Never had any issues! Friendly and hardworking staff making good sandwiches. You get exactly what you expect from Subway: quick, relatively cheap, filling, and good sandwiches.
The young lady that helped me with my order was very nice and patient with me 👍would definitely go back and wait in a long line again thanks to her excellent customer service.
I don't know what people are talking about this place is great! Bread was nice and soft everything was great and service was excellent. Two ladies at the front were very nice they make a great sandwich
Quick, clean and great service. Also first time I ate in subway in a long time but never have I been served my sandwich like this.

I have not been a big fan of Subways lately but I did enjoy my sandwich I got at the one in Venice. Workers were not the kindest but food was good.

My friend got a sandwich here the other day and really enjoyed his experience there. A beautiful young lady helped him with his sandwich order and he is definitely going to be returning. Thanks for making his experience a memorable one and we definitely recommend this location for a good sandwich whether you're on the run on a quick lunch break or wanting to sit and eat. They have seating inside as well as a couple tables outside. God bless subway sandwiches lol
Subway is always a solid choice when I’m craving a quick and filling meal. The footlongs are satisfying and a great value, especially my go-to favorites like the tuna and the meatball subs. The bread tastes fresh, and the ingredients are crisp and well stocked. Service is usually quick and friendly, too. Overall, a dependable spot for a tasty sandwich when you’re on the go.

Typical subway. Not a fan as Subway in general uses very low quality ingredients and they skimp on everything. But this location had good quick service.

Not friendly My sandwich was cut wrong and it was falling apart as I try to eat it The most unfriendly Service at a subway I’ve ever experienced
I’ve been a Subway customer for over 20 years and have given this location plenty of business. What I don’t understand is why Subway franchises continue to sell gift cards but fail to properly train employees on how to use them. I’ve encountered employees before who weren’t familiar with processing gift cards, but at least they made an effort—and it always worked out. This time was different. The employee pressed one button, decided she couldn’t figure it out, and immediately said they “don’t take gift cards,” which is simply untrue. I have used a Subway gift card at this exact location before. To be clear: I was paying with a card—a gift card. No attempt was made to troubleshoot, ask for help, or try again. It was dismissed outright. On top of that, this location charges higher prices than other nearby Subway franchises and is noticeably stingy with portions. The tuna was spread so thin it barely covered the bread, while other locations are far more generous. I was disappointed to see the Lincoln and Mindanao location close, because this is not an improvement. I’ve worked in customer service for 18 years, and I understand it’s not easy. But when you don’t know how to do something, the bare minimum is to try—or ask for help. That didn’t happen here.
You get 1 star for not accepting coupons. Everything else like the service was great.
I use to go here weekly but stopped due to poor food quality and HARD burnt bread. I recenlty tried again and specifically requested a soft roll.. got home so hard I could not chew it. If subway wants to know why business is slow and losing customers to Jimmy Johns & Jersey Mikes... it's simple quality and fresh bread! Subway your prices are too high for poor quality, a retraining is needed for your staff!!
I would avoid this location and go to the one on Lincoln Blvd instead. I had my whole sandwich made and told her I had a discount coupon. She started yelling at me .. “No!’ No!! this location will never take coupons” damn chill out lady! No need to yell at me! I’m just trying to save a buck.
We got an order but never received it and they refused to make us another one!!!! After 10 minutes arguing i could be able to get a reimburse tho.
If sanitation is important to you, I suggest that you skip this particular Subway location. I personally will not eat any food without washing my hands first. Doubly so, when it's food that's meant to be held in my hands while dining. I have been to several Subways over the years but this is the first experience ever, with a location that will NOT allow customers to use their soap & water. The employees may or may not wash their hands. I guess any customer that actually trusts such a place is happy at playing E Coli Roulette.
Used their useless app to place an order to save time. Went over to pick up my order and they claimed they never got the order. I showed them the app and my payment and they still denied it. The manger told me to order again, so I did and was charged again. She refused to refund me for the double charge saying I can dispute it with my credit card which is ridiculous! This is a scam. The app is useless and a scam, but the way they handled it is extremely abusive and she was threatening on top of having pulled a scam on me. When I asked for the phone number to the owner, she refused. Be careful. Do not use the useless app. If they ask you to pay a second time, don't fall for it. It's a shameless hoax. They bank on you not spending half a day on the phone to dispute the duplicate charge that their own useless app is responsible for.

I waited till the my pickup time at 11:15,but still didn’t see my sandwich. Then I asked from employee about my order and they said we made your order and someone picked it up. The they LIED that one of my friend picked it up, but I went there alone. Even I asked them you can check your camera but they didn’t. Finally I refunded my money but I waited for 20 minutes to get my order ready. I’m a fan of subway, but its customer service is AWFUL!!!! Never seen this kind of disrespectful behavior anywhere.
So I’m always coming in this subway never had a bad service so far that’s why I’m always tipping the sandwich artist but today was a very unexpected experience int todays shift at 12:05 pm by a girl who was trying to over charge me because I said extra pickles and instead of putting pickles she purposely grabbed a handful of olives and smiled after words and said “oh right no olives” ? And I told her I didn’t want a lot of dressing u squeezes the heck out of the buffalo sauce and drenched my sandwich and she kept giggling with another employee staring at me I felt harassed even with the manager there and all I had to ask if they charge for extra veggies and the only thing I asked was just for pickles very uncomfortable and unacceptable .. I had to clean my sandwich with my own napkins because they didn’t give me any !
This is one of the ONLY Subways I know where the franchise owner continually changes whether or not they accept certain coupons via the app. It literally happens every other week, every few days or so, it's completely random. I will use a coupon via the app one day then a couple days later try again or to use another and it says they do not accept this coupon at this specific location. The one on Lincoln always accepts any coupons, but its so much further from my work. Subway already drastically increased their prices so I don't see how denying the likely few people who use discounts is convenient to them is beneficial when in fact for me personally it deters me from making a purchase there at all. Would you rather 20 people bought subs for $6 or 6 for $8??? -Discounts entice customers to shop, denying them constantly & randomly deters, just a bit of marketing and management advice.
Confirmation on the burnt bread. Just about every piece if not every piece. And they're trying to give it out most burnt to less burnt. And if you try to ask for a not burnt one they will just give you one slightly less burnt and leave the nicer ones for I don't know who.
