The food had no taste, they’re offering a promotion for mall employees but almost gave me an interview to see if I was really a mall employee, the portions are small (not like the other 2 mall locations I have stores in). This location should push harder they are in one of the best malls and should show for it

Went to this Popeyes at Stonebriar Mall Frisco to get a meal. And they served me this 2piece combo for $12.79. I had to scream and ask why it was so tiny. It looked like the parts came off some pigeon. Yeah, the drumstick and wing were so tiny. Really ridiculous to say the least. And the attitude of the employees there wasn't friendly at all.

The manager/owner took my order today. He was disrespectful, dismissive, and inattentive. My sandwich came out soaked in mayo and the filet did not even cover the whole bun. I would avoid coming here

We waited for the longest time, we understand they were busy. But to then get the tiniest 5 tenders for $16, didn’t make it worth it.

I spent 32$ on food here ! Not even a minute after ordering the food camout immediately, you'd think "oh wow fast service" why is they're upset. I sat down with my kid and as soon I opened up the package for the chicken sandwiches they were both cold. 😭 and the fries were thrown into the bag not even packed just fries on the bottom. I went to get a return and they only refunded me for one sandwich even though I clearly said both were cold and not even properly cooked. The woman who madeour food had the nasty attitude and cussed and talked horribly about me in Spanish : "why is she complaining about the food?" Abdthe manager goes : well it's cold" absolutely worse experience don't waste your time there

20 min late with app order. Ale should be fired. She’s licking her fingers while she’s putting food into boxes. She took so long the food was cold. I just joined the app terrible first experience. based on all the terrible reviews I made a mistake coming here.

30 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and two one piece tender meals. While I waited, at least 50% of customers came back with missing or incorrect/incomplete orders, and when my order finally arrived, it was also incorrect. Another 10 minutes to get two one piece tender meals. Customer service is astonishingly bad.

I ordered phone delivery uber eat...chicken wings.. but not give Bayou Buffalo sauce I go driving 12,mints in restaurant ask after I get sauce..waste of time & waste of gas...already 25,waiting for food & I driving car gas time all of waste...why like doing please follow care of customer..I call but no answer then I go live restaurant

They didn’t give me what was ordered. They gave me what they want to and that’s not okay. Food cost too much for my money to be wasted. I called and left a message but this is the absolute worst Popeyes.

I know everyone has a bad day some worst than others but this location is just horrible. Then they try to speak in Spanish like people don’t understand. Well I do but I won’t be ugly to the cooks and cashier just know I understand. The manager is no better

The service was terrible. The cashier barely made eye contact with us, rushed the order before I was finished, and we can look straight into the kitchen, and no one is doing anything to prepare our order. Fast food should not take this long!!

The chicken pieces were not the pieces ordered. The chicken breast piece received was somewhat pinkish red near the bone. The other chicken pieces were very small and not fresh. The serving size for a side item is way over priced. When using points, the price on items ordered is not lowered or discounted. The items at this particular restaurant are expensive and are not worth the price. I would not waste my time and money at Popeyes.

If you enjoy employees being rude to you for no apparent reason, you’ll absolutely love this Popeyes location.

I paid $9 so obviously, I went back and showed them before politely asking for a remake. Before I know it there are three people up at the cash register, with one worker laughing, one awkwardly lecturing another, and the last one practically degrading me for complaining??? Stating that “the mac and cheese comes frozen” so of course it would look like that. Even though I’ve been to other locations and it has NEVER looked like that. I felt so embarrassed/ashamed especially because as someone who works in the food industry, I would NEVER treat a customer that way. Then, when I asked for a refund/something to accommodate for it they refused! At that point I had entirely lost my appetite, and simply left. Never coming back again, if I could put 0 starts I would.

The employee I spoke with is rude. I placed an online order for pickup, but when I’m at the store they said someone showed my order receipt and took and picked it when only I have the original receipt. They were rude and were like we can’t fo anything, just place a new order. Seriously they can’t even check the name or order number and not even acknowledge that they made mistake.
