I am an avid whataburger goer, and have been since I could drive. After years of dining and countless locations visited, this location is in my top 3. Their service is unbeatable, their team takes pride in getting your order out correctly and in a timely manner. The inside is always clean. Extremely friendly staff that treats you as if you were dining in your home. I have 3 other locations closer to my work than this one, and I will continue to drive the extra 8 minutes to get this service and environment. This store rivals chick-fila in how quickly they get orders out, despite how busy they are, and if they make a mistake, they are quick to fix it. 10/10
Very clean restaurant. Food was fresh and hot. Food at this location was actually hot enough to melt the cheese. Seating area was very clean. Help was very polite and spoke well English. Understood English as well (rare thing in texas)..... Food was correct order. Parking and access to restaurant was very easy. On and off highway very convenient. I would recommend this whataburger for a meal.
Is a go to place for us whenever we’re looking for quick protein and don’t have a lot of time and or late hours. There were not many cars in the drive-through so we pulled up an order and waited 25 to 30 minutes at the window for our food. The attendant told us it was because they were making fresh fries but when we got our food, it was not fresh. Was not a good visit on this trip, we definitely will be back though to give him another chance
LOCATION GIVES WHATABURGER A BAD REP! STILL A FAN! Man, I was so excited when they recently built this location. I'm let down, not cause of the food quality, but all about the customer service. They are slow (but not as slow as the Mesquite location). The crown jewel of Whataburger's is the small, secondary Mesquite location near Motley. Maybe it's because that's where their regional training location is additionally housed at. Nevertheless, this new Sunnyvale location need to QUICKLY improve it's customer service and branding. Think of the millions of dollars it took to erect this place, only for poor employees to bring it all crumbling down. Wavier - the food is great but the service is horrible!
Been here 25 minutes on a Saturday night and I expect to take a while, But in that time seven people from the drive thru have come in with messed up orders. Don't blame the workers only but where the hell is the leadership up in here. Just rediculess.
I spent $9.25 for this mess 😡🤬. It was cold, the fries are old and the burger is really sloppy. I sat in line for 20 minutes for old, cold overpriced food. That wasn't even the price of this disgusting food. I have NEVER been to a Whataburger that is so horrible of course I wasted $9.25 for nothing because there is no way I'm eating this just to get sick.
The worst service ive ever had múltiple times but this time i ordered 2 meals through the drive through and i get home to NO MEAT in both my Burgers. Went back and the manerger didnt apologize. They dont care. They have alot of workers theres just talking not working. They take foreverr.
Today was probably top 5 worst experiences I've had at this restaurant.... when they first opened this location service and food quality was excellent.... but has since went down hill bad... today the roads are icy and not safe so in the way home we wanted to get something fast for the kids to eat and something for the wife. We order from the drive thru and we waited at least 25 to 30 minutes to get to the window to our order..... we get home and to our food and the fries were cold and tasted old and my wife's chicken on her salad was old and looked like it was from last month....so we drove back up... before we came back we talked to manager Chris on the phone when I get here to speak with him he sends another worker up to take care of us stating he was busy... where's the accountability the apology, the acknowledgment? Upon arrival there a worker smoking Right on front of the door also as the cherry on top why do I want to walk through smoke entering into a facility where I'm going to enjoy food.....? Lastly when I got home with my cold fries because my kids were hungry I had to air fry my fries so they can enjoy them Make it make sense....Tammy was the best part about this whole fiasco....
This location is just terrible customer service all around. Do not go to this location. Stay away from this location. Ownership must not care about customers because they do not know how to hire proper employee or proper employee staff excessive weight. I mean weight up to an hour or longer and when you ask him about why it’s taking so long, they replied with attitudes, Lady in black last night, black pants, black shirt, black jacket, black hat, heavy set responded with major attitude. Unprofessional did not care about what the customer felt or what or how vital a customer is to Waterburg in this company stay away from this. Whataburger is one of the worst Customer Service in Texas
Totally unacceptable they missed my order. I waited for 37 minutes. After that, I went up to the cashier and talked to the guy who took my order And explain him the situation, and he say that he was gonna do my order again. After that, I had to wait another 5 min to finally get what I order. Put in a total of 42 minutes for a combo meal. And even worse, they didn’t even offer me an apology, For having me waiting that long.
