Drive thru is very quick which makes this a great spot. The veggies in my sammich are always surprisingly fresh despite this being in the middle of the desert. Would recommend.
Been to many many Subways in many countries, but this one is definitely one of the best I've ever had. Bread was fresh and crispy on the top, both chicken and beef were actually full of flavour. Service was also really good.
They have had great employees here lately. Very friendly. One gal seemed to recognize an elderly gentleman that looked to be a veteran, and she seemed to even know his usual order. That's top notch service and great to see. Their sandwiches are good too.
Went to subway today for a quick lunch and was very impressed with the customer service. The worker who helped me out was a young man with braids in his hair (didn’t catch his name). He was very patient, and offered excellent customer service and made me a great sandwich!!!
Just gotta say there's two girls that work at night one or both of them know how to make a sandwich and keep everything fresh fresh this is my go to subway and it has a drive through.
Service 6 stars, they messed up a sandwich with one thing but was for an overly picky eater. Brought it back and the staff was super friendly about it, didn't charge us for a replacement and apologized alot when not needed. The one front worker outta be a manager
Greatest Subway experience on this coast, great atmosphere. Great staff. The manager here is one of the nicest people you will meet. She does a lot for the community. Most importantly she knows how to hire solid employees. Great store!!!
Edit: Awesome new Menu! Pictured below is "The Boss FL Pro" Dom made our subs and I can honestly say they were the best subs we have ever had at Subway. It might not look like much but the proportions were perfect. Each ingredient on the sub complimented the other's. Some amateurs will just throw excess meat and cheese to make it "better" but this professional, Dom, made it better without excess. That boy needs to give classes. True artist.
Dom made my sandwich it was absolutely wonderful every bite had all of the ingredients. He was very nice, helpful and patient. This place is amazing and I completely recommend coming here.

I am a transportation driver and on the road alot, and this day i was doing military transportation. I came in, the young lady working, Terri If I remember correctly, was very nice, the food was WAY better than most of the other Subways I've been to. AND I had a coupon! She gladly accepted it and I was on my way! I will stop in again when I come thru again!

Excellent everything. The photos show an old interior but the interior is actually remodeled, clean, and very attractive. The food was good, we ordered two veggie delight combos and were happy with the way everything tasted and the freshness of all the vegetables. The best was the customer service Hannah provided us. She was really nice, attentive, professional, and made our sandwiches perfectly. Because we ate there I was able to hear that she was great with every person she served. I loved it. My husband and I both deeply appreciated everything today. Thank you Hannah. Thank you Subway.

When McDonalds and other fast food places are closed this subway is open 24 hours a day and has quick service with its drive through. Best breakfast wrap you can get going to work.
I Enjoy the 24hr drive thur service, but unfortunately you have to go at the right time during the day for them to build your sandwich right.
I've given Subway 5 stars for food despite them discontinuing the Spinach and Habanero wraps. The sauces and available toppings and breads are generally good, except I wish they would offer Rosemary bread as Quiznos did. Offering a lobster sub even if it is a limited-time promotional item would be amazing. The veggie wraps and Turkey breast sandwiches are good too. The turkey is sliced thin and veggies are bite-sized and fresh. I've received free items from subway as I've also been overcharged, so service experience varies, but has generally been prompt and helpful. I like the subway decor and it has 3 or 4 tables for dining indoors. They have been clean whenever I have gone and always honor coupons. It's a healthier alternative to traditional fast food. The Jared campaign was a good example of a Subway diet. Edit: Subway discontinued the Habenero and Spinch wraps. I loved those :-(.

i don’t right reviews often but today I had some great service at subway from a sandwich artist named Janelle I believe... I received some prompt, polite and efficient service. My sandwich was made just to my specifications. The coke I must say lacks in taste. My only complaint is the crappy type of costumers with attitudes that make me getting my delicious and savory sandwich in my mouth take longer.
It's Subway, so there isn't much else to say. Sometimes the employees make really good sandwiches, have a sense of humor, and make you want to enjoy the food. Other times, the employees exhibit their disgust for the job, and you are left with an inch of bread on the last bite. In this town, it isn't like there are a lot of options for food, so you can't hate every restaurant for an experience you would get at any other restaurant here. They never have green tea, so that is what I'll get picky about. One star off for that.

