I love Sup!!!! I typically get Pho. It's 💗 in a bowl. I always feel better after eating Pho😊. Recently, I brought friends here for dinner. The "Pig Out" was off the chart! There's something for everyone on the menu. I look forward to eventually trying every dish.
Cozy restaurant and great presentation of the food! Appetizers are great. The grilled pork shop was tasty. Pho is on average- wish there were more meat. Service was fantastic.
This restaurant is a gem. I haven’t had any food from here yet that was anything less than excellent. If you enjoy Pho, you HAVE to give Súp a try. I also recommend ordering some spring rolls, the viet wings, or one of their many specialty drinks. We come here regularly, and if you’re reading this, you should too.
Went there for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was full when we arrived but the turnover was quick (we waited less than 10 minutes) They offered Lunch specials for $18 which included a choice of drink, an appetizer, and an entree. Service was prompt and the wait staff were courteous and attentive. The ambiance was casual. Seatings were mostly booths or hybrid. Everything was delicious. The entrees’ size were large even though the appetizers were smaller. The pho broth was lovely and the lemongrass pork chop was tender, juicy, and the seasoning was spot on. We will definitely come back. PS: the bathroom was modern and clean
I started coming here about a year ago, and their food has always been consistently delicious! Their pho is full of flavor, the pork chops are perfectly tender, and the garlic bok choy is one of my personal favorites. Their wings are also so good, crispy, flavorful, and a must-try on the menu! They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, plus great lunch specials, perfect if you want to try a little bit of everything at a low price. I personally prefer this location over the Massapequa one, and their staff is always so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a comforting meal. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good bowl of pho!
got this thrice!! we did takeout the first two times and it was pretty good!! the pho came with plenty of sauces and check if they gave you utensils already because as you can see they already gave us 3 sets but we had no idea and asked for 2. we also ate for lunch here, and it was a great deal, lowkey the skin at the top of my mouth was ripped so I couldn't fully enjoy everything but still it was great and my friend likes it!!!!!!!!!!!
The food was amazing. Top quality as well. We got the Pho King and Pho Bo Vien, spring rolls, Thai tea and cola cola. The food all came out in less than 15 mins, the service was outstanding and the vibe/decor was exceptional. Although a bit pricey, it was so worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Went here on recommendation from a friend and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered the wings, garlic bok choy & braised ribs as apps and they were all so good. The wings were so crispy, the bok choy was flavored wonderfully & the braised ribs fell off the bone beautifully. We all got the Pho King with bone marrow as our entree and it was such a big portion!! The bone marrow was a great addition to the broth and not anything I’ve ever had before so it was fun trying something new that was so yummy! We each got a different jasmine tea, mine autumn, drank it so fast it was that good. Will be coming back soon to try out more on the menu!
Impromptu lunch date with the wife at a place we had been meaning to try. The only disappointment was it took us so long to visit. They were busy with a lively crowd for a Monday afternoon. We were quickly brought warm towels for our hands and we observed the high quality of the menu itself and the serving utensils. Little things done right are noticed. We started with an order of Vietnamese summer rolls and traditional crispy spring rolls. Next we had an order of their braised ribs and their “Viet wings” which for me was the star of the show. Large wing s perfectly crispy with a sticky tangy sauce. This is a dish I’d go back for. We could have stopped there, but everything was so good we couldn’t not try their pho. For entrees we had an order of their spicy basil shrimp fried rice served in a pineapple and an order of the pho sizzle. Again both were fresh and bursting with flavor. And I’m a sucker for pistachio so I had no choice but to have a slice of their pistachio cream cake. Another winner. Washed it all down with a red and white sangria as well as a delicious summer tea that had me feeling like I was on a beach in the tropics. I can’t say enough good things about this place. With 2 other locations I understand why they were full of happy patrons on a Monday afternoon. 5 star meal all around and I’m already thinking about when I’m going back and what I’m ordering!!!!
This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! The food does not disappoint! Service and overall atmosphere were also good. We walked in on a Saturday evening for dinner and had a 30 minute wait for a table, which seemed reasonable! I had the pineapple spring tea which was pretty good although maybe a bit too sweet. For an appetizer we tried the viet chicken wings which were really crispy and pretty good and the braised pork ribs which I enjoyed more, really tender and tasty. I had a shrimp and rice dish (Tom Rim) that I was really happy with, the shrimp were really well cooked. My partner had the shaking beef dish which was delicious. We were planning on dessert but we were stuffed so we skipped it this time! I’ve had their pho before and loved it. Would definitely return to try more of their dishes!