Ordered a burger with fries....was told to pull forward (which I never knew waterburger to do) waited for like 23 minutes (no exaggerating) and the shift leader finally brought out my burger but didn't give me my fries ...im blowing my horn trying to ask about the fries...she ignored me so I went inside only to see her gossiping with the other co-workers and one nice young lady made me some fresh fries. I should have gotten her name because she was the only one being professional. My 3rd bad experience with this water burger so I doubt i be back. The one off Beltline and Kearney is the better one if you want quality. (Food critic)
No matter what you say, your order will be fully loaded, onion rings? Not getting those. No pickles? Still on there, don’t bother speaking, just be grateful that food made it into that brown bag.
Yall get one star because ive never gotten physically sick from your food. However, this location has gotten my order wrong 95% of the time. If I were forced into a bet by Satan that either yall would get my order correct versus not, and the stakes were my immortal soul versus a nickel, I GUARANTEE that I would bet this location would mess up my order. And I get a nickel from the devil with FULL confidence that my immortal soul was safe, because this Whataburger can NEVER just get an order right if it includes more than one person's food. My IMMORTAL SOUL against a nickel. That is how hilariously, woefully often, that this location cannot get an order correct. But hey. Even though I know for a fact, that I would bet my soul on, this location will mess up my order, at least I won't get sick. One star.
Whataburger is supposed to be considered “fast food”. This place is anything but this and it pertains mostly to the afternoon shift. Not sure what the purpose is of having two lanes if one lane can’t even be tended to properly. Store Mgr., please get this place up to par.
I thought Whataburger was known for quality? My fries were cold not warm but cold. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with mayo fries and a coke. What I got was a very sloppy double cheeseburger with what appeared to be old vegetables (maybe the prep station didn't have enough ice in it) with mayo and mustard. I worked for Whataburger of East Texas back in the day, and there was no way this would be acceptable. Got to do better! Woukd have returned it but I had to get back to work. Does anyone know the health departments number?
Consistently slow service. No sense of urgency from the employees. Food is sometimes cold. Every single time we visit, we’re concerned about the service, and nothing has changed. Just go to Chick fil A or BK.
Im giving them a 1 star because I'm not able to give 0. Went there tonight order a meal to go, surprise, surprise got home and my hamburger had no MEAT😡. Took it back and got my money back they offered to make another one but refused to get it, after I complained not sure what they will put inside my burger. Reading reviews from this location I see it has happened in the past. They really need to hire responsible people. Will not go back to that place. Customer service is horrible, you walk in there and the workers look so unhappy all the time.
Recently placed an online order on 23 Aug around 9:30pm and never received the order due to poor service. I arrived at 9:40pm and after sitting in the car for 10 mins after I received my drink I decided to go inside for my order. At 10pm I requested a refund but had to wait another 5 mins where at that time they found the order underneath a table in the kitchen. They then asked if I still wanted the order to which I questioned, why would I want something that's been sitting under a counter for 20 mins. After getting a refund I went to Burger King's drive thru and was on my way home within 5 mins...
Today’s visit was my worse experience of my #1 Whataburger combo I ask for a hot and fresh order I received cold fries cold meat on the burger The service was poor The atmosphere seemed down or dry from the employees they had no enthusiasm I have noticed this Whataburger in Sunnyvale Tx seems to be going down over the last few months Little things I notice no one at the cash register longer wait time on receiving orders
I visited this location in Sunnyvale yesterday morning, took almost 15 minutes to get my food, asked cashier why did it take so long to get my food, the excuse was "oh we had to cook the eggs fresh" 😔. Not knowing I'm watching them the whole time, the cook apparently got a phone call while she was cooking, and instead of her finishing the order, she had a co-worker answer the dang call, hold the phone close to her mouth, and all the while she was making my food, finished the call, and what ever the hell she was doing, that took 15 minutes to finish one order smh I want be back 😭
Order Curbside, said it would be ready in 15 minutes waiting 45 minutes had to get off my vehicle to ask for my order still had to wait inside then. Order was wrong! Ask for manager Maria she never came out to address the situation. Shows how much she cares! This is starting to be the worst Wataburger ever! Worst location my burger was super super SOGGY!! Their sprite was flat no flavor!! Just the worst ever! Im not going back!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
