I love CB&TL. So much better than ⭐️💸💸. My favorite drink is Iced Americano. Cold weather I get it hot. I don't hate the other places but Coffee Bean is by far the best.

Just leaving a review to say thank you. Had a long day today and unfortunately some lady stole my drink right in front me. The staff tonight was very nice and apologetic, they took care of me right away. I come here often and they've always been great

I always know when Val is working because the line tends to move more quickly and efficiently. Val in my opinion is the BEST for the drive- thru because she gets it done and can be pleasant at the same time. Thank- you Val 😊 you deserve a raise!!!!!

Nice place, ok the way for a good coffee, the staff was humble and we got a not so hot coffee which they immediately changed, the coffee is also good.

I stop here for my daily vietnamese cold brew with double condensed milk. They usually get the sweetness spot on but lately I don't even taste the extra $1.90 (?) worth that they charge me. That is the most upsetting to me, to ask for something (and pay for it) but don't get it. I've tried ordering on site, and the app, but it seems like a hit or miss type thing. I keep going to this loc for convenience off the fwy exit so it's a sad morning when I dont get my daily fix. Food is always hot and filling tho. Clean shop, polite employees.

Excellent location and great staff! Coffee tasted much better than other places. One star ⭐️ removed because they don’t have ceramic cups that you can typically enjoy while sitting there.

You can order non diary options for your coffee and they charge for that. I don’t think they always follow though. If you’re lactose you know when regular milk was used… If I order a certain change it should be followed for those with restrictions.

Way overpriced. Large latte came out to more than 10$ because I asked for non-dairy milk, extra syrup and foam. The coffee is very mid. Cold foam tasted like dry milk

Please make sure to check the temperature when preparing lattes. It should be warm, and you can measure it either with a thermometer or simply by touch — just don’t let it reach boiling point. I burned my mouth on your latte.

Burnt food, bad service & inconsistent drink .. came here a twice thinking it’ll be better, this last time Anthony V was in the window laughing & talking before he approached the window to take our payment.. handed us the burn food but I drove off & was already on the freeway before realizing it. He drink tasted like it was heavier in milk than coffee, last time it was a richer color this time very pale.. overall just disappointed

At 1:19 I asked how much longer until my order is ready because I had to go. Mind you 10 minutes earlier I had stood there for 3 minutes without being agknowledge and had to catch the attention of barista to see how long until my order was ready and they said that they had not started it. I asked for an ice to be added to my order. I eventually asked for the manager. All she did was apologize and didn't really seem to know what to do. I asked for my money back and she couldn't even give that back to me I had to leave without my drinks and without being refunded in that moment. It's crazy that companies like this get away with this kind of customer service.

Danish was so hot burned the top of my mouth, skin peeling for days. I even waited ten minutes still burned me. On the out side it only felt warm, and who heats up danishes!!!

This is just awful. The barista doesn't know the rules for making takeaway drinks, doesn't understand the cup sizes, the place is dirty. All the baked goods are of poor quality due to improper storage. They mix up orders and don't know the rules for drink temperatures. And yes, your coffee tastes like an unwashed coffee machine, sort this out.
