Great breakfast with mom this morning. Both had yummy Texas toast french toast with bacon & few bites hash browns. Personnel very friendly. Some changing shifts now.

My go to place in VIctor for lunch, breakfast and an occasional Fish Fry take out. They treat me like I am a member of their family and provide excellent service. I am a regular and go there often.

BBQ Pulled Pork Plate is awesome!! There is enough on the plate to feed an army!! Lol. Quick delivery as well as friendly staff. Definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Have you tried the new diner in Victor? They recently took over a family owned dinner that had been a staple of the Victor community for years. I have to admit I was a skeptic, they had big shoes to fill, and lets faces it no one ever likes change. However, they blended the menu nicely keeping some of the fan favorite Papa Jacks items and adding there signature philly cheese stakes and much more (my favorite is the boom boom plate). A few tricks I have learned is to friend them on Facebook, a few times I have save $2 on a half of the plates and there are much more savings. They also have speedy delivery for Victor residents, while painting our house we had lunch delivered with all the toppings and silverware needed. And if your as big of a fan as me sign up for there rewards card.

We got take-out for our family of 7 and everyone loved it. Cheesesteaks, Rodeo plate, BLT, and macaroni and cheese bites were all great and the portions were large.

Ordered a Philly steak plate, arrived in about 20 mins and was great. I've generally been a webster hots or empire hots guy but this definitely gave them a run for their money. Will definitely be back. 5/5* hands down

Our first time in Mac's Philly Steak, and won't be our last time. A great selection of entrees, and great staff to serve you. Lovely, Genevieve, a Southern Belle, from Louisiana enjoyed her special, homemade meatloaf, Real mashed potatoes, tasty gravy, and mixed veggies. One of 5 daily specials for Thursday. I enjoyed a delicious Mac Philly Steak special, loaded with mac and cheese, crispy tasting fries. A great place to enjoy a meal in Victor NY. Mac's also does take outs, and you can order on line, or by phone.

Great service, not too busy for lunch on the weekend. Cheese steaks are definitely their specialty but they have lots of other sandwiches and breakfast until 2:30. Prices are very reasonable and portions were great, automatically plated separately for split entrees.

First visit to this diner and I found me an outstanding location to have dinner or maybe even lunch. Food was fantastic and so was the service don't ask me about dessert cause I'm not supposed to eat sweets but I couldn't resist the temptation. The pie was the 💣 and I mean that in a good way. Very large menu since Mac's Philly Steaks bought Papa Jack's Dinner. Best of both restaurants. Reasonable prices, good portions and good food and they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and have take out. Will definitely go there again. We also had great service.

Very good food. The bill is was only $23 for three of us. All staff was friendly. Our order arrived quickly and hot. We were there just after the lunch rush. Very clean.

I get breakfast every Sunday Morning. It has become a staple in my routine. The food is always prepared quickly, the serving sizes are great, and the servers are amazing. I'm sure they know my order by now. 🤣

What a selection! We were so happy that we didn't have to go to a chain restaurant. Fantastic service and excellent food. We were there for a two day class and ended up going there for a working lunch one day and a working breakfast the next. All of us raved about our meals and I would definitely return!

I had an insane hunger and had a ton of work to do Mac's Philly Diner hit the spot! Great food ... I forget what I had as I was preoccupied but it was Philly cheesesteak potatoes and eggs? I had meat hot sauce and sausage gravy on the side which was interesting... for breakfast (sausage gravy edged out the hot sauce but it was breakfast). The wifi was terrible but the food, service and traditional diner atmosphere were great!

Macs in Victor is absolutely amazing !!! We order from there regularly and have always had fresh amazing food and friendly service. My personal favorites are the Country Sweet Plate & Chicken Philly . Definitely try their home fries !!! Fresh and crispy real potatoes. Can’t recommend enough !!!!

Best plates around. All their food is good really. Fish fry I got today was excellent. Quick service, you get what you pay for. And I like the old diner setup they have at the new location. Our go-to place for take-out or delivery. Would recommend.

