Pulled into the drive-thru, told the squawk box 1 vanilla & 1 chocolate shake, please. Nice and clear, he says, "Will that be it?" Yes. "Pull to 2nd. Window. " OK. "That will be $o,ver,pri,ced.00 so I paid that price because it was hot outside. And they are sweet and cold. I know this because I've had them before. But, the main reason I was committed to purchasing these high-priced shakes. Was the Dame sitting shotgun wanted one. Anyway... All in all, it was a seamless transaction I gave them money. And they gave me what I overpaid for. Then we left. I will update you as to the end result. Hit like if that's O.K.?
First time in a few years that the twentynine palms Burger King had good food, service, and it was clean!
Burger King is always the bomb good burgers but I wonder if their like Wendy's where you can order a burger with however many patties you want
The atmosphere was awesome and the girl that gave us our food had a great smile she had glasses and two tone hair color. NICHOLE, Good job 👏 👍 BK was clean and it had a different vibe.

Driving on the way to Lake Havasu, Arizona is an adventure on it's own with a car crammed with family. Thank God for this oasis on the south side of the highway. The staff was friendly with the restaurant clean and no dirt. Restroom was clean and no mysterious odors. Food was a great way to keep family quiet. A plus. Will come back again.
The morning crew is so awesome and full of joy. Even when they are working double as hard because the equipment they is not good always breaking down but those employees love their jobs and show how happy they are to have jobs. Thank you Shirley for always being nice😊👍😇
The food here is always fresh and the bacon king is delicious. Most of the employees are really nice and every time I pick up my order it is a pleasant experience.
I’m in love with the service here! Ramona the store manager was so helpful and answered all my questions! They even had a couple of deals for me and my husband, we ate inside the music was great and the food was delicious. This is our new favorite place we also got cookies and ice cream after our meal which are to die for i’m definitely coming back as a regular thank you Ramona and her team!!
As you know they have the whopper, my favorite,, The place is super clean, clean restrooms,, great service. A lot of parking,,we really enjoyed been there

I usually don't rake fast food George because that's just what they are as fast food and it's never real good.that's it never been. A Burger king fan but that Texas double Whopper is b***** You can't ever find how opinions that are actually hot and I don't know where The king gets them but they are outstanding. My local Burger king is in a Walmart service kind. Of sucks atmosphere really does but it's worth it for that Texas Whopper. It's no Whataburger but it's the best we have around here.
I'm not a huge fan of their food, but the guy working the drive through today made sure we were taken care of. They're soft serve cones(yes, ICE CREAM😊) TASTED SO MUCH BETTER than our McDonald's. They jalapeño poppers and chicken fried were on point today. I feel like this place has slowly improved over the last 8 years. Definitely try their cones though! You won't be disappointed
Things seem to be in order after the remodel. Food was made fast and fresh and we got everything we ordered. The lady working the window seemed a little behind but collected herself and made everything come together. Customer service was good as well. We would eat here again

I noticed the night manager was very eager to please his customers and made sure all the children got thier paper crowns before leaving it was a nice gesture on his part. Cleanliness was average and customer service (apart from the manager) was just mediocre in my opinion but the food is always delicious and I usually make it a point to stop in and grab sum nuggets whenever I'm in town. I wish yucca still had a BK :(

Burgers were Lil pricey, but they are old size. Nice thick burgers that barley fits on the bun.

I pretty much always order through the app—partly for convenience, partly because there's usually good deals. They don’t start making your food until you check in at the drive-thru and I appreciate that. I’d rather wait a few extra minutes for something fresh. I’ve seen reviews saying the service is slow, but I suspect those folks are just passing through from...nearby cities, where everything needs to happen five minutes ago. From a local’s perspective? The food’s always hot, the orders are always accurate, and staff have always been pleasant. We’ve never had a bad experience.
This is the place to get the best bk ever. The people are so nice and treated us well. And the food came out amazing, we really appreciated the staffs humor and service. 10/10 would go there again with my buddies joyce and cole

The folks there have been (for the most part) kind and helpful. My only suggestion is for them to remember to continue being kind even when it is busy.

Just like any other burger King. This one wasn't bad. I had the BK Big fish. It was deep fried to long and under the lamp to long. Was kind of hard and chewy.. Fries were little cold.
Spectacular location. Veggie burger was uneatable at first but then they made it good. Whooper was good. The staff seems to be very frustrated for some reason. Anyway, great look though the windows. I would repeat. Hopefully they would learn to make veggie burgers in the meantime.
Stopped here for a,quick bite as we were coming home from San Diego. The drive was terrible, as usual thru Cal. The young man working the drive thru was super friendly. My burgers were fine. They satisfied my belly. We continued to drive back to Vegas.

