Good crispy juicy chicken. Not to spicy at all. Mango harbenero was little spicy. Rest are all nice flavor but nothing is asian hot. We tried Mango harbenero, cajun, Korea bbq and hot honey flavors. Honey one was blah.. skip it. The rest were gooood! Great fries!! Omg best

I was late picking up my food and to make things worse, the bag broke while in the parking lot, spilling my entire order across the blacktop. I sheepishly gathered up what I could and slinked my way back inside to let the cashier know what happened. Let me make clear, this was not their fault. I was riding my ebike and didn’t notice the paper bag was weakened by the steam coming off the chicken. The cashier whose name I didn’t catch, but was a tall younger female and extremely kind. She yelled back to Diego (I got his name because she said, “Diego!”)to ask him to remake my order. They didn’t have to replace my order but they did without hesitation or me asking for it. I appreciate the great customer service. You really don’t witness such great service often, that’s why I’m writing this review. Thank you!!

Don't order delivery, pick-up instead! They're outsourcing DoorDash for delivery orders. I stopped using DoorDash years ago because of their shady practices and drivers constantly flaking or delivering someone else's order. I like this store, but they can't trust DoorDash.

Everybody loves the Wingstop restaurant, and this one here in SSF is the best! I was on my way to SFO to pick up my old pal Gladiator Washington from Motown, he's here for the Naked Koompatka Tournament here at the Cow Palace on April first, it's a prerequisite for the upcoming Long Shot Derby up in Guerneville, and he plans on sweeping the events. The traffic coming in from Napa was next to nothing so I decided to stop at the Wingstop, and I'm sure glad I did. Those wings were Amazing! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

We love the lemon pepper chicken!

The place is kind of small the service was fast & friendly the wings were delicious as usual. We tried the Cajun corn my husband and I enjoyed it we will order it again our youngest daughter did not enjoy it much.

Usually great, order few times a month. Just one time today had the chicken come to me cold, and covered with yellow clumps of oil.

Cheap super saucy wings if your into that. Great for a guilty protein fix. And why does the lemon pepper wings always make me think of Trix cereal?! And I still rest it lol

Grabbed a bone in wings 30 pc. Lemon pepper , Louisiana Rub , & Original Hot flavor. Came to around $46.00 . Plenty of sports on televisions. Restrooms were clean. I recommend ordering online in advance then picking up in person because the wait time is to be expected. There is a great selection of beverages.

The celery and carrot sticks are to die for. Bluecheese is yum. The chicken and wings are not exemplary of the name WING STOP. They are way too salty and the sauces are not memorable enough to order a favorite. If this place sold veggies on the massive they are cold and cut to perfect size, still trying to figure out how they keep them so cold and refreshing. Their veggies are freaking amazing.

Wingstop is great if you can get them on deal days. Don't get anything but the bone in wings. Usually the boneless ends up too battered. Parmesan flavours all the way. Be sure to order ahead as the wait gets long during the evening rush right after work. Otherwise expect 20 mins. The wings are great and very good here this place does not do deals.

3 stars for ordering online and getting to the store 35-40 minutes later my order still was not ready. Than the cashier gave me the worse attitude. I than cancelled my order asked for a full refund.

Decent food. The wait is kind of long. I would order ahead next time if you already know who to want.

Go to Buffalo Wild Wings if you want good wings. However, for a lot cheaper you can get full of Wingstop. My only issue with Wingstop (and this could just be the Wingstop that I go to) is that they drizzle their wings not drown them. Overall, it’s a fine choice for a great price.

Pricey wings, but still pretty quality. My personal favorite is the bone-in lemon pepper wings (all flats) with some ranch. They do offer a reduced price on boneless pieces on Mondays and Tuesdays, but easily overwhelm your mouth with salt. If you're eating with a group, don't get scammed by buying the cups of ranch, just go to the next-door safeway and buy an entire bottle for the price of 3 cups.

Ask for bone in wings and they gave me boneless and when I ask for cheese sauce on the side ...person did not understand and put in cheese fries . Boneless wings need be called chicken nuggets not boneless wings or call it breaded chicken breast

Wings are good as in any wing stop but the service at this location is terrible! They take forever and they look at you like they don't care. I have not found one person that cares about customer service at this location.

“Sophia” more specifically the girl working night shift on the night of July 11, 2025 to July 12, 2025, purposefully left the phone on the counter with us on the other end for 20+ minutes after answering because we called in to check in on an online order that wasn’t processed. She didn’t even leave us on hold we could hear people speaking, movement AND the music on our end as we were ignored. It took so long that we had to drive over to this location to see what the issue was with our order and she pretended to not be the one that answered our call and that there wasn’t an order to begin with. When we questioned why she answered our call and left the phone on the counter, she pretended like she didn’t know what we were talking about and when we continued to as who answered the call, she hung up the phone sitting behind the register right in front of us. (The most recent screenshot isn’t even the longest we were left on the counter). We now have to go back tomorrow morning to figure out how to get refunded but I want to emphasize that the service here SUCKS . Pick ANY OTHER Wing Stop to order from because if they aren’t willing to communicate on the phone and just ignore you they definitely won’t make your food well. Listen to all the 1 star reviews and pick a different location.

I went to wingstop to get food I ordered online and I got it, but when I was leaving I saw the guy his name is Oh and claims to be the supervisor, throw away garbage, no wash hands, no glove, go into refrigerator pick up raw chicken with bare hands and pop it in the fryer. An excellent supervisor knows a whole lot better than cross contamination and potential foodborne illnesses. He would be glad to process a refund but I would have to drive back to the shop so he can weigh it and notate the amount of waste for the day, which would cost me gas! Experience ordering online, super easy and would do it again. Experience in store, abysmal.

I've only been to this location once so maybe this will change but it seems like they really skimp on the sauce/spice here. I ordered 30 wings, 3 flavors. Take this time to look at my pictures and see if you can tell me what flavors they are... ...even if you can tell, you wouldn't have been able to tell by the taste because it only tasted like oil. I can never order as it takes 16 to 21 minutes to make my order. I have a 30 min lunch.

The corn was also not cooked all the way and I ordered 10 of them so yay me. You can count to 4 though that is clear cause I did get get all my ranch cups and 4 pieces of each flavor. Feel free to reach out so I can tell you where to send my refund gift card of $33 you essentially stole from me shorting me chicken and giving me raw corn.

This wingstop location, not only the staff gives attitude, but they always serve my food late. I will always order online, and it will say ready in 16-21 minutes, so I will come and pick it up after 20 minutes. I get to the counter, and they will just start cooking my order. I will always have to wait extra 10 minutes. I find it very unprofessional and the staff won't even apologies for it.

11/15/24 They close at 1 am and I went at 12:35 and they didn’t want to take my order because they wanted to leave I guess, and if the app says they are open until 1 am they have to take order and I asked for her name and she said there was not need WFT !!!!!! Seriously that’s your customer service 🤮🤮🤮

I ordered 20 Wings Classic / Original today. But Taste trouble!! Oh my gosh!! Every wings has become dry and hard, I think they Reheat leftovers Wings in microwave. NEVER EVER will I order again.