I have had great food every time I go to macs but whenever I order it to be delivered it’s sent completely wrong. Tonight I ordered a Reuben and got turkey and coleslaw on bread. Last time I ordered it I got bread and sauerkraut with nothing else, not even toasted. The last several orders have been this way (other menu items also) Very disappointed.

Finally, some place that really does know how to make a veggie sub. When I first opened up the container I thought they accidentally gave me a Philly sandwich. Normally when I asked for a veggie sub someplace, I get like three pieces of lettuce one and a half slice of tomato and a sprinkling of onion. Usually nothing much but bread. I ordered my food online they never disappoint. But when I go to pick it up I stand at the counter for more than a couple minutes before someone comes over to give me my food. When they look right at you and continue what they are doing. The least they could do is say "be right with you"

The servers are very friendly and the price is reasonable. They give senior/military discount! Can't wait to take my mom there for breakfast.

Their buffalo chicken salad is my favorite salad to order out. I get it every once in a while. I had one of their specialty plates when they first opened that wasn’t very good but this salad is great every time. My only complaint about this place is they close early.

I know you're going to think this is crazy but I'd never had a Philly Cheese Steak, except my own. That being said I popped into Mac's Philly Steak Diner yesterday for a Sammich to go. And their sammich was delicious! I went to the location in Victor. Everyone was so polite and helpful I'm definitely going to be coming back again.

This was a much needed taste of the old normal. Called for a delivery today and I was reminded why I love this place. Food was the same standard they have been known for. The delivery was at my door quickly and the food was still very hot. My family and I will be doing this again until we can enjoy going out again.

This place is an amazing place to get a Philly Cheese steak!!! Taste is amazing and fries are good too. If you're military or firefighter/EMS show your ID you'll get a discount everyday!!!! I love this being a volunteer firefighter there's not many places that do this.

Good food. Definitely will come back Fair prices. But the house made chips where fresh mixed with some stale. Definitely not getting them again.

Really enjoyed our visit here. Staff was wonderful which always helps. Food was so well done. Fried pickles better than any we've ever had, huge portions of everything, and it was all just as ordered. A very good experience and much better than a chain restaurant.

New Town, so I got to try the local food and this place has the best plates I have had in a long time. Definitely will be eating here again. I really enjoy their buffalo chicken wrap and Cobb salad. I’m also glad they have a rewards program to earn discounts. I order to go, and it’s always ready quickly. Every other time I go in to pick up the food, the person cashing me out seems really unhappy to be working. Overall, it’s your typical “hots” type place.

This site continues to be a cozy and relaxed atmosphere in which to have good diner food. There are some lingering signs of the past name on the inside, but this adds to atmosphere through their familiarity. The staff are friendly and calm and food comes quickly and is delicious.

I guess you would say it's a local favorite. Nice variety on the menu for adults and a very well planned kids menu with good options. Go and enjoy.

Service was good, we stopped in to do takeout. We don't live in the area, heard this place was great for cheese steak. It was ok, not great. I don't think we will ever go back.

I went here for breakfast the other day. The food prices are good but the coffee was $3.50 a cup. That's kind of high for a "normal" diner style cup of coffee. The service was great. We ordered and the food came out really fast, really hot, and very delicious. It's a small place, maybe 20 tables total. I suggest sticking with water to drink unless you really want coffee or soda.

It was very disappointing to get a very dry Philly Cheese steak sandwich. I asked for au juice sauce and they had none! Really?? The coleslaw was very dry as well, but with some extra mayo, it was fine. We will not be going back. I felt very sorry for the very sweet waitress, who was very attentive.

Normally a Mac's philly steaks experience is the best! It's my favorite restaurant in the finger lakes. This time was different. I ordered a Philly Hot, my go-to sandwich. Meat, cheese, hot peppers. This time I got meat, cheese, onions and.... banana peppers!?!? This was NOT a Philly Hot. It was still good but it wasn't the sandwich I was excited for. First off, I like onions but they make the sandwich sweet and banana peppers don't have the heat to make it a Philly Hot. If you're out of hot peppers tell the customer so they can change the order. It just wasn't the same. Consistency is so important!