I got the medium-sized crispy chicken meal, and the chicken was pretty good. Restroom needed an access code, and the staff made me wait to give it to me while someone else was finishing his payment, which felt rude.
I’m a vegetarian. First let’s get that out of the way. I would rather drive to 29 palms Burger King then go to the Burger King in Walmart in JT where I live. That location is horribly slow. Plus so many sketchy characters. It seems though, when ordering that wonderful impossible burger, it takes a minute. I have learned not to order from the drive through. The order may take a little longer than most, but the food is always on point and hot. 4/5 stars only because the frozen icee machine spit out the juice on my UGG boots. It had a weird nozzle issue just for a second.

One guy working. 3 females standing behind the counter giving him a bad time. Only handicap toilet works in the ladies room. No toilet paper and the search was about to come off. Told the guy about the toilet paper & he asked one of the girls to put paper in there. They're out of the right size roll so put a giant roll on the floor. (Didn't check, that's what the girl said.) Only got drinks and fries.
This place is just okay. Not awesome as it was years ago. I must say the appearance is much better though. The lady in the drive through did not acknowledge my request( that i made three times.) if this place is ever going to get better the owner needs to reconsider who he hires.
It was OK. Its Burger King so thats a point against it right there. Then we asked for the carb smart double burger. It came like they just laid the ingredients on some shredded lettuce with no sauce. Not a good choice for people avoiding gluten or carbs. But the staff was friendly and and building was clean.
Food was average tasting. I bought the Whooper meal and hoped for some hot fries and sadly got warm lightly salted fries. The burger needed more condiments on it. The tea was like sugar water. The order taker rushed me through my order and I kept repeating my self, because the gal wouldn't stop talking over me. My experience here was just a reminder not to visit here again.
First day back open! So happy, but I feel they still cant get it together. I ordered 2 meals and they forgot cheese on my burger and my frys. That's not to mention being abruptly interrupted while trying to take my order. Please take the time to let the customer talk.
Since the reboot, Burger King is better in service. The people seem nicer, with the exception of one younger blonde girl that was just plain rude. Unfortunately the food has not been made to order the only 3 times I've been there since the reopen. I thought it was supposed to be,"have it your way", therefore made when you ordered it. I literally live a minute and a half drive from there and the food is always cold by the time I get home. I had higher goes for this stores reopen. All good though, simply pushes me to bypass BK and get something fresh and healthy from staters. 😄

