Company I work for gets takeout once a month from this establishment and to me all is great. It's usually a very large order. Amber is fantastic, sometimes she has no help and still works harder than some. I'm impressed with her work ethic and dedication. She is a credit to Domino's.

I hate to give away the sauce but... This location has never failed me unlike others within a 30 mile radius. Absolutely 5/5 reliability and consistency. Want a perfect pizza every time with zero error? Go here.

Had a not great order and the manager called to take care of me. Truly great customer experience ! 99% of the time the food is great and my guy Nick usually makes it great!

There is one person named Angelina she good pizza delivery person. By mistake I put the wrong house number, and she corrected and delivered my home.my kids get pizza kn time. Also, whoever cooking, they did an awesome job. This is the store I do order lot. Once again thanks miss Angelina. Once again, pizza was awesome. Specially thin crushed.

With the exception of ONE pizza we got sorta recently that was a little overcooked and ended up being a hard bite for my weak teeth, these guys have ALWAYS been fabulous with their speed, customer service, and honoring the promises and deals they have made to us from any incredibly, super duper blue moon rare times they wound up somehow messing something up - they made good on things immediately and without question. Their 2 mediums for $6.99 deal is mostly what has kept us coming back, and has often been the last minute go-to when there's no time to cook. An online order is usually ready for pickup in under 15 minutes. Hard to beat! Thanks for always being so great, guys!

Amber the store manager helped me - she was absolutely amazing. She made sure my order was correct at the right price! Also, I watched her train a new employee, patiently and thoroughly and giving great instruction on how to mange orders after they come out of the oven ! I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but Amber definitely needs to be recognized here and based on my short experience with her, her ability to communicate and act on the best interest of the customer. She should be in line for a franchise at some point. Dominoes needs hold onto people like this is true asset to any company!

The food is totally fine when I order from here at this location, however, it would be nice to have the icing coke with the cinnamon twists. I ordered even an extra icing and didn’t get any when it was delivered.

Hey Domino's, please update your mobile app coupons. I went on my computer and was able to choose the one I wanted, but the mobile app does not have them. Love your food, workers make excellent pizza everytime and I truly appreciate it.

I have ordered a take away pizza, they have good deals on carryout rather than having home delivery thats a point to remember. We got medium pizza with the two toppings which you can choose of your like and choice. The pizza was not so hot. But i love the butter crust with chicken and spinach on it.

I haven’t had Dominos pizza in over 15 years and tried the cheese filled crust. Wow it was great. I think Dominos made a comeback like Popeye’s. Great job Dominos!

The handmade pan pizza is the best, unfortunately we ordered online and when arrived the ingredients we had originally selected where not there. We received a plain cheese hand made pan pizza. I figured it was a glitch with their computer system so we called dominos and nothing was done to fix the error.

For the store managers... when you order online there is no option to order the pasta on pizza bread! And if you call they can't modify your order... what a disappointment!!

I ordered hand- tossed pizza. But I feel I was given thin crust pizza as it was super thin crust specially in the center. I never prefer thin crust.

i have been ordering pizza from this location for over 20 years. and each time there is an issue they blame customer. today o have ordered two pizza and never received it. when i called hey said they have left it by my door. i am on forth floor of apartment building. and i have been watching. no one knocked on my door and no one gave me any pizza. but delivery person keep saying. she left it by my door. when i called they again wanted me to take responsibly , assuming i am lying. when i got upset they person on the phone start yelling and talking over me and let me know i have always complained and at the end he is telling me that he is not going to deliver to my address any more such customer service.

I called and spent more than 7 mins to order 2 simple medium pizza. Central calling center to take orders for all stores? Do you have scripts what to say? I had to tell something three times and I did not want anything else but pizza. If your company is not doing something about this, I will switch to someone else.

Nick manager was very rude initially he took order at 7:00pm with delivery within. 30mins but he called but at 8:00pm and said we cannot delivery then again i helped him with adress but he said we cannot deliver until nexy hour and half…. very rude i would say its really bad person to deal with

My pizza taste like plain bread because they were very cheap on the pizza sauce and cheese. There was barely any sauce on my pizza and I made a request to put extra sauce online. I won't order her again especially on Sundays. I like the dominos pizza at Schaumburg much better. More flavorful and I can taste the garlic on the crust at schaumburg much better.

Thanks for making my husband violently I'll. How do I know it's dominos? My husband doesn't eat often if he didn't have to eat to live he wouldn't. He had not eaten yet. Thank you for the refund but it doesn't make him unsick. I use to love dominos but never again.

After being almost hit by one of them in their parking lot, the driver proceeded to yell at me and “square up” to fight inside the store while I was speaking to his manager. As she couldn’t control him, he became more hostile. Vague promises about a “higher up” reaching out at a later date were made, but it doesn’t matter I won’t be back. Individuals like that should not be in customer service positions. Terrible experience.

Ordered 5 minutes before that and getting a phone call right at midnight. Im gonna make that order. You gotta wait for ur money to get back

The free pizza (surprise!) didn’t show up in the cart. I didn’t want to go through the rigmarole to call back, so I placed the order to pay at the store. When I arrive the dude in the store tells me all sort of B.S. “The free pizza is random, not on every order.” “It’s online only.” (I ordered online.) Told the bro multiple times a guy at his store told me he would take care of it. But this guy says, “No.” What a joke.
