GIVE RUBEN A RAISE! My sister and i went to this dunkin after the gym and were not disappointed. not sure if we were just starving or it just tasted that good. But this dunkin meal was the best we’ve ever had. And trust me i have over 1000 points on the dunkin app so i know a thing or two. the wraps were filled to perfection and were even warm after our target trip. Ruben, thank you for taking so much time on our order, it was worth the wait.

I stop early before work to get my large dark roast coffee and I ask for it with easy cream & sugar. It is always made perfect. The service is very friendly as well. Thank you for starting my morning off happy. :)

My order was correct, the staff was friendly enough too. I had just came from the North and Grace location who had reacted to me just ordering rather rudely. I put a $5 in the window as a tip to whomever, as it was such a better experience than North and Grace.

I love this Dunkin. My order wasn't correct a couple times so I went in and you could see the manager training them. I asked how long they been open they stated less then a year. And the manager has only been there a couple weeks. I assume it's under new management and that's all they needed. If you don't like it go somewhere I say. But after seeing it for myself I'll keep going and see if things change for a while. What can it hurt I stay closer to this one and when they do it wrong the apologize and get it right and I haven't had a problem since. They are all new so why not give them a chance they are being trained.

Nice place,clean and not to Crowded. Skip the drive thru bc line get really long fast. Best to go in and order your coffee and doughnuts. Must faster. Plus not a lot of parking space.

I would've given them five stars, but when you say you sell sweet tea you better sell SWEET TEA! I know that in the North people have no clue what sweet tea really is. I told my family Northern Sweet Tea is cold tea with sugar in it! The sugar doesn't break down so it stays crystalized! The proper sweet tea is sweetened while hot so the sugar melts and then you let it sit for awhile to let it cool! Once cooked then it's a full glass of ice and then pour! Ahhh....so good! At least we found a Chickfila that sells the correct sweet tea!

This location has really made a turn around in the past year. The staff is friendly and professional and my order has been correct every time. Very impressed with the improvements!

I think this Dunkin’ Donuts is not bad but I also don’t think it has anything special Dunkin’ Donuts in general does not have much of an option considering donuts every time you go in it’s the same old donuts granted yes sometimes they are seasonal donuts but whenever I go to get munchkins there’s always something missing whether it’s mostly jelly sometimes chocolate! Nothing special about this place or Dunkin’...

This location has been seriously hit or miss recently with their iced coffees. I feel like the managers/whoever trains the employees aren't being thorough in their teachings, or their machines are miscalibrated because I order the exact same drink every time, and it will come out different every time. This issue isn't only at this location, I've had the same problem at almost every location in the VP/Lombard/Addison area (save for the one inside Yorktown Mall). Sometimes my drink will be watery and tasteless, sometimes it'll taste like only milk and sugar, and every so often I'll get a really tasty drink. The employees are usually polite, although I have noticed that sometimes they'll close the kitchen down for no reason. It's not that there's an issue with the kitchen, it's just one or a few specific employees that I suspect don't want to deal with the ovens who will say it's closed or broken. (I've had this pretty much confirmed by a district manager after I drove to a different Dunkin location and asked if their kitchen was open) When the ovens are operational, the sandwiches are pretty good. The food does sometimes get a little crispy, but I again suspect that that's a calibration issue and not any employee's fault.

This has to be the slowest drive through in the area. It takes them an insanely long time to get a simple coffee. In line for 5 minutes and only one car has gotten through. Save yourself time and go to literally any other location.

Kind of bad that I have to leave a negative review because I love Dunkin. This location is always dragging and messing up my order. Never prepared and there's always something down or missing.

I understand In the mornings it’s rush hour, but please double check before giving a costumer their food. This morning I asked for a croissant, I got a bagel. I ended up realizing too late because I was at work already.

Unacceptable! I smelled the burnt bagels from the minute they handed them to me. So if I smelled it and they saw the bagels like this they shouldn’t have even given them to me!

Placed an order thru the app. They couldn't fill the order and they couldn't refund the order. Had to request a refund from my credit card. they asked me to come back the next day to pickup my order. Avoid if possible.