The place look awesome both inside and out. Problem there seem no sense of urgency, 1 person doing the food one washing dishes one staff swiping while two staff waiting for the food to drop inside the food shoot. Poor planning and execution. By Mngr
I had to repeat my order 3 times and she still got it wrong. Whoever was working the drive through could use a lesson in listening as well as customer service. So rude!! I suggest getting a crappy burger somewhere else.
Food was fine but it took them almost thirty minutes to make a chicken sandwich they recommended to me and my son had to wait over twenty for a cheeseburger, fries, and chicken fries.
just left there. i asked twice for my 2 .. 10pc nuggets to be extra done when i ordered. when i paid she repeated order. i again said extra done??? she said yes.... thet were barely warm. this is the 2nd time. dude they are grainy if not extra done... the lady ahead me was mad guess they tryed give her my order.
They were out of ketchup. The cheese on my burger wasn't melted, and the bacon was clearly from breakfast. The meat patties were fresher. Really bad experience, but I was hungry
If anyone is wondering.... don't go to the burger King in 29 for breakfast... i got the croissantwich and French toast sticks... the French toast sticks tasted like chemicals and my throat started burning and the sandwich has a little tiny sliver of egg. I already feel like throwing up....
The food here was absolutely the worst I've had from any of the local Burger Kings have attended and I see a few of them. The chicken sandwiches were greasy and not cooked properly.
Got the order wrong, ordered a double whopper with cheese and a drink. Got a double burger had to go inside to get the drink, because they closed the pickup window after passing me the burger 🍔. The fries 🍟 were good.
Cashier didn't even look at me when taking my order. Food was quick and better then previous visits. Location is much cleaner then in the past. Might return one day.
Coupon policy changes from day to day. Two days ago they accepted 3 coupons and didn't even want the coupons. Today they only accepted 2 coupons and wanted them. I drive 14 miles to get there and they messed me up good. That was my last time.
The restaurant was clean, however, the person that took my order wasn't very welcoming. After finding out they were out of the sourdough buns, I settled for a crispy chicken sandwich. I was not really pleased. Don't advertise on tv if you aren't going to keep the special buns in stock.
It would be impressive if the workers could give less effort and still get you your food. Got two Steakhouse burgers through the drive-thru. Mine had maybe 10 of the little fried onion pieces, and 2 pieces of pickle, the one for my girl, the burger wasn't even between the buns, it was basically wrapped on the side of the bun. They somehow figured out how to cook the onion out of the onion ring. I stuck with a second star because I did not see any actual spit on the burgers.
At this particular Burger King they will make you pay for old chicken nuggets. If you ask for fresh chicken nuggets they will have you wait out front and act as if they are making fresh nuggets instead will serve you old ones. This has been going on for along time at least 6 years maybe it’s time to eat elsewhere. Also Check your food before you drive off in the drive thru it will save you a trip…….stay woke!
This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Dont go through the drive thru, youre going to be waiting for almost 10 mins at the window to get your food. Its supposed to be fast food, but the way this place is, you might as well just go to a sit down restuarant or better yet another place. Unfortuantely they probably know there’s not many places around here so people have not much of a choice. *Also check your order before driving off, they get orders wrong half the time.
I have worked in the food industry for a long time - so I want to preface this with saying that I am ALWAYS overly nice to those in food - I know how it is. However, even with being my normal kind, bubbly self, I had the same issue today as the customer who just reviewed below me. I was at the drive thru where the woman taking my order was highly abrasive and kept interrupting me (as if I was annoying/bothering her with my order - which was just a whopper combo - nothing crazy) before I completed any/every sentence the entire time. It left me feeling super uncomfortable, but when looking at the order screen - my items were correct. So I just continued on... While at window: When receiving my drink, it was almost thrown at me. Additionally, when receiving my order - it was completely wrong - forcing me to go in and wait 15 more minutes for my correct meal. Again was just a whopper combo - with cheese, no onion/pickle - came to me no cheese, with onion/pickle and then NO fries?! I look at my receipt to check my order - and 99% is unreadable because there was no ink - how do you run out of ink within a few hours of opening? Or at least not change it out? Anyway - HORRIBLE experience after horrible experience for this, what started as a SUPER EXCITED experience. #BKLoungeGetYourIshTogether

Wife ordered a spicy fish sammich. It wasn't a spicy battered fish filet. It was a reg fish filet, slathered in hot and tartar sauce. Who does that?! The plain whopper was cold and to order on self check out was confusing and not convenient. Don't pay cash, that just slows up the process. BK you got to do better!

Despite calling my order back, they still got it wrong. The young lady at the window could not make it any clearer that did not care. What horrendous service. You'd think as we come out of a pandemic there would be a better attempt at customer service
Always gets my orders wrong. Paid for a six dollar bacon king meal and got a jr bacon with a 1 piece of bacon on it. Its like you never know what your going to get. Also ordered a large shake and got a small, they said they had no more large cups. But charged me for a large!

This was Xmas eve day, (lunchtime), so I might expect a little tomfoolery, but it was a mistake to go into this place as almost all of the staff was hellbent on screwing around not following health guidelines. This is in an area that has a higher covid infection rate than the rest of the state. There was only a couple of the staff were wearing masks correctly. One might ask if they can't do this, can they be expected to wash there hands after using the restroom? Belligerence seemed to rule the day with maskless employees standing around yucking it up. The burger served was not warm enough to melt the cheese. This is a health code violation on its own. I survived but where is management? On vacation or perhaps intubated in the intensive care unit?
The service is very disorganized. You wait longer than it takes to eat, if they even get your order right, which is highly unlikely. Then they blame you for their mistakes, VERY PROFESSIONAL. Staff is always glaring at you and making it uncomfortable to eat, honestly pick another burger king...
Cant do mobile order for whatever reason..it kept saying the store wouldn't connect.. so went to the drive thru.. of course we came back with a missing order and had to go back!! Very inconvenient when they keep forgetting to complete customer's order but took the money! Employees were so rushy, they weren't even that busy...

