Fatburger

Good burger. It's enormous, and I got it with the works, so it was messy. My friend got the wings and said they were OK. But it's somewhat weird because it's in a gas station, and the tables are pretty small. The banana milkshake was so good!

The burgers are DELICIOUS!! if you are a Nation's burger fan, you'll loves these. The staff were nice and patient. The place was nice and clean. The wait was a decent time. Definitely a treat for me and my family 💞

I didn’t know what to order at first. The staff was so energetic and helpful! I was lead to order a Cajun crispy chicken sandwich & it’s on SMACK! I also tried other flavors when ordering wings, which the staff helped me pick- coconut jerk& honey garlic that marleen was so patient in helping me choose- I loved them both! I am so glad fat burger is in Suisun City- this is my new favorite spot!

Spectacular veggie burgers! Absolutely delicious. A little on the pricy side, but it’s worth it and they cooked it perfectly. The gas station connected to it also has a terrific selection of interesting/rare drinks and snacks. Perfect place to go if you get the munchies like I do!!

The burgers are really delicious! The service was excellent. Burgers was juicy and had flavor. Warmed half later and it reheated well. Fries were also tasty without alot of salt. The counter and cook were pleasant and cook were polite and alert. Ordered for take-out and it was still warm when I got home.

First time customer here. My impression is mainly positive from customer service to the food selections. The burgers are indeed fat but a little dry. The impossible burger which is made from soy tasted like real beef which was impressive! A definite must try for healthy living ;-)

Very relaxed decent experience. Asked alot of questions, all answered honest & clear. I'm an eater, I like food. This place was a great burger joint. Slightly below In N Out, above Sonic level meat N Burgers. They got the small lettuce so their "Skinny-Burger= Equivalent to= Protein Style @Sonic" but Fat Burger has small lettuce not big peices, with meat on the outside. Interesting. But good. I had a 3x Burger Skinny Style add an egg with Sweat Potatoes (crunchy but delicious) and their lemonade is good too

First time here. The burger was tasty. The large size is a lot of burger. I’d order small next time. The fat fries were a nice change of pace. The help was not overly friendly. It’s was very slow. Service was good. Place was clean. I agree with others that the bun falls apart easily. That could be easily rectified if the owner was inclined to change to another style of bun. The bun was a little dry. I traveled a ways to try this place out. My favorite burger place is Monsoon Burgers in Fairfield…followed by the Fairfield In ‘n Out burger. Fat burger is good; but, I’d return here only if I were in the neighborhood.

I have been seeing this in my way past the location, and finally decided to stop in and give it a shot. The fat fries were perfect, and the Fatburger was very good as well. One small thing that stood out, the fries came unsalted, which was PERFECT for me! I was able to add salt to my taste, which made them so much better than over salted fries from other burger joints!

Burgers are good and fresh. You have a choice of skinny or fat fries they did not have the sweet potato fries when I visited. We had Burgers fries and drinks also ordered a shake and some BBQ wings. They forgot about our shake and I had to go up and remind them about it they also gave us a order of skinny fries when we order fat fries they fixed it and let us keep the skinny fries as well. I almost forgot we also had a order of chilli cheese fries and they were delicious.

Fatburger is a small restaurant and offers hamburgers and chicken wings. This review is about their burger offerings. You can customize the burger with multiple options including the fries and drinks. I ordered the original Fatburger with Swiss Cheese, skinny fries and the chocolate milkshake with whipped cream. Now let me state this place just opened recently and so maybe the location needs to get up to speed on production efficiency. The Chocolate milkshake was tasty, the fries were not dripping with grease and had okay flavor and the burger was acceptable but none of these items were exceptional. For the price I paid and the excessive time I had to wait just to order, I am in no hurry to return.

Sadly. The prices are not equiilvant to the amount of food. 17.50 for boneless wings and onion rings and this is it? For almost $20?

I really like Fatburger, but this location over smashes and over cooks the burger. It turns out dry. It is seasoned well but just dry. I wish I could get them to just stop squeezing all of the juice out of the burger. Other than that it is a good burger.

The burgers were fat...and good. What I didn't like was the establishment. It seemed too small. While in line if there was three to four customers ordering you would be standing over the customers eating at their table. Worst of all was the timeliness of receiving your order. MUCH TO SLOW... This area of business must be improved!!!

Really wanted to like this place. I came in for my first time and ordered Fat Fries with cheese. I was told it comes with meat on top which when I opened my box it was only cheese. so cheese fries is what I got but paid for Fat fries with cheese. Maybe an off day, not sure. I've tried to call a few times with no answer. I would like to get my order fixed or compensated atleast but at this point I count it as a loss at this point.

Horrible quality ie old bread, old lettuce, barely any condiments on my burger, the patty was overcooked and dry. It was made in front of us so I’m confused at how it was cold. I was so excited to try it because of the famous one in LA however this is NOTHING in comparison. I’m praying my kids and I don’t get food poisoning.

Stay away there service is so slow and sorry it’s literally astonishing. When you have fellow customers telling you good luck after there long wait that should tell you what to expect. Oh and please ask them to change their gloves, one employee put a bag in the trash, mopped the floor and immediately went right back to the food prep area with those same gloves on…. We waited for 2 burger meals for over an hour and they still didn’t get it right, got my money back and decided to just eat at home.

Dry, unseasoned, super overcooked. NOT worth the price or the wait. My 3 teenage sons who love burgers and will eat even a bad burger hated them and tossed them after two bites. I choked my burger down cause I was starving but it was horrible. Definitely won’t be going back or recommending to anyone, except for recommendations to not go.

I will not be returning. I ordered an original burger with cheese combo and a 6 piece bone in wing. After waiting over 15 mins for order, it was not edible. The burger was ice cold and wings underdone. The only thing edible were the fries. For $29.66 I feel robbed.

I come here often from 40 minutes away. However, today, they didn’t accept credit or debit cards , cash only, so I had to take out cash at the ATM on-site which had a fee. Then they tell me that my meal will be ready in 18 minutes. However , after 30 minutes, my meal was not ready and was told another 5 minutes. After 45 minutes, I’m finally eating.

Not Recommended. The same gloves they use for cooking they use for everything else. Burger and fries. horrble, the burger has no flavor. The fries taste like they use old burnt oil. Un hygienic.

Service was great. People were great. Food is nasty, disgusting. Burger tastes like something I could made at home. Hot wings are soft and chewy no salt on the fries. Onion rings were not all the way cooked. Had to throw those bad boys back in the oven.

Ordered Through door dash . Didn't get the celery or carrots that were supposed to come with the wings. I called, male stated they ran out, so what I paid for wasn't sent. Why not call? If they ran out of chicken would they just send an empty box? Offered me no resolution at all. Terrible customer service and the wings were tough and skin soggy

As this place is fairly new, I didn't have a lot of expectations but it didn't meet any. There was no explanation that all burger orders are burger, i.e. cheese is extra. Okay, that's fine but no one explained that. We ordered 1 XXL burger combo with onion rings and a large drink. Just that, no additions such as cheese, bacon or egg? $18.51. The burger itself was overcooked, dry and the onion rings were cold. Overall? Not great and far too expensive.