Garbage Dunkin' Donuts. Staff is clueless, My shop is down the road in Villa Park and I have had to make multiple trips back for screw ups on many occasions. Several times I have ordered a Turkey sausage egg and cheese on a flat bread and get back to find out they never put the sausage on. Or a Mocha Ice coffee or a regular coffee always ends up tasting like French Vanilla. If you want a great Dunkin to go to head on over to the Light house on Ardmore & St. Charles rd...

Terrible wait times, terrible customer service, soggy hash browns every time! I’ve given this place numerous chances, but after waiting in line on Saturday for 20 min is totally unacceptable. Would rate zero if I could.

The girl that works there is very rude ! Dunkin should teach their workers how to be polite. She basically destroyed my morning mood.

Got my order wrong 3 days in a row now. I asked them to repeat my order back to me because I know they suck and she wouldnt read it back! Couldnt believe what i was hearing.

The place is closed at 10:43 in the morning I don’t know what happened the problem is there is not a note or something to tell the customer the pace is not open. When I got to the window nobody said anything. I can see a shadow thru the window making signals that I assume the business is closed 🤷‍♀️

The donuts are disgusting they were all wet and tasted liked chemicals my second time here and it’s not good will not return

If I could give a lower rate I would. The employees are incredibly rude, they act like you're bothering them. I'm pretty sure the person that was working drive thru at 6am one morning was sleeping because I waiting at the menu for 10 minutes saying "hello" until someone finally answered me. My coffee never taste right compared to other dunkins and I'm not exaggerating, they have NEVER gotten my donut order right. I live walking distance from this place and I go out of my wait to go to a different Dunkin because I'm so sick of this place.

Disgusting Customer Service by the "MANAGER" Anne that's what she said her name was. I have always came here because it's so close to work but I will never come back here again, this manager is the rudest ever. I received a very important call before placing my drive thru order & she literally walked out & yelled at me to order! Mind you- there was no other cars behind me. I was literally the only person there. The call didn't take more than a minute & by the time I was ready to order I could hear her yelling at me through the speaker. I was disgusted, don't recommend to make a stop here. People with very poor manners.

I ordered 2 croissants sandwiches with bacon They made us parked to wait x them after 15 minutes girl comes out she gave us wrong sandwich with sausage , told her there were supposed to be bacon ,, she responded she had given them to someone else

Very rude service. First of all they don't listen, after repeating my order I still got different flavors. When I asked to give me things I ordered, an employee told me they don't have it...but they didn't mention it to me while I was placing order. With an attitude they replaced one of my dontus and basically threw it out from their wondow....

Thy don't make the coffee the way you want it .I ask them to give me 4 cream an 7 sugar thy give me it 7 cream 4 sugar never have french cruel or bagel more then 10 times. I ask for a grilled cheese the cheese was not melted an the bread was not cooked then you get a attitude when you tell them thy are roung thy need new management bad service

Staff always has issues with getting my order right. I don’t know how hard it is to serve me a hot drink when it was specified to be HOT!

To add onto that we found A HAIR in one of our drinks which is extremely disgusting. Several times I've gone here in the past there was no worker to be seen even when they were open.

How does a donut shop not have donuts or donut holes? lady didn't even give me my receipt! If I could give 0 stars I would ! (Not my words Writing this for a mad and upset friend)! But all i can say is do better lol.

They never follow instructions on my coffee (always awfully sweet) and bagels/croissants always stale and very hard to bite. I thought I would give this place another chance after not going for 6 months but things have not changed. I had to throw my coffee away. Never going back!

What happened to the 2 other ones?! And upon that it was supposed to be 5glazed & 5 chocolate but given CHOCOLATE only. also ran out of bagles which i dont mind but kinda crazy. But don't get me started on my drink, i was given the wrong size?! Like medium? I was gonna say and check everything but i was in rush, BUT OVER ALL if negative was given it would, because this happened before back then and never coming back & recommend not coming here

Let’s just say I won’t be going back to Dunkin’ Donuts anymore what a rip off.