I ordered breakfast here. And the food had have been sitting there for 2 hours it was cold and old and a hash brown nuggets where are hard and cold. I won't be going there for breakfast any longer it was a great disappointment. I went through the drive-thru and I should have walked in and ordered. That way I could have complained right there and then.
I wish I could do zero where do I start. Rob which seemed to be taking orders at thr front counter didn't even greet me then I order and my receipt is correct and my breakfast burrito had sauce on which my receipt even said no sauce and my French toast sticks cold as could be. Then I go back in to get a my burrito right and Rob proceeded to tell me the cooks never pay attention and then tell the cook Robert to remake the order. I was then looking at him remake it and realized he was not wearing gloves at all and just grabbing hand fulls of egg and hasbrowns putting em into my burrito. I then asked Rob is he not wearing gloves and he just says Robert put gloves on. I then requested to just get a refund and while getting it Robert brings my new burrito out with only 1 glove on and didn't even wash his hands.... definitely stay away from the place!
Normally I love Burger King. My last visit I was very disappointed. I believe they gave me a old burger that had been sitting under the warmer lights all day. The meat was burnt and hard like rubber. I couldn't even eat it. Not nice.
Rude ppl they need to be trained in customer service Ana was very rude and their manager needs to go back to customer service school as well I don't know who trained these ppl but they all need a long lesson on how to treat, greet, handle, and talk to customers the ppl that work there the men have no class they sag their pants have face piercings they touch their clothes and don't even wash their hands after touching their face hair clothes etc... They don't wear gloves nor hair nets we found a strand of hair and it took up to the front and the girl said that it wasn't theirs like honey it ain't mine my hair ain't blonde it's black and curly and my child has cornrows so come again and don't get me started on the one in Yucca Valley is customer service not apart of the job anymore? Just cause you get a rude customer doesn't mean you have to take it out on the next they all need attitude adjustment or get fired I've called corporate and nothing has been well next time I'll just matters into my own hands especially at the 29 Palms Burger King
They stop cooking stuff at 9:30pm? 1 hour before they close. So if you order food past 9:30 expect it to either not be made or to be old and gross.
Menu prices are not actual prices. Some items are nearly $2 more than the advertised price. For example the whopper is advertised as $4.99 plus tax; however, it is actually $5.79 plus tax. And they never answer the phone. Good luck with this dump.
Came here and immediately regretted it the staff really need to pick their game up and not over salt my fries and put no bacon in the bacon dbl cheese burger really childish and typical of this town. the blonde did not even call the order when it was up.
Too SLOW. Staff not focused on customers in store or in drive thru. Too distracted with arguments about labeling food, stickers on jugs of sauces and who is going to change out the cooking oil. The girl on the counter did'nt even know the difference between a large ice coffee and a small cup. Hash brown nuggets not cooked through properly. Very unsatisfying BK experience.
Never go to this establishment. I have given them the benefit of the doubt one too many times. This Burger King is convenient for me to stop at since I work the night shift and they are open until 12am. I have not gone to this place once and gotten the correct things I ordered. I complained to management multiple time and the only time that I went back to get my order replaced the manager was very friendly wrote down the issues with my order and the kitchen still messed up on my replacement meal. They got the same order wrong not once but twice. The only good thing about this place is the manager is friendly. Stay away.

