Great pizza with best sauce I've ever come across. Fantastic variety of pizza and menu items. Everything we have ordered has been good. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly during our last meal we ate there. Highly recommend :)

Even though I've been a lifelong resident in Town of Tonawanda I've never ordered from here. Decided to try it yesterday so got a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage and 10 flat wings. The pizza was absolutely DELICIOUS! Lots of cheese and the dough wasnt to thick but not to thin, perfect, it was soft but crunchy in just the right places! The wings were nice and plump, not super small like some places. I asked for flats and crispy, I got all flats but they weren't very crispy but I understand that with the transfer in the box from the restaurant to my home that can effect the crispiness so that was ok. They were also really good, and the Bleu cheese dressing was yummy too. I had it delivered and when I got it, everything was super hot and delivery was rather quick which I appreciated. Prices weren't bad a little expensive but it was worth it. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

I used to think this was a great restaurant and a local favorite. My whole family has been coming here for MANY years. Over the last 3-4 months they have continued to get my order wrong. I would always drive back to get it corrected, which they did. Then they would deliver me the new order and I would have to wait another 30 to 45 minutesfor it to come, all while having a house full of people. That is very inconsiderate and a major inconvenience. I keep ordering there because I know them and I enjoy their food but lately they just keep apologizing and that's it. Just today after working a long day at work I ordered 3 subs for pick up, I verified with the person the order twice, what happened... the order was wrong. They apologized and offered to make it again. It's raining, I spent over $31, and I'm hungry. I am not waiting anymore I requested my money back and they gave it to me. BUT I am never ordering from them again. If you cant get my order right after almost 10 mess ups you never will. I would leave 0 stars if I could. ***************************************** I am going to correct my last post. I called the restaurant like Brendan said and spoke with Ben the manager. They asked that I give them another chance to make it right and they wanted to keep my business. They gave me a credit, which is not why I did this I have no problem paying for my food, however Sunday day for the Bill's game I ordered food and they FINALLY made it right. Wings were crispy and saucy as I ordered it. Pizza was cooked to perfection. I'm sorry it came to me leaving a negative review for them to get it right but I feel after many times getting it wrong I wanted to voice my concerns. My whole family goes there and I will continue to go there. This is one of the very few places where the owner actually works there. Brendan is always making food and cooking behind the counter and that says alot about him. Ben is always pleasant and super nice. I am glad they listened and wanted to make it right. Thanks again! Ordered a LG cheese and pepperoni on a Wednesday. It was only 15 something plus tax. The people who work there really treat everyone with that Tonawanda charm. Friendly and polite. Good pizza too, I should add.

Been coming here for several years and I can honestly say I have never gotten an order that wasn't hot, fresh, and delicious. We order from here a bit less often now, but when we don't feel like getting groceries or making a meal, it's almost a given that we'll give La Hacienda a call. I'd highly recommend the Colvin pizza if you're a fan of Stingers (steak and chicken fingers), but their plain ol' cheese and pep is excellent, too. Their subs are huge and come with plenty of meat, and their fries are always hot and crispy. Definitely stop in if you haven't already!

I've been enjoying their food for years and never thought to post a review so here I am! When I was a kid, my family ordered from here, and now that I'm back in the area it's our go-to spot again! Years later and the quality hasn't diminished. Food is always good and reliable (never once have we had an issue with an inaccurate order), we've tried a variety of their menu from subs to pizza/wings, salads, pasta, sides, and everything has been delicious (the brownie too, who would've expected that)! For those few who complained about price, this place (from what I've experienced) is more affordable than other local pizzerias so I'd take those reviews with a grain of salt.

Best restaurant sauce I've had in a long while. The meatball tasted like meat, not like breadcrumbs and fillers. Stuffed shells were delicious. The restaurant seemed more like a cafeteria but was comfortable but bright. Definitely a family friendly atmosphere.

I ordered from La Hacienda for teacher and staff appreciation lunch and they did not disappoint! I had never had their food before but others have and they were so excited over all the food that was provided and it was delicious!! We had a variety of wraps, gluten free sandwiches, pasta salad, potato salad, fruit salad and a Greek salad with a bunch of different dressings. They were amazing and easy to work with, and were able to fulfill all of our requests!

We ordered the spaghetti special, and it wasn't bad. I was disappointed that they didn't have the meat sauce anymore. I am not a fan of meatballs. They also have the thin spaghetti instead of the regular size. But all in all, their food isn't bad! I have been going there for years and it is pretty consistent.

We had a great time last night on the patio, 15 people in the party. I would like to thank Brendan for the fantastic food, along with Tina, Dom, and Mel for the best service anywhere! All the guests were impressed with the food too! Everyone said that they want to come back. Job well done!!!

