Western burger is my favorite burger. It's always hot. MARIO knows my order by heart. He's kind and hard working- prices are to standard. Lobby is very clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Staff always working hard to make orders fast.

The nicest and cleanest Carl's Jr. I've ever been to. A worker named Julian was so nice and friendly to me, I really appreciated his energy. He was working really hard, it's rare to see that these days in fast food. The food was really great too, worth the price!

New management? great team! Outstanding service and quality. I am always extremely pleased with my food, quality and service at this location now. I would come here often around 2018 and the service, food and quality was so disappointing I stopped coming. I guess somewhere along the lines things got bad enough that the major changes that needed to happen, happened. The new team is always polite and friendly, they're very attentive to ensure no mistakes and the quality is just better. The produce tastes really fresh and good now and I'm never disappointed. ...Sometimes the fries are a little cold or soggy - I think it's more to do with the fry size, they're very thin and lose heat quickly. I can eat one out of the bag real quick in the drive thru hot and tasty but getting home three minutes later and they're not so good anymore. I think this is more a corporate issue as I experience it at every location. The store seems to be providing fresh hot fries - they just don't last...

I love Carl's Jr. But, it's rare I run into an employee that can match my energy, and rarer to see them manage the whole dining area and registers by themselves. Today, that person was Abigail. She was happy and friendly and efficient. She also got us to try the new frozen lemonade- which were 👍. Thank you, Abigail, for a good lunch experience.

I love Carl's jr. I used to come here all the time way back. But i find carls a little bit expensive just for a sandwich. I bought a sandwhich few weeks ago and it cost me almost $7. Just sandwich. Then i realized i was charged that much. I didnt bother to say anything since i was hungry. I just wondered why my burger was so pricey. Maybe carls jr sandwhich have gone up

Have not been to this Carl's Jr for couple years but it is clean in the early am. However its menu prices have all gone up significantly because of inflation and hiking up of minimal wages. You have to prepare to pay over $10+ to get a meal for the Famous Star Burger. However, the food tastes great and the services are good.

I kept having to repeat to Elizabeth that the Dr Pepper wasn’t working for her to finally use the soda machine in the back! It’s been broken for awhile they need to get it fixed

Stop closing early!!! And turn off Uber Eats Request when you close the Restaurant!! I hate driving all the way here to only get $3 in Uber compensation instead of $27. They have to be consistent with opening and closing!

They want $17 for a famous star meal here. That's more than the gourmet hipster burger joints, five guys, and sit down restaurants. I drove right on out of that drive-thru and didn't look back.

The cashier angel needs his ears checked, dude messed up my order, put in the wrong burger, and I had to pay double for an extra order, I have had this happen before with a different cashier as well, ridiculous
