Went at 10pm to drive thru and was asked to pull up and wait for the 6 tacos we orderd. After 15 minutes went into the front to register and the order had been forgotten even though paid for. The people working the restaurant seemed very confused and looked to be wandering around aimlessly and the person at the register had all the cash out counting very slowly and kept having turn away to ask someone something while literally leaving cash unattended. Twilight zone.

Can’t get the basics right! Went last night and spent $15! Sourdough Jack has 2 slices of bread! Looked like the burgers we make at the house! Stale & cold! Not sure why they chose to open late if people working there don’t care! I could dispute the charge, but what’s the point! Cook was terrible! Surely overpaid cause he if worked for free it would still be too much! I’ll avoid late nights going forward! They probably do this to avoid customers at night. Went through the drive through with my two children and placed my order then heard cursing. Guess they didn't know I could still hear them. Got the food went home and had to throw it all away as there was hair in the fries and food was cold. Will never go there again and waste my money.

I bought two Supreme Sourdough sandwiches today, and both sandwiches were missing the bacon. The person making the sandwiches may think they're saving this store some money, but since I never plan to come back to this store they've actually lost hundreds of dollars. Please explain this to your staff.

Went to this location 11-25-2025 to get dinner and had multiple issues during my visit. They forgot multiple food items, we ordered mozzarella sticks and received none, we ordered an apple juice with my kids meal and also did not receive that. On top of the missing items we were charged for and didn’t receive, they were also doing that thing to keep their drive thru times down or whatever, instead of keeping you at the window and letting the company know how they’re actually performing, they just tell you to get out of the drive thru and go park in a handicap spot out front and wait 10-15+ minutes for your order. Not sure if management frowns upon that practice or not but it upsets a lot of customers including myself; especially when I get home after waiting 10-15 minutes and find out you charged me for food I didn’t even get. I would advise you to go to a different location because this one just can’t get it right. Enjoy the money y’all steal from your customers by leaving items out of their orders.

I had a really bad experience here. The shake machine wasn't working, and the restaurant didn't feel clean at all. It left me uncomfortable and I definitely dont think im coming back alsl because I think i saw a rat moving throughout the restaurant. Never again🤮

I had always order from here because I live 4 mins away but I stop ordering from this specific place ever since I received my burger bitten I was shocked and livid because that is absolutely disgusting & this was from uber eats I know it wasn’t the delivery person because he said that he was waiting for almost an hour for my order & they had to remake it because they gave my order to the wrong person so please be careful with ordering your food from here I did nothing wrong but order food online

Service is horrible, don't try to dine in, you will be ignored at the counter. Drive thru is no better good luck trying to pick up a mobile order.

I decided to try again. I ordered a click chicken sandwich. The chicken is refried to the point of you can't bite it. When you try to call the location it says voicemail full. Apparently they don't like to resolve customer complaints. This is poor service for $11.00 the price of the combo.

This Jack and the box is the worst place ever. I don’t even leave reviews but Everytime I get my order ITS WRONG. I don’t know who is working back there cooking but they literally don’t need to be. I seen someone else post a photo of their tacos without lettuce 3 months ago so it seems as if the same person is back there. Sad case, you’d think after all these bad reviews about the staff they’d actually DO SOMETHING about it. But of course not

Service has been bad the last couple of times I went. Edit: wow it actually got worse. For the second time in a row I have ordered four tacos and only gotten three and this time my chicken sandwich had mold on the bread. Even if it didn't have mold it was pretty sad looking to begin with. And I'm not interested in a canned response from corporate asking for me to do even more work to try to make this right. If you want to make this right you need to give me an email address that I can reach out to to get something in return for this garbage. Also, look at the taco, seriously?!?