Even through the pandemic, they've managed to still know how to provide exceptional service and serve really delicious food. The chicken fingers are fantastic and very meaty. Definitely not cheap quality. They continue to have the best taco pizza I've ever hadnas well. Both the service and the exceptional food quality are the reasons they're continuing to thrive during the pandemic. Hats off to them for continuing to provide an exceptional experience to a long time customer. Also delivery is pretty fast.

Western New York is a hot spot for numerous pizza and wing joints, litteraly can find 5 plus on any given busy street. Growing up in the Southtown in hamburg, there's ur great locations there and the farther north u go, the more options u have. Moving to cheektowaga within the last year, I've only ever gone to a couple places so far and not really looked for good pizza or wings. So I had a vacation weekend recently and with my friend and I looking for some really good pizza, we thought we would try this place as the pics and reviews seemed legit. We took out, but let's just say as i walked in to grab my order, u can just tell by the atmosphere and the workers that they have been doing this for a long time and seem to have their way of running their place down to a science almost, it screams "small time pizza place that delivers the goods" I ordered a large cheese with a few items and 20 wings. First off, the weight of these two items...... i felt like I was carrying a sheet and bucket of wings. Absolutely massive in size, they didn't skimp on anything. The pizza was gorgeous(yea I said it) loaded with plenty of toppings and a super nice thick crust that had a bit of crunch and a bit of doughyness to it. It had minimal flop but with so much toppings loaded on and tons of perfect cheese, it's gonna happen. Flavor was spot on, fresh ingredients for sure, sauce was tangy and sweet but intense on seasoning flavors as well in a good way. Great pizza. The wings were super big, plump, loaded with sauce beyond belief which is great, extra crispy and we got ten bbq charred and they were perfectly charred on the grill. I cannot say enough about this place, u guys definitely have a life long customer in me now for sure. And the price for what we got was well worth it, no regrets or anything on that front. Keep it up guys, and if your in the area, please give them a try, u won't regret it.

We don't normally order from this pizzeria but was having friends over and thought we would try someplace different. Ordered sheet pizza and 50 wings. There was an issue with the delivery but they rectified it right away and the owner himself called me to apologize profusely and made right by the situation. When our food arrived everything was delicious! We definitely have a new pizzeria we will be ordering from in the future!

My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new place for lunch before the game so we decided to come here. What a great experience, the food was amazing and at a good price. Any pizza place you go to now is either a hit or miss with food and prices. We will definitely come back again to try more things on the menu!

Been going here for 26 years. 2nd generation owner Brendan is a great cook. Fantastic pizzas, wings, calzones and soups. Try the lunch buffet. Excellent Italian and fish fry too.

Our go to pizza place from now on....always order the same thing..small pizza 🍕..which by the way is at least twice the size of any other establishments small pizza and 20 barbecue wings everything is always perfect. Yes prices went up but that's the same all around. And they did put up a sign. So ya give it try!! Good crust not to sweet sauce and perfect amount of cheese! Yum! 😋

I love this restaurant! It's small and cozy and the waitresses working there are so pleasant. :-) The food is great! I don't think we have ordered anything that we didn't like. Fish fries are wonderful! Pizza is one of the best along with their pasta and French onion soup.

First time going here, and I was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was delicious and the wings were equally good! The waitresses were super friendly too! Not many tables, but the service is quick and proficient! We will be going back soon!

Honestly I do not post reviews much but I was just trying to find a quick easy place for good slices of pizza while on lunch break - There were slices ready of both cheese and pepperoni right out of the oven- super fresh, tasty and just good overall pizza - original and family owned. Wow. The stromboli is amazing especially the one with loads of meat. The bread top is flavored with herbs and spices! These guys are awesome! I can't stop eating!

We decided to enjoy a dinner here in the dining room. We sat ourselves at a very convenient table that suited our needs. Our server came over right away and gave us menus. She introduced herself as Cara. All smiles and a very warming welcome! She took our drink order and offered appetizers but we went straight to the goods, ha. We ordered an order of wings ( seriously you can't come here without having those) a Broiled Lemon Pepper fish dinner and an amazing Greek Chicken salad. The choice of sides with the fish were wonderful and I chose the mac salad, coleslaw and regular French Fries. Everything was delicious, really delicious. We scraped the sauce from the wings with the breadsticks from the salad, you can't waste any of it! In no time all the food disappeared ( as usual) not a morsel left on any of the 3 plates! With that being said Cara suggested dessert, uhm what? Where did she want us to put it? We thought about taking it home for later but politely declined. Thank you Cara and crew for a very relaxing evening. This restaurant has not skipped a beat since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Amazing staff, strategically managed, and food that brings you back home.

