while in San Rafael I stopped in. It was a disaster: $16 for an 18-minute wait to get a cold burger that had an incorrect modification and cold fries. Plus the interior was filthy and I had to clear a table and wipe it down for a space to eat. The burger are was not that big of a deal, I had ask for no pickles or tomatoes, but they had put tomatoes on it. Not the end of the world. But despite watching them actually grill the burgers, it was still cold! The meat was definitely warm, but more like a burger you would get from McDonald's where the meat was sitting in a warmer for a while. I expected it to be pretty hot coming off the grill. And I watched the staff continually make fries, so I don't understand how I got fries that were cold. It was not overwhelmingly busy inside, but apparently busy enough that they didn't have time to clean any of the tables. I think lots of people were ordering online and picking up. There was only one person at the counter when I walked in so I didn't fully understand why it took 18 minutes to get my food. I also want to note that the ordering process is confusing if you only use your cellphone. I opted for no receipt, printed or texted to me, but I got a text message saying my order was in process. I also got a text message when the order was ready. But it was confusing because they called out an order number, and I had no idea what my order number was. If you're ordering on the kiosk, be sure to get a receipt. I watched the staff while I was waiting, and it looked like they were all very busy and doing their best. They seemed very friendly too. On the plus side, the Diet Coke from the soda machine had the perfect amount of carbonation.

The staff is overworked. They look miserable. It affects their work and the quality of the food.
I went here last night, and wow this was a horrible place to go. It gave me food poisoning, I have thrown up at least 7 times today! Please do not go here unless you want to get sick!
My son and I came to the restaurant the other evening it was actually the time the started picking up the outdoor seating for the night , wasn’t busy or anything I never ever have changed my order in 4 years of coming here just to note here , my son went in ordered our food , came out and we drove home and went inside and sat to eat our dinner , my burger 1 had no cheese which I ordered and it was paid for and honest it was the most dry and cold burger ever eaten at this particular location I live 1 exit away so almost always come here anyways back to the food , dry cold veggies were wilted and bun was terrible I felt like I actually got a order that sat on the counter for an hour , I felt the service quality of food was less than a 1 and probably won’t ever return because although they have forgotten the cheese on many other times this time was unexcepted for service to anyone in a upscale burger place

We showed up at 9:00 pm to get some food to go. The restaurant was CLOSED!! It doesn’t close until 9:30 pm. This was on a Saturday night!! Really?? I bet the corporate office and likely the regional manager has no idea employees take it upon themselves to close 30 minutes early! Lost our business forever and we’re a family of eight who spend $100 min. every time! I’d rather go to McDonalds!
I came here about a month ago, and the food was crummy, just not great(note: some girls went up to the counter and said their orders were wrong while I was already eating my food with my boyfriend,) I decided to give it another chance and went there tonight again with my boyfriend, we order through the kiosk computer machines again and then sit down, a little less than 10 minutes later an employee comes over to us(we were at the booth seat around the corner from the kitchen) and asks if we ordered two char burgers, and we said yes and he said they were ready, and when we walked up I looked at our food, and the burgers were all wrong(I ordered an American cheese double char burger with ONLY Mayo, and my boyfriend got a char burger with American cheese, Portabella mushrooms, and everything else that regularly goes on a burger,) mine had mushrooms, and lettuce and tomato on it, and my boyfriend’s burger was only missing lettuce and tomato. So we told them that the order was wrong it was supposed to be (insert above) and you know what the man said to me(and this is not coming from “a Karen”, this is coming from someone who’s family owns their own small American restaurant and has two parents in the customer service industry and has worked in customer service and food service for years,) he said that I must’ve put it in the computer wrong, I’m a thorough person, I didn’t put it in wrong, and even if I had he shouldn’t have said that, what he should’ve said was “oh I’m sorry how would you have wanted it?” But instead he said he was going to have to talk to the manager, not an apology or anything either, we had to wait another 10 minutes and our food finally came out, except my boyfriend’s burger was missing pickles, and the food still wasn’t great, definitely NOT worth the $30!!!
Quite ticked off that I arrived at 9:27 pm and after I placed my order, I was told that it would be only to go, because after 9:30, all riders are to go only. There are customers dining in, and i have to have to take mine out. That's the dumbest policy I've ever heard, and I won't be back.
Ordered online; order was prepared incorrectly. Called to get a refund…no answer. There are plenty of other burger places that take better care of their customers.
This is not for the food, food is fine,, wait is too long, but this is about beauty queen ADLENE! So rude! Worst food snd service ive ever seen and when they burn your order and return to counter to have it done right expect rude comments and joking among employees, save your money and avoid a bad day by going somewhere else. Decided by invite of friend to chance the food again ,regrets pics just examples ,got raw meat for burger ,which according to them when I returned it (that's how they make them all ,which everyone else's burger was done ,the attitude of the staff just made experience the worst.
This place puts public safety at risk. Pleas read. It used to be an excellent review but now it is one star. Since I don't drink and drive we ordered delivery. Usually we pick up ourselves. They forgot the salad dressing. When we called them to get dressing delivered they suggested that we drive there, even after I mentioned I was drinking. Really!!!!!!! Drive buzzed to pick up dressing after paying for a delivery charge? You have got to be kidding me. When I asked what they could do I was asked to hold, and the next person to pick up the phone was corporate customer service. They transferred me so they didn't have to deal with the issue of their mistake. The corporate person was super friendly and nice and understanding but had no power to force the restaurant to deliver my dressing. I took the salad back the next day and spoke to the manager. She refused to take it back. Didn't even offer a discount on next order or anything. Terrible customer service.
