Its pretty legit. I'm lactose intolerant, but I totally take one for the team each time I be going cuz ain't no way imma leave without having an ice cream or sum. In conclusion, it's pretty bomb cuz I eat what I eat and as long as it's edible I'm gonna consume it. (The banana split is my fav and it's old fashioned but in a good way).

Manager is not friendly nor professional. While ordering she decides to address the cashier in the middle of taking an order; follows customer out of restaurant to retrieve the plastic order number stating that it could not be taken out of restaurant even though that is what was paid for and waiting on order. Manager should be more concerned with the sorry dining area and the hospitality that the workers need to apply to the customers!

Pros: Want to start off by saying we had great service from a young man named Dillion, super polite, and professional. Cons: I had a sprite and can tell that it has a funny taste to it. We ordered take out to take home to our son. Drove the 25 minutes home to give to him. We had specifically ordered him the bacon hunger buster with jalapenos, no onion or tomato. Opened it up and it was just a regular hunger buster with jalapenos, no bacon. My husband and I had burgers too, but they were correct.

Mostly go for blizzards/ice cream, got a sugar cookie and the cookie pieces are not as hard as they look. Burgers are usually good. Only bad thing but its with all DQs is it can be slow getting your order. Other than that its good ice cream

Burgers and fries were good. Blizzards could use more of the main ingredient and better mixing. Last time I went, they only had medium sized cups available. It’s 2021. How are places still having inventory issues??

Very slow service, only one representative working in the front-end. Apparently, manager in the back doing inventory and could not help. Lunchtime on a Thursday. Obviously, don’t value customers.

The ice cream was melted when served. They tried to turn over the blizzard and ice cream dripped on my shoes. The server laughed a little and said it was really melting a lot today. Not great.

Im a 31 year old black woman and let me just say this the lady who is also black and works the drive thru she is very rude and unfriendly she does not have good customer service skills what so ever. I have gone to this location only twice as I have not been in seguin but a short 3 weeks. The 1st time I figured it was extremely early in the morning and she was just in a grogy still asleep mood the white guy who works with her very friendly and helpful. This 2nd visit I didn't see anyone except the chick again she rushes through you placing your order cuts u off while speaking slams the window after basically throwing your drink/food at you. I never write reviews but this time I went ahead and wanted to address how she should not be working with the general public especially if shes that hostile. What's worse is that I know my attitude could be far worse then hers if rubbed the wrong way so luckily for her she didn't irritate me too bad to the point that I got out of my car and said something. I even said thank you after she took my card and handed me my food and she slams the windows why customers are speaking. She needs a different job because her salty, dry, rude behavior is running customers off does not make a person want to come back.. read all the comments and u will see how many customers are speaking about her rudeness

Ice cream was good. All the food was gross and cold. Gave me soda instead of water. And had missing food.

Extremely rude manager. Waited in the drive through 15 minutes for a BLT sandwich that never came and I knocked on the drive through window and was ignored by everyone inside. So, I drove around to the front of the store to go inside to speak to someone about my food. Excuses and lies. My sandwich had one tomato with lots and lots of cut up salad. Point is, I won't be spending my money at that Dairy Queen as it's gone to the pits over the last 4 years.

Dairy Queen is a nostalgic pastime for me. You know... before everything went to..... Anyway, I stopped in today to get a banana split. I wanted extra Stawberry topping, so I told the woman that I wanted to replace chocolate with strawberry. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I got my banana split at about the 25-minute mark. The woman brought it out and told me they were out of strawberry and that she gave me frozen strawberries instead. (Like it was an above and beyond move) "Sorry" was her final statement as she flopped it onto the table. Oh lord.....it was horrible. There was barely any ice cream and mostly whipped cream topped with whole peanuts. I was so irritated that I had gotten halfway into eating this sad creation when I discovered they had forgotten the bananas. What evil person makes a banana split and forgets to add bananas? Please do better.