When I lived in Tonawanda "La Hac" was my goto place for pizza, subs and wings ( the Sicilian style with parmesan, garlic and butter were my favorite) . The fish fry was also top notch! I used to go there with my wife and sometimes Bill Stanton. We must have eaten there a hundred times over the years...We always went for dine in or pick-up once in awhile. The owner and my friend Bill went to High school together, I ate here with my Dad back in the 1980's and my Uncle up until around 2007. I found some ore photos so I'm adding them now (1-17-2026) Highly recommended!

We ordered the large 5-cheese pizza with added pepperoni, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly done, the cheese was luscious and rich with an excellent pull, and the cup-and-char pepperoni had just the right amount of char for a satisfying crunch. The sauce was spot-on too—great balance and just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering the pizza. We’ll definitely be ordering again. We also grabbed a cannoli pizza, but that one’s being saved for Christmas dessert… expectations are high! 🍕🎄

Random Friday night find that we’ve never been to and SO IMPRESSED! The food was so good that on our drive home we were planning what to order next time. The waitress we had was genuinely very nice and friendly. You could tell she enjoyed working there. For kids they had crayons, a coloring page, twisty wax figures, and fun cups with lids. Total parent win. They actually had a kids fish fry that the kids loved, the spaghetti was so yummy with plenty of sauce. Us adults had a Stromboli that was perfectly balanced with filling and a tasty flaky outside-not too thick of bread!

In Tonawanda at a friend's house ordered in a chicken taco salad. I am a little picky.. I don't like olives. I pay a little extra for cucumbers and tomatoes. That's how I roll! I haven't been here since I was a kid. I was feeling nostalgic for their pizza and had to drive in to get it. The pizza was exactly how I remember it was exactly how I remember it, Delicious and the wings were even better.

I use to go here when my wife and I were teens about 50 years ago. I had a good fried fish. It's a nice quaint neighborhood place. Pizza is good.

My family and I discovered this little hole in the wall pizza place over 1 1/2 ago and let me tell you...WE LOVE IT! They have amazing chicken wings (my son who doesnt even eat chicken ate them)! We alwaygs get the Brighton Pizza (all cheese) and it has never disappointed. They always have specials of some sort. Their all you can eat pizza and salad is such a great deal. Personally i think that they need to add to their salad bar and put out pizzas faster, but still great food. Durning the summer they have their patio open and the summer breeze and great pizza...what else could you ask for!

I haven't actually eaten inside, have only gotten delivery and pick up. This is hands down one of mine and my fiance's favorite spots in the area. We typically get 10-20 of their perfectly crispy Buffalo Wings. After recently attending the National Chicken Wing festival, we have determined that La Hacienda Brighton may very well have the BEST Buffalo Wings in Buffalo. We have also had their award winning pepperoni pizza. It is simply phenomenal. The price is pretty good for what you get. We usually end up spending $30-$35 each time we eat there. We have never felt like we overpaid after what we got! If you live in the Ken-Ton area, I would suggest this be your "go to" Pizza joint.

Their sheet pizza is better than the traditional round. Definitely the stuffed banana pepper pizza is the best. The chicken wings tend to have the feathers still, but are tasty. I like to think it is because they are so fresh.

Stopped in for a fish fry which was excellent. Nice place and have been coming here for years. On a Friday night at 5 we got the last table so come early or expect to wait. Parking is a issue here as it's in a mini plaza shared with a 7-11 and other shops. Do yourself a favor and park on a side street and walk.

The restaurant is small, the service was good and the price was right. The pizza was good. The French Onion soup, average. Boneless wings were ok. The spaghetti/sauce was no better than you'd get from a jar. Did not care for it. Over all good place and a pleasant experience. I would recommend it.

Guys we order almost weekly but tonight my chicken broccoli cheese quesadilla had no chicken and onion instead. And hubby had to repeat 3x that his Stromboli was with pineapple not pepperoni. Seems like young lady wasn’t really paying attention. But we’ll be back.

I was pleased with the meal. We ordered a steak and cheese panin i. Steak was shaved sirloin..I think.It was of good quality. At least it wasn't Steak- ums. The Eggplant sub was good but the eggplant needed to be cooked a bit longer. The flavor of the sauce was good and the roll I believe was from Castanzo's. I will definitely go back. They offer a soup and salad bar $5.99. Three soup to choose from, and a pizza bar as well for lunch@ $7.99, they have a huge menu and I would recommend this restaurant- Pizza ria and I give it 4 stars. This is a friendly place with nice waitress's etc..and clean too!