Food was okay - it isn’t much to write home about. Service absolutely sucked. Walked in the door and waited 5 minutes to be addressed…. Even while employees were walking passed us. Finally told to go seat where a table was open and none of them were clean. Ended up sitting at the diner bar. Was sick of waiting for my extra water and meat hot sauce that I ate half my meal before it was even brought to me. Really no desire to go here again… maybe my rating is a bit generous.

The food was... well it didn't have a lick of flavor, and the meat sauce was mealy. I'd go back, but I would pick a different plate next time.

Ordered food today unfortunately through door dash . Ordered for the family and myself and i ordered a cheese steak sub .. No cheese on it and even asked for extra cheese. When o called resturant they couldn't be bothered.. Have ordered many times from there before have never had an issue will not ordered from there again..

The worst customer service experience at a Mac's. (Poor attitude and rushing) I love Mac's on Exchange Blvd but I'll never go back to the Victor location. I didn't even stay to eat, it was that bad

After taking over a iconic victor diner, this restaurant has done a disservice to the loyal community base it inherited. Its not the food (though some changes and discontinued menu items are a downer) it's how Ive been treated and how they treated the staff from papa Jack's. I've been a customer of papa Jack's since i was little. It always felt welcoming and comfortable. 1 month after this take over when I go to the diner I get less than friendly service every time I come in. Not only is that alone a deterant but, the open complaints from papa Jack's staff and people being more than happy to quit and talk about It openly because they aren't treated fairly some of those who have been there for 10 or 20 years. Its unfortunate to say the least

The food is very good but the service is pretty horrible. I can't tell you how many times I have called to place an order for pickup and I am asked to hold. 5 minutes goes by I hang up and call again - please hold - another 5 minutes goes by. I understand they are busy and maybe short staffed but there is no good reason to keep a customer on hold for a total period of 10 minutes to order 2 items. Best part, I drove by and did not look nearly as busy as normal. Great service.

Macs has always been a great place to go. The food is good and the typically the service is good. Today, the service was not good and the manager openly complained about the tip that was left to his waitress while we were within ear shot, as if he wanted us to know his disappointment. It's sad that a manager openly complains about customers while the customer is practically in front of them.

Ordered 2 hot roast beef sandwiches and they were so gross we ate 1 bite and threw it out its like prepackaged meat u would buy at Walmart! It's watery and disgusting!

$19.00 for a rueben is crazy. It was an average sand. Average size (if not small for a diner portion) and quality was average, little soggy but all togos are... def not worth TWENTY dollars🤦‍♀️

We will not be ordering or eating at this place again. Twice we ordered food to be delivered. 45 minutes to an hour we were told. The food took almost 2 hours and it was stone cold. I called to let them know and I got free French fries! Granted I don’t expect the food to be piping hot ,but at least edible and warm. We used to love this place and for the past year we have ordered at once or twice a week. It’s too bad because they have one of the best fish fries in town. So buyer beware!

I visited the Victor area today, excited to try this local establishment, specifically their $20 cheesesteak sub. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start, as the staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. After waiting 15 minutes longer than expected, I discovered that our sub was prepared incorrectly. Thankfully, we checked it before leaving. When my wife politely pointed out the mistake, the front counter girl seemed clueless about how to handle the situation. She took the sub back to the kitchen, where a rude employee reacted poorly, making disparaging comments in front of us and giving us hostile looks. My wife, who dislikes confrontation, felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. This negative atmosphere persisted for about ten minutes until the sub was remade. Frustrated, I confronted the employee, explaining that her behavior was unacceptable and that I would not tolerate it. I wanted to bring this to your attention,” Ryan”, so you can understand the issues others may be facing and address them accordingly.

This used to be one of my favorite breakfast spots until today! I sat at the counter, got a glass of water ordered my breakfast waited waited waited. Saw people‘s orders come in after mine get served. The waitress did not say boo to me at this point I was thoroughly discussed and got up and walked out! I’ll never go here again.!