I don't have any complaints so far and go every couple of weeks...if you're using the drive thru just be a little patient.
It's okay.... There was a fly around the food and server didn't bother shooing it away... She was kind of rude as well when we asked for a custom sub, and skimped on putting enough veggies in it.

Prices are slightly expensive for what you get. Would be nice if they gave you napkins every time. The employee who started my order today was very helpful, and he was awesome and professional. The lady who was working the veggies was not very nice and was distracted all over the place, answering the phones, stopping to talk to people, not about their orders but other stuff. I hate sounding negative, but google asked me to update my review and just being honest about my experience.

ordered an italian bmt extra meat no tomatoes, didn't get any ham no extra meat and recieved plenty of tomatoes... guy behind the counter was wearing his pants well bellow his hips basically mooning everyone in the drive through window
It’s crazy that I’ve been out here for over 3 years and never once has this subway made a sandwich right, wether it’s adding random veggies or forgetting others. The only reason I’m not putting one star is because although they can’t make a sandwich, at least it’s never made me sick
Food is good, but they need to get their stuff together, messing up way too many orders EVERY time should NOT be an issue, but it is.
Ordered steak and cheese with avocado. Got home and no avocado but was charged for it. The steak wasn't heated and there was to much mayo.
For the third time in a row I've ordered in the drive thru and they have screwed up my order. It shouldn't be this difficult
Drive thru is super slow. I even tried to online order to pick and STILL was not ready. Staff is nice but just cant seem to hurry or get the orders right.
I ordered a few subs and some cookies. And they butchered some of the order. They gave the wrong kind of cookies, and for the breakfast sandwich I ordered they forgot the egg in the sandwich that I paid an extra two dollars for extra egg. Their delivery orders are spotty, order at your own risk.
I was very disappointed at the new solid procedure. The chop salad bowls was a true value, And the $2.35 Exter match the quantity of food. And his service is not as friendly anymore.
I give the benefit of the doubt to fast food employees because of how busy it can be, I don't expect a perfect sandwich. But, whoever made my last order went out of their way to put 3 times the portion of sauce and made the thing uneatable, I literally tried mopping the Buffalo sauce that I didn't for and it just fell apart. Also, the chicken wasn't toasted all the way, bits of cold and warm chucks just added to an overall disappointing experience. Never ordering from there again.

I was wrong. As soon as I walked in I heard the manager getting mad at the entire staff. I work a lot so I just wanted to sit down and enjoy my sandwich. All I heard was the manager telling everyone what they are doing wrong. When People go and eat they don’t want to hear that, they just want to relax and unwind. I ended up just taking my sandwich and leaving and ate in my car :(. If the manager gets that heated if her crew is 1-5 minutes late she should either not have group meetings during work hours or not be manager.

This is the worst subway in this area! The service is terrible, and you don't get well made sandwiches.

Customer service sucks! The woman was so rude about us making our own sandwiches and not just picking one but like we told her we just wanted cheese and bread nothing else as the kids wouldn't eat it, she made such a great deal about not getting meat... I guess she doesn't have children.

Horrible customer service, gf went in to get two sandwiches,etc with are kid while i was in dmv they over charged us 12.00 didnt give us are cookies or drinks,wouldnt let are kid use bathroom and are sandwiches weren't what we asked for, then they wouldn't fix are order and when she asked for a manager they told her to leave never go there!

I am absolutely livid. The Subway on Adobe Rd. in 29 Palms, CA claims to offer catering/delivery. However, their location is not listed on the website, their menu is not available on the app, and they won't take my order over the phone. I'm a hospitalized mom with two small children here with me. Subway just permanently lost my family's business.

