Big shout out to employee Crystal who was soooo sweet & helpful to me today when i wasn't feeling well and accidentally threw up all over the counter, floor and myself (oops, sorry! 😬🤦‍♀️) just as i was paying. She rushed right over with towels to help clean up and at the same time, offered kindness, encouraging words, a chair to sit on and asked if there was anyone they could call for me. It's so nice to encounter such kind people like Crystal, especially on hard days & when the world is so crazy right now. Thank you so much! 💕 PS the cold brew pumpkin latte i drank AFTERWARDS was delicious too.

Amazing location! I went to Starbucks in Midland park NJ and they made an awful drink I was coming by this location as I have a doctors appointment near by and asked if she can switch out my drink. She was so happy to made me an amazing beverage was so happy and kind to redo my drink! Thank you so much!

Hands down one of the best Starbucks locations you can visit in Rockland County. As a seasoned Starbucks coffee consumer, this location guarantees you a cup made to order every single time. The individuals working are friendly and welcoming. The on the go orders are always ready when you go in to get it. The coffee is always fresh and made exactly the way I prefer it to be made. I used to go here more frequently when I worked in the area - but still stop by this location whenever I can.

I stopped in here yesterday for coffee, I needed a little pick-me-up after jury duty (yikes!) I was greeted by a strapping young lad with an impressive mustache, and a voice for radio. He wasted no time getting my order out to me, and I just have to say, the kid can make a mean cup of joe! I will definitely be bringing 2 of my sons here next time they're ready for a little treat.

Starbucks is the best. I love their coffee. I especially love their app that you could order from and when you go to pick it up, you don't wait on any lines and it's usually waiting for you. Furthermore the service at this location is excellent. The Caramel Macchiato is their best coffee in my opinion. They have been taking extra precautions for COVID-19 as well.

This place always gets my order right! Such a welcoming environment and with everything going on the manager Darren is always making sure that his staff and his customers are safe. Some establishments are hesistant when it comes to enforcing masks which is terrible, but not this Starbucks! I never have to worry when i come inside to pick up my order. Highly recommend!

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been too! The staff is amazing and respectful and the manager Darren is always so welcoming! During this tough time he has especially made sure his Starbucks has been safe for everyone. Especially with enforcing masks and social distancing. Will definitely be returning!! Plus he makes the best coffee 👌🏽

Very good food.a little spicy. $15 for a big quesadilla (2 people can eat). Person was very nice. However, there is an extra charge for using a credit card.

The coffees were great, but the order took a while to come. Waiting on two coffees....🙄 There are some tables, but I guess the convenience or free Wi-Fi has attracted many to come and work from this location, so if you would like to come in as a customer and have a seat, you might have to join the wait list.

Nice staff, made my drink quickly and correctly. The store was a bit dated and a bit unkept with the cleaning that I am accustomed to with other Starbucks. Still a great experience none the less :) good job guys and thanks.

If you are after authentic Latin cuisine, this ain't it. This is food in the belly 1 stoplight off the interstate. Food isn't being prepped fresh, just rewarmed from the metal chaffing dish. That all being said, they had a clean interior with lunch counter style seating. Friendly staff and the food was ready fast. Prices felt high for what it was.

It has a very inviting fun looking facade but that about as far as it goes. The food prep is a takeoff of Chipotle with smaller serving, but the same pricing. I ordered a carnitas bowl and the first thing he did was add 4 scoops of rice and a sprinkle of black beans. Bad start. A little carnitas, even smaller amount of guacamole ( I added 2 extra sides of it and it was still not a full spoonful) a sprinkle of cheese, pico de gallo salsa, hot sauce and it was done. Home I broke out my favorite tortilla and made a mean burrito…. Unfortunately it was all very blah. $13 for blah? Uh, no.

Friendly service. The crew gets you in and out quickly. No complaints. The egg bites are always my jam too. They also have a few tables if you need to do work.

Pretty loud and crowded. App said coffee was ready when it wasn't yet and hard to hear announcement that our was ready. Baristas were pleasant and doing their best-no complaints there! Annoyed that Starbucks charges more for vegan milk options and doesn't have bathrooms.