Great food and service. Loved their drinks! All of us including my kids loved their flavored tea drinks. Food presentation was on point!! I am vegetarian and they don’t have that many vegan and vegetarian options. They can customize the dishes to exclude meat. For example, they excluded meat from the summer rolls which was not that bad. I believe they can prepare the fried rice meatless too. My mom had Shrimp pineapple fried rice and loved it. They only have a couple of meatless appetizers and they don’t have any vegetarian, vegan entrees. There were extra wet wipes and enough straws provided which I loved dining with kids.
The Vietnamese cuisine offered here is a delightful experience, boasting exceptionally fresh ingredients and high-quality dishes that tantalize the taste buds. Service is remarkably swift, ensuring a seamless dining experience without compromising the flavors and presentation of the food. Additionally, the staff's exceptional hospitality and attentiveness add a warm, welcoming touch to the overall exemplary culinary journey.
Delicious food! My Vietnamese friend brought me here she said it's the only place she'll go for authentic pho! And it was so good and such a great price! The food, the apps, the fancy drinks and the desserts were all to die for! Can't wait to go back! Such a cute place and great atmosphere as well!
We had a very good lunch here overall. We waited for about 5 minutes for a table. The Bo Luc Lac was our first choice but the dish was sold out early at lunch; so we opted for the short rib platter to share. The rib meat in the platter was tender but a bit too fatty to safely make a lettuce roll so we navigated the best way we could. The flavor was lacking on the rib until you added the hoisin and the hot sauce mix available on the table to the meat. That gave it the zing it was missing. Our guests loved the spring rolls and pho. The wings were good and very crunchy on the exterior however; we would have preferred them to be fried just a few minutes longer for the inside. The bah mi sandwich was tasty as well. We took it to go. The menu appeared to have a lot of options. We would not mind coming back to try other items if in town passing through again.
Overall, I think the food here is acceptable. However, my experiences with the front desk staff have been very disappointing, and I would like to share two specific incidents. First experience: A few months ago, I visited the restaurant by myself. Without any greeting or clarification, the front desk staff immediately said, “The order is here,” and pointed to a delivery bag. I was confused and did not understand what she meant. She then asked whether I was from a food delivery app. I replied that I was there to dine in, at which point she realized her mistake and apologized. At the time, I did not take this too seriously, until a similar issue happened again recently. Second experience: I went to the restaurant again by myself to have a quick meal. It was busy, and there were several people waiting. When it was my turn, another couple arrived, and the front desk staff attempted to serve them first. I stepped forward and said that I was dining by myself. After asking for both my name and the couple’s names, she stated that she had a table for two and would seat the couple instead. I found this confusing, as I had arrived earlier and did not understand how there could be a table for two but not for one. After seating the couple, she told me that they were looking for a “specific table” for me, without giving any estimate of how long the wait would be. When I asked for clarification, she said she needed to confirm it and told me the estimated time. I understand that restaurants try to seat parties efficiently, but the idea of rigidly separating tables for one person versus two people seems unreasonable, especially when I arrived first and had already been waiting. More importantly, the decision was made without any explanation or discussion beforehand. I felt ignored and treated without respect. At that point, I felt frustrated and decided not to dine in anymore, so I asked whether I could order takeout instead. The staff immediately asked what I wanted to order, without offering me a menu, seemingly assuming that I already knew the menu by heart. From these two experiences, my impression is that the front desk staff tends to act in a self-centered manner, making assumptions without first listening to or communicating with customers. As a result, I do not plan to return to this restaurant.
Have can to this place since they opened. I am vegan and was happy that they had one item I can enjoy. Every time I go to any restaurant I confirm that all the item I am ordering is vegan. Thank God I did. For some reason they add fish sauce now to the veggie broth. For all the vegetarian and vegan people do not EAT the Veggie Pho at this location and not a great option for a place to eat if you are vegetarian or vegan. Sad that they do not list that ingredient on the menu! Shame on you!!!!