I came here with my friends at 11.15 PM and they refuse to take our order. In a very rude way they kept telling us to leave even though we were reading the menu and we were all in a van.
They will sale you old food. I ordered 5 8 piece chicken nuggets they told me to wait out front and brought me 5 bags of old black and brown nuggets. The manager lied to me and told me that she witnessed the nuggets being cooked fresh until I told her that this happened 2 days before then she told me to bring them back to be exchanged. This has happened often people don’t complain very often around here they just take it. It’s wrong we take our money and spend it at this Place and we are served food that was prepared hours if not days ago. There were to different managers when these two separate incidents happened to me so this seems internal. This place is Just unsatisfactory and down right low! Your money will better serve you else where!
Went this morning and the man on the drive through speaker was rude from the moment I pulled up. I got to the window and gave him my card and he told me to pull forward to the parking lot. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. So I guess I was confused why I was told to move forward. I then had to remind him to give me my debit card back. He gave me my food and NO receipt. I then went in to my bag as I pulled away and my fries and burger were both cold. Not even barely warm. Cold. They also claimed they had no ketchup. I got home and tried to call them about this horrible experience only to find out that the number posted for them is no longer in service. Great job Burger King. Leading the way on fast food experiences. I would give it lower than 1 star but unfortunately that is the minimum.
So tonight I came here to place an order the girl asks what I would like and I tell her what I want. Then it goes silent and I hear nothing then a minute later I get asked again what I would like to order and have to explain to these kids what I want again after having to repeat myself because the young girl didn't feel like doing her job or whatever her reason was. The way the were acting was unprofessional standing around making jokes while looking back at my car not sure if they could tell that I noticed as I have tinted windows on my car. But I did and this is not customer service at all California, Oregon and Washington have some of the most lazy, inconsiderate, incompetent, egocentric, and judgemental employees working at their business. As far as work ethic goes companies like this need to go back to the old school ways and teach these kids how to do their job correctly and professional manner. I am a manager for a retail store and can say this place like most need to work on their employees lack of customer service.
I ordered the avocado 🥑 hamburger 🍔, but the meat was cold and watery from the little.. I spoke to the cashier and she said it's nothing we can do about that.. 🙄
Seriously burger king? You're charging premium prices, for frozen mediocre food. At least at family style restaurants, you're getting premium food, for that premium price. Price gouging at it's finest. Hopefully BK will join the companies filing for bankruptcy and closing their locations. I haven't ordered for a few years and won't in the future.
Order 2 sets of 5 sticks french toast stick and I got 4.5 sticks in each box! Just wow… shamed on this burger king that the staff can’t even count or at least have some DIGNITY to do honest business with customers that paid your wages! I honestly never had problems with this franchise until lately
What is burger kings policy on drive thru orders that were messed up; costing time and gas? I got home to eat a Whopper and jalapeño bites and all I have is chicken nuggets and jalapeño bites? I had to drive back just to get my whopper. I understand accidents happen but should it be at the expense of your customer's gas?

Never really had a problem until now. About a third into my burger I felt a cut on my tongue. After spitting the piece out I felt a splinter. Here is a photo of pieces of wood and splinters. This is quite upsetting. The date was Wed Feb 3rd, 2021 around 5:47 p.m.
The service here is honestly unacceptable. I ordered a JR Whopper Add cheese No Ketchup, both burgers had No Cheese. When I told the lady today at the register she said no I didn’t, I told her politely I did order cheese on both my burgers with no ketchup. Her rude response was well I didn’t hear you because of the wind. I said okay I would like my burgers remade. She says well do you want to keep the burgers and we remake them, I said yes please remake them. She holds her handout for the burgers. I let her know I’ve never had someone take back the food they messed up. She then remakes the burgers and put ketchup on one of the burgers. I politely tell her I asked for no ketchup she argues with me and says I made the burgers personally and you asked for one with ketchup one without ketchup. I let her know that I order two of the same burgers, I am eating both burgers. She rudely says we’ll give me the one with ketchup then slams the window. I just honestly laughed because sweetie if you listened to me the first time you wouldn’t be remaking my burger for the 3rd time. I wish the receipts had a name on it because she was so nasty. Anyway my ticket number was #11361 someone seriously needs to give her a reality check because I’m the customer and you made the mistake not me. A sorry would be nice or even a better attitude and not a smart mouth as if I’m getting on your nerves.
My wife and I went to the drive through and placed an order at 8:31 p.m. We arrived at the window and gave our payment info to the woman at the drive through. A brisket burger with mozzarella fries, 3 rodeo burgers and an Oreo sundae. My wife thanked the woman at the window but got no response. We waited a couple minutes when the woman at the window asked us if we could park in the front which happens sometimes so we thought nothing of it. We parked up front and waited about 5 minutes when I began watching the drive through lane to see if cars were coming out and receiving their order. I observed a vehicle leave but decided to wait a little longer before going in. Almost 15 minutes had passed when my wife decided to enter the lobby at 8:43 to get an update on the order. She came out 5 minutes later frustrated because they never made our order. The manager was saying how their broilers were down yet they were able to make burgers for the other customers on the drive through so we were confused. My wife asked why was everyone else getting their food except us if their broilers were down and why she didn't say that at the window while she was standing in the background right behind the girl at the drive through window so we knew she was aware of the situation. The manager didn't have a response about why others were served by not us but proceeded to say part of our food was ready just not the burgers so my wife asked for a refund. We were lied to about broilers that were never broken or down and made to wait in the front parking lot for almost 15 minutes with no intention to make our food. Horrible service, I've been here in 29 palms for almost 30 years but i won't go here again as long as this manager is at this location and inform my friends to do the same.

Not only did I waste money on food I couldn’t eat, but the dismissive response shows Burger King doesn’t take customer satisfaction or food safety seriously. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and consumer agencies. If you value hot, fresh food and a company that stands behind its service, this is not it.