I would give this subway 0 starts if I could. Where do I start….. customer service is horrible, the sandwiches always looks like an elephant sat on it. They always take FOREVER to take your order (even when the restaurants and drive thru is empty). All restaurants in the Twentynine palms are have bad customer service but this establishment has the worse by far.
advertised special.for breakfast 3.95 6" and coffee/ 21 ounce drink..they refused to give drink. young male could barely speak correct English and said new register can not process special so you are out of luck....never going back
I like Subway... What I don't like is it takes for ever to give your order in the drive thru..when I'm the only vehicle in it. Secondly making my sandwich takes a bit longer than I feel it should...and as I drive past the front only one vehicle is for dining in... Why is this happening SUBWAY IN HIMALAYA PLAZA IN 29PALMS... 😢 With all the other notable complaints about this location over time !! I do not recommend this establishment 👎
I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered two sandwiches last night in which both were completely wrong. I called and they offered me two free sandwiches in which they "wrote down my name" went back this morning to receive them and they were completely rude and messed up one of my sandwiches again.
Hotter than all could believe in there, employees were extremely slow, once I got up there they were out of bread..? Went to the one across town and their ac was on, their staff was quick and they were properly equipt. This place in particular needs some new management. Like third bad experience I've had here and Yea Im done with this location.

Since this Covid 19, this place runs out of bread by 7pm. This is the second time I've gone this late and they've been out of bread. How are you open 24 hours and you can't keep bread made, but I can drive 3 miles to the one by AMPM and they are always fully stocked. There's an issue that needs to be addressed. With product and demand. Get it together!!
I usually don't have any problems here, but we just went and got 2 footlongs. First, they forgot a straw for our drink, not the end of the world and easy to fix. We got home and the sandwiches were a complete disaster. veggies falling out everywhere and the meat placed terribly. My sandwich was the spicy Italian with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, bell pepper, and vinaigrette. They put cheese and onions on only half my sandwich, and put Italian dressing instead of the vinaigrette. These sandwiches look like they were literally thrown together and tossed in a bag. Not happy.
Constantly mess up orders, even the most basic of meals. Veggies never seem fresh. Drive through usually has trash around it. Walking inside seems unhygienic. Order at your own risk.
They might as well shut down the drive-thru. Waited for 10 minutes to say my order over the speaker when I was the only car there. Waited another 10 minutes for my subway to get prepped. I was the only car there and had no choice but to use the drive-thru since I was in uniform.
This Subway was our go to place. We got Italian BMT Pros on 8/28/22. We both ended up with food poisoning. So sick for 3 days! When I contacted them by phone, was told the manager would be calling back to make this right. No call from manager so another call made. Still no manager in store but were told he would call. Still no call, so I went online and sent an email. The owner sent back an email apologizing which was nice, but resolution. Want a full refund ! I've continue to email him but no response! What is it with these food places that won't own up to badly prepared food and make it right?!?!? This Subway is NO LONGER our go to place for a good sub. It is now our STAY FAR AWAY place. A refund should be given along either better attention to the product they are using so no one else has to get that sick from their total negligence! To the owner, answer your email and make a call to initiate a FULL REFUND! It's up to you, but I wouldn't trust them to make me a sandwich!
Went at night and had to go through the drive through. The customer service was great and even got a discount on my order. Once I got home I figured out why...both of my sandwiches werent toasted, the cheese tasted spoiled, the meat even tasted old. Me and my wife took a few bites and threw the sandwiches away. On line ordered at 8:20. Got there at 8:40. The order was not made due to them being out of meatballs, we got no call back, fine. Gave the male our order at the window and pulled around front like he asked. At 9:15 I went to the window to see what was taking so long. The female said "we don't have any orders at this time, let me check". They found my slip on the counter, not done. At 9:35 I took my order home and 3 out 4 were incorrect. Next time I'll be going some place else.
What is the point of a drive thru if you refuse to let an online order pick up at the window? Also maybe train your employees to not be rude. The employee was incredibly rude and said “just park your car and come inside”. First of all, you are located outside of a Marine base. Marines are not allowed to go inside in their uniform. Second of all moms choose this location due to the drive through and not having to get their kids out. Honestly the location on desert queen avenue is better and the only reason we go to this subway is convenience. But after today I will go out of my way if you’re gonna make me get out of the car anyways instead of utilizing the drive through.
I went to Subway today, which is August 2 24 I went to use the restroom and I asked can I have a key to the restroom my surprise you have to buy something you have to buy a cookie you have to buy a drink that’s what the manager said how does she know I was not coming back with more of my friends I’m very disappointed with Subway .
Probably the worst subway I have ever been to. Slow servers are rude, and they give you small portions. The "sandwich artist" flat out told me "No" when I asked if I could get a few more jalapeños after they only put two on my sandwich, I had to insist strongly to get an additional 2 and when I decided no to tip, I was given a cold look. I will not return.
Nothing wrong with the food, it’s good. But I’m writing this is because I know it affected at least 8 other people. But came here on a weekday at 5:00PM smack dab in the middle of their business hours. Went up to the door and it was locked, went to the other door and it says “use other door”. However this door was unlocked, so we thought they accidentally put the sign on the wrong door. Went in with four other people and was told that “their lobby is closed”. So we went through the drive thru. Watched several- SEVERAL- people do the exact same thing we did. Watched the manager come lock both doors, locking IN some customers that were IN THE LOBBY. Very strange. Very inconvenient and seemingly pointless as COVID restrictions are more lax now and there was no signage indicating that the lobby is closed. Also why? Maybe they’re understaffed. But maybe they should just close the drive-thru. Scared of COVID? Understandable but at least put some signs up so people don’t waste time trying to get in the building DURING business hours. Maybe they don’t want people watching them make the sandwiches. If that’s the case, that’s pretty sketchy. In the drive-thru the lady was either having a rough day or feels very inconvenienced by customers.
I had ordered my food online thinking that it would be done by the time I got there, but it wasn't and I had to sit and wait for them to even start. I wouldn't of been so mad if they actually gave me my drinks but I never saw those too. Walking in and ordering would of been so much easier than ordering online.
I just placed an order today around 2pm. the young girl who took my order in the drive through was clueless. I had to repeat my order twice and guess what they still messed it up. I asked for everything except tomatoes and cucumbers ( because I'm allergic to tomatoes and cucumbers) and just light mayo and mustard, and guess what I got, a roast beef sandwich with only tomatoes and cucumbers and extra mayo and mustard!! Not happy at all.