It was chipotle. Meat was dry and bland. No fresh Ingredients. Atmosphere was ok. Music way too loud. Food was just “okay” .. the worker was beyond creepy

Not sure if it was the Salsa or the Guacamole, but something was extremely salt, which messed up the entire meal. I have only been the re once and plan on stopping by again to see if it was just a mistake.

Ordered through Door Dash. Got the wrong item. DD refunded my money but I don't like what came instead so it's going to waste. I only ordered a burrito bowl and a soda (which did get delivered.) This shouldn't happen with such a small order. Don't know if this was their error or the dasher error, so I'll give them another try another time.

We were looking for a local alternative to Chipotle, but unfortunately very disappointed with the meal. Portions for the burrito, chips, and queso were considerably smaller and blander than anticipated. There also seemed to be an issue with the cashier trying to upcharge on Guac when we did not request any, multiple times. Will not be back.

Expensive!!! And the owner of Starbucks corporation owns a 3rd rate nursing home that I stayed in. While I was there at the creekside center in Madison TN, for Nearly 3 weeks. I witnessed several health codes broken. The nurses stole my pain medicine, BUGS! I was verbally abused by many members of their staff. Had to empty my own pot and couldn't walk. I had two broken ankles. No respect for patients. Even the wound care nurse came into my room verbally attacking me. Screaming at me twice. I left AMA. How could a billionaire own such a hell hole? Shame on Starbucks for not caring about those patients. They are suffering. They didn't clean my wounds, just put a clean bandage on a dirty wound. They never took my stitches out. The skin was growing around them and was excruciating when they removed them at the hospital. I would send my dog to Creekside Center rehabilitation and health. I could give more detail but I was advised not to say anything but I could help it when I was asked to rate Starbucks. I've never been to Starbucks. It's too expensive. I can't afford $5 for coffee!

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I have been a guacamole regular since they have opened. Within the last 2 years service has completely plummeted! Sadly the owner is the sweetest man you’ll ever meet but the 2 regular employees are HORRIBLE! This is the 3rd time I’ve received a raw protein and for it to be fish and chicken will kill someone! I may never go back.

THEY DO NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. When I called I specifically told him what I wanted and none of the stuff that I ordered came right. I told the guy on the phone to give me a lot of chips and I would pay for it. This is what I got 😨 I called the restaurant again and the guy hung up on me. Never going back again

4/27/25 5:15pm Walked in, placed an order to go, guy was super rude. Ordered $67.00 in food, guy forgot to put my kids cheese quesadilla in the bag, the question then becomes do I drive back? Nope. Food was made Chipotle style, no issues with that, but everything we ate was luke warm at best. I'm not normally one to post a negative review, maybe it was just the perfect storm. Guy was rude, food was cold, and they forgot to put my kids cheese quesadilla in the bag. Overall food was OK, take that with a grain of salt, again, I'm not happy with the overall experience and am maybe judging the food to harshly. My end all be all question with any dining experience is would I go back? In this instance, the answer is no. Jason H. Norment

Food was delicious. Service was absolutely absurd. Employee was annoyed when asked what was in the quesadilla. Asked because the order was placed online, where you can choose what you want inside (no corn due to allergy) he already added corn and pointed to the receipt as if the mistake was on us. He was annoyed having to make a new one and when asked to add guacamole he responded it was more money. Obviously guac is always more $. Food was delicious, just don’t be so rude when it comes to customer facing situations. Sucks because the place is cute and such a vibe.

Workers are very rude. They make a person feel like never coming back. I think they need better customer service for sure. I was very disappointed. I have been there a couple of times and its always the same horrible customer service. The rice was also cold.

Extremely slow and inefficient staff. It took almost ten minutes for me to get my drink with one person ahead of me in line. They have one person at the counter while three other employees wander around aimlessly. This store needs a corporate fixer to come in and completely replace the staff. The renovation looks cheap compared to the old layout as well. They’re more concerned with representation than service. Overpriced and terrible service. F-