Its very tough to get a table during peak dining. Small seating area with even smaller parking lot. Picking up food can sometimes be a hassle but its worth it. The food is great. Everything..... Pizza, wings subs and dinners. A Tonawanda tradition!

Great service, delicious food, decent pricing. My only complaint is it is cramped indoors. If you are not claustrophobic, I definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed in the food or selection.

Ordered an Italian sausage sub and instead of patties chopped it up in pieces and while eating it kept falling out of the roll. If you're going to serve links split them down the middle serve them flat on the roll so dont have to fight to keep them in the sub. FYI Mineo and Sapio is what many places use and are perfect

Pizza buffet wasn't great. There was only pizza with veggies and mushrooms. When they finally brought out a half pepperoni it was very saucy, like way too saucy. Update, they did offer to make us any pizza we wanted. So I up their stars

Last night I ordered what they call "lasagna " but to my surprise the sauce was so bitter it gave me the worst heartburn I've had in awhile, and the meatballs were as hard as golf balls. I heard that most of there dinners are pre-made not on house. There pizza and burritos aren't bad when they actually make them correctly to your requests like when I always say no lettuce or tomatoes and then when I get home my food has lettuce and tomatoes

We've been coming since they openned and had many good meals and always friendly service. However, lately the kitchen had been "slipping." Skimpy on the toppings and the bottom of the chip bag. I'm sure Brenden will make things right again.

Tried the pizza for the first time. Read all the reviews on the “great tasting” sauce. Our pizza came with very little sauce and too much cheese. Paid $27 for a disappointing 1 st time experience.

Placed my first order with them as I just moved in range of their delivery. I was excited because of all the good reviews, but I wasn't as excited once the food came. The wings were ok, the blue cheese was really good, but the pizza not so much. I specifically asked for the pizza to be saucey, and it wasn't at ALL. Like barely any sauce! I hate when I ask for something specific and I'm not given what I asked for. So disappointing.

I ordered a fish fry at the counter because after trying to call it constantly went to dial tone, i waited 45 minutes from ordering the fish and then when i got home and opened the box, there was a very small amount of fries and the fish was overcooked the batter was burnt in some areas. The fish did have a bad taste, I ended up throwing it away. Lesson learned.

The food is good, but we went for the buffet and were disappointed. The "buffet" consisted of one pizza out at a time and the pizza available had toppings that are not standard (black olives, and banana peppers). We ordered pizza from the menu and it was good (nothing special, but good). The waitress was rude and we felt neglected. The inside of the building is also run down and feels like it was ripped from kitchen nightmares.

Whoever the guy is with the glasses and hat who answers the phone, need to be fired. He messes up my order every single time it's not hard to add jalapeños to fries. While talking to him on the phone he seems annoyed and isn't listening which he isn't. Then while at the establishment he gives nothing but dirty looks and is rude. Never smiles always an attitude as if I'm bothering him. If he hates the job so much he shouldn't be there.

I thought $28 for a large 4 cheese steak pizza was a good deal. I was wrong. There was a lot of cheese, too much cheese. The sauce was almost non-existent, and the little steak made the portion ratio to cheese 90% to 10%. Half an inch of cheese with such little streak mixed in made it each bite, just a cheese stick. If you like cheese pizza, this is your jam, but if you think it's a well-balanced steak and cheese pizza, you'll be sorely disappointed. This is Buffalo, there's better around.

What happened? Every time I come to visit family...I ordered large pizza and 20 wings...unfortunately this time I opened a pizza box to an under cooked and doughy pizza.. your declining quality and higher prices...you have lost another long time customer.. wait, I forgot about the 3 thinly sliced celery sticks that came with my wings...is there a celery shortage also?

I had gone here multiple times; normally the food is good/ok. about 2 dollars more for items; but quality is normally good. recently; i order a bucket of wings for myself and others. ordered "crispy - half money mustard - half itailian parm" ...... opened the box and was disappointed right away. the wings were clearly not crispy. the honey mustard half was clearly just tossed in a white mayo of some type. had no mustard taste at all. the itialian had parm cheese on it, but was floating in mostly butter. wings not at all crispy. trying them was like chewing nearly raw chicken skin. I had few - family had even fewer. I removed some of the chicken, from the bone and skin; and fed a small amount to the dog. he liked the chicken. threw out the rest of the wings - it felt like i just threw 32$ dollars in the garbage as well. I was clearly disappointed and embarrassed by my choice of take out.. lived in this area all my life & have tried most 'eat spots' repeatedly. Have never really been impressed by the food there myself; probably a last time event for me. All i've ever heard about the place is- great family ownership and great food. i beg to differ. The "yearlong banners for - help wanted" i've noticed; every time i've driven past the place ;; now speak volumes to me. should have put 2 + 2 -together. :(

Maybe the pizza is good. I have not tried it, but the regular meals are not good. The soup tasted watery and the food seems reheated. The dishes and silverware need to be replaced. I would not go again.