And when we called to resolve the situation. The manager I spoke to was incredibly rude. Subway what is this. Why does it look like on of your employees sat on my sandwich. Check on your employees to make sure they're making quality food because it's obviously that some of them are their to waist your time and get a paycheck.
Did an online order and my sandwich was smashed when I got it. UPDATE.. I placed another online order through Uber Eats, and no surprise they completely messed it up. How hard is it to make a sandwich?
We come in that store and we have to order but my friend ask for restroom but a worker name is abby refuse to restroom then we order our subwa and she says roodly im busy come after some minutes I don’t like this type of behavior the owner of this store teach your employe how to behave with coustmers thank you.
Sat at the drive through for 8 mins. No one came to the window to take my payment or anything. Had to drive off so I could get back to my job. No lunch for me today. No one was in the drive through with me and I ordered one 6 inch sandwich. Just go inside I guess

They might as well shut down the drive-thru. Waited for 10 minutes to say my order over the speaker when I was the only car there. Waited another 10 minutes for my subway to get prepped. I was the only car there and had no choice but to use the drive-thru since I was in uniform.
This Subway was our go to place. We got Italian BMT Pros on 8/28/22. We both ended up with food poisoning. So sick for 3 days! When I contacted them by phone, was told the manager would be calling back to make this right. No call from manager so another call made. Still no manager in store but were told he would call. Still no call, so I went online and sent an email. The owner sent back an email apologizing which was nice, but resolution. Want a full refund ! I've continue to email him but no response! What is it with these food places that won't own up to badly prepared food and make it right?!?!? This Subway is NO LONGER our go to place for a good sub. It is now our STAY FAR AWAY place. A refund should be given along either better attention to the product they are using so no one else has to get that sick from their total negligence! To the owner, answer your email and make a call to initiate a FULL REFUND! It's up to you, but I wouldn't trust them to make me a sandwich!
