great smoothies, quick delivery, good service, can't go wrong with a healthy fix as you walk around roosevelt field mall. Make sure you sign up for the rewards. I only get one type of drink from here and it has always been consistently made. this is regardless of who is working there. that should seem like a given but you never know what you get with some mall food.

Jamba at Roosevelt Mall is a great spot for a refreshing and healthy treat! Their smoothies and juices are always fresh, flavorful, and packed with real fruit. The staff especially Dariela and Airen is friendly, quick, and attentive, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Perfect place to grab a tasty drink on the go or a quick pick-me-up during your shopping trip!

Juice is average though the price is way high..$8 plus for an average juice that should be below $5..
First off the juice is great but there’s a huge problem. Your staff member “Josue” served me my order and I stuck around and I saw him chase after a girl after she told him to not go near her and ran up to hug her. That’s HARASSMENT, that disgusted me and I will NOT be returning to this location. Love the juice, but that staff behavior is totally unacceptable.
This review is for the App and the website. Both which told me No online ordering and the location was temporarily closed. I took a drive to the location to see whats up, and it was fully open and operational. Then the company has the nerve to charge a surcharge for web and app maintenance. JAMBA Co.. first hire qualified developers and pay them. Another company that puts profit over people and pushes the responsibility to the customer.

So I’ve been ordering Jamba for s while now, I go do often the employee told me to download there app at the Roosevelt felid location and I did….. the female employees are great!! I downloaded the app and been racking up my points ever since!! Unfortunately, This morning I spoke to Jamba Juice customer service and spoke to them regarding using my free waffle reward that KEEPS posting to the homepage of my rewards app, in a separate location then the points section….. the Representative told me that they can’t honor my coupon because I’ve never used it….. on the coupon it doesn’t have a expiration date so I was completely unaware…. I asked to speak to her supervisor “LEO” and he said that he will not honer my coupon and it’s company policy for them NOT to honor my coupon as a valued customer….. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT AS A CONPANY… I spend money there and I would like for the money that I spend to rep the BENNIFITS of spending….its disgusting as a company…. That shouldn’t be an issue or not honored….. So now for my lunch break instead of spending my money I will be using the remaining amount of my points for my smoothie and I will be deleting the application and I WILL NOT SUPPORT THE CHAIN COMPANY… including the brands there attached tooo they absolutely DO NOT VALUE THERE CUSTOMERS.
Im soo disappointed with Jamba’s service. It wasn’t too bad at first, I placed my order and the server asked for my name. I proceeded to wait and either have my name or ticket # called... the guy handing the drinks called out the type of drink out loud to have the customer (grab without proof of purchase). There was that one drink no one claimed so he asked everyone nearby including me, what was ordered. I did realize a person that ordered after me got theirs before mine. I didn’t let it bother me though because I was so sure the next one was my drink. NOPE! I was wrong ... and it looked like that’s it they were done making drinks ... there was no acknowledgement of why I was still there after all you got my name and you asked what type of drink I placed after I ordered... I decided to just ask for a refund... And got a “sorry about that” from a different lady that processed my refund.

Whats the point of being open on Easter and it's 430pm and you say you closed . Why did you open in the first place and who tells ppl no more. Don't you want my money? I understand if it was no one but there ppl waiting on line and they don't even tell you they closed. a random guy just walked up an ask some guy say we closed. They Laughing and B.S.with each other. I want you to take my money. I love Jambajuice and drove from for nothing. I been a customer over 12 years. I would give them a 0 I could. So disappointing😞
went to buy a juice at 9:25pm on 3-17-17 if management sees this check schedule of who was working tonight. One of your employee wanted to fight me because I asked why someone behind be received their drink before mine. I asked for the manager and the young black man gave me the nastiest attitude anyone can get. Some need to retrain these young kids working there on how to deal with customers. I cant believe one of your employee wanted to fight me because I asked a question. Where do you get these people to be the face of your company? So disappointed in your service.
My husband and I went to the kiosk in the garden city mall on Long Island — we both have medical conditions that do not allow us to wear a mask, and we also have medical documentation that we carry with us. We tried to order a drink and were rudely ignored and in order to have them take our order we called their corporate office explained the situation and corporate made them take our order. IN THE BACK AN EMPLOYEE HAD NO MASK ON DRINKING NEXT TO SMOOTHIES BEING MADE. The employee was: NICOLLE (2 Ls) disgusting and rude.
Horrible service. Lady at the register had such a bad attitude. Smoothies are not the same quality. There are other options worth trying than this one.
So the other day I went to this place and first of all the employees were on their phone instead of taking my order so while I was placing my order my son got thirsty and I asked in a nice way to the girl name Valentina if she can give me a cup of water for my son and she charged Me 4$ for a cup of water wich I didn't mine but when they made my bowl it had a dead roach and I went back to complain and the girl named Valentina said all she can do for me is give me the corporate number I'm very disappointed with my customer service and the way things were handled the girl Valentina seemed that she had more important things to do in the back then to handle my concern and I would go everyday here and I can't believe it's the way it is ...
Cancelled my order and didn’t want to make the smoothie after I was right outside the place.
I visit this place on 4-4-2017. I used my credit card of $7.22 I never put any tip. Next day when I checked my account I was charged $2 tip. Unprofessional, not a safe place to use your CC.