Huge disappointment. First let me say the waiter was wonderful and the restaurant was clean, so important to me. It was my husband's birthday and he wanted chicken parmesan for dinner. Our friend said this place was good so we decided to try it. No chicken parmesan dinners (and they use chicken fingers for the parmesan sandwiches). So we decided on a pizza, figured we can't go wrong. It was hands down the worst pizza we ever had. The dough didn't seem fresh, it was more like a frozen pie and they just put their toppings on.

Extremely disappointed. If I wanted an old, warmed up pizza I would have just ate a frozen pizza. $25 for something that was made yesterday is inexcusable. I guess I should've realized something was up when they said it would be only 10 minutes. With all the great pizza places in buffalo, go somehwere that's worthy of the money.

Please don’t eat from here it’s dirty. This place is unbelievably small and incredibly rude. I’ve never dealt with such rude service workers. it seems all they care about is getting one in the next person out as if it’s not just a pizzeria. This is considered fast food but I think they should be more considerate of customers considering a lot of people get their food from there. And I know a lot of highschoolers go here too since it’s around the corner. I know multiple people who work here and these workers have said that it was dirty. I’ve heard stories of them dropping food on the floor and still serving it. Please do not eat from here. We should really be considering our health and where we eat more.

I went here three days ago with my friend and our chicken wings came out raw and we sent them back and they still came out slightly raw and pink. And it seemed like they didn’t even use a new plate because the plate was still dirty and it looked like it was dirty with food that wasn’t even mine like vegetables and cheese etc . we decided to just leave because we realized that they weren’t cooking them thoroughly and didn’t seem to care. Poor service in my opinion.

Gave them another try and will not be buying pizza from here ever again. Pizza was super thin, dry and barely cooked. I could have made what cost over $25 for less than what they charged. Lazy prep by just throwing the ingredients in the middle of the pizza and the rest all dough. Owner obviously doesn't read reviews and only cares about his awards and newspaper review for being voted the best. Sorry your pizza is not the best. Service and food have deteriorated. Order food one time came in a few minutes early and the large tall guy jumped all over the person that I still had 8 minutes. I understand that and was just checking in. I ordered a pizza lite sauce and it was slathered in sauce and another time ordered no sauce because lite sauce must have a different meaning.. Ordered a no sauce pizza and it was burnt. Order 2 half subs that look like they were sat on and my husband said they the worst thing he has had. Neither were labeled since they were different subs put in the same bag. One of your employees told me to talk to the owner after the guy gave me attitude but chose not to. There's no consistency. I get fingers with a few fries and the next time I get fingers with a huge amount of fries. I get its a crazy busy place but everyone always looks miserable and unhappy. There's never any niceness except when the few girls work the register. Gave it many tries but this last time was the worst. Uodate: Adding to another bad experience that does not seem to stop. Ordered shells no sauce at one time and they were perfectly done. Ordered another time and they were burnt. Also, ordered a chicken finger dinner which is supposed to come with fries and (5) fingers not four. Five is what is on the menu and I only got 4. Called on both and was told why did we eat the shells and I only got 4 because of the size of the fingers. You advertise 5, I should get 5. The guy on the phone was very rude and obnoxious. Basically made us feel like it was our failt and never even said sorry once. We gave it another try. Won't be going back.

Called for delivery at Extended Stay America & order a Hamburger, Potatoes Skins, & 2 small Spaghettis w/ meatballs, 2 sodas. The total came to about $75. When questioned about the order I was told it was $1.95 per meatballs. Was ask if I wanted to leave gratuity & I said "Heck No". They state 30 minute delivery & told well guess we will see you sometime tonight. My answer was it better be here in 30 to 40 minutes and he Hung the phone up on me. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE !!!!! They did do a price change from what I was quoted to $62. Our delivery person was very polite and was tipped

I’m very disappointed with my order tonight. The pizza was raw, which has never been an issue before—your food and service have always been fantastic. However, when I called about the problem, I was met with indifference and a lack of care. This experience was really disheartening. Service and quality really has went downhill while prices have just sky rocketed.

The wings were not cooked all the way so we called back and they sent new ones that were just as bad . Not editable at all very under cooked . The second delivery was here within 20 min which means not enough time to even cook wings smh . Never again gave them a second chance and that didn’t even work
